Absolutely the cleanest, nicest team of professionals. My nails were beautiful. This is a little (big) gem in the woodlands. They offer free drinks - alcohol too! And refreshing fruit.. watermelon anyone? And prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend!!

I have been living in Texas for about two years now and found Palace Nails about a year ago. I havent gone anywhere else since and have no intention to! The salon itself exceeds all expectations for cleanliness - and that is usually my number one thing. The staff are all so professional and kind and always go out of their way to communicate with you if they are servicing you. Nick, the manager, has gone above and beyond each and every time I have needed to make an appointment whether it was just for myself, or for my entire family of 11 people to each have pedicures at the same time. I never go without being offered complimentary snacks and drinks and with time this has become one of the things I look forward to the most. My nails are always perfect and the staff will do everything they can until I am satisfied - even if it means fixing a mistake or redoing something until I am happy with it. I honestly cannot recommend this salon enough! They have earned my business and will keep it.

Cindy is the absolute best! She does beautiful nail art and spends a lot of time making sure everything is perfect. I used to go to the other location but now I drive further for her. Love everyone here and they do a wonderful job every time!

I always have an amazing experience at Palace Nails Bar the woodlands. From setting up an appointment online or by phone, to picking out a fabulous color for my dip nails or a color for my pedicure, everything is so enjoyable and plenty of amazing colors to pick from. They are so accommodating to my wild design ideas and have never turned me down with my crazy requests. Diane is my mail magician! She nails every single design I ask for. The salon itself is very clean and inviting. Every person that works there is so very sweet. If you are looking for a relaxing clean nail place, then you need to check them out!

I quickly called to schedule and appointment, and loved the experience. Complimentary snacks and drinks brought directly to you!! The lady who helped my sister out first with her acrylic nail removals even schooled us a little on how important it is to have our nails rest/ breathe before adding anew set. i greatly appreciate that so much. Made me feel like they really do care for all their customers. I will be brining my mom and dad next for a very well needed massage. It was definetly a great experience. Truley made us both feel welcomed and taken care of. And WE LOVED THE END RESULTS!!!!

Upon arrival you are always greeted with a happy, smiling Nick! From there every technician that has done my pedicure and my manicure has been spot on for their service. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to both my nails as well as my toes and I set the bar pretty high. I highly recommend them, I know that there are a ton of choices out there when it comes to nail salons but this one is by far the best you will find in The Woodlands.

If you are looking for an amazing place for manicures, pedicures and waxing, Palace Nails is it. They have a huge space, so availability and distancing is never a problem. They do a fantastic job, and I love the free fruit and drinks. My two girls will only go here out of all the nail places in The Woodlands. I went in to get a basic pedicure and the nail tech kept pushing me to get shellac when I said no he muttered something about $5. I didn’t understand and when I went to go pay I got up charged $5 and I didn’t understand why. Then to top it all of the nail tech didn’t bother to file my toe nails and they looked butchered and uneven. I really expected better for a $40 plus tip pedicure. I wish I could post pictures. I just don’t understand why he thought he could just leave my toes looking they way they did.

This was my first time here and I loved it. Staff is very attentive. The salon feels very clean. Staff seems to be following COVID recommendations, but I will note that I observed one customer blatantly not wearing a mask. No one said anything to enforce that either, which was frustrating.

I always enjoy coming here because the people and service are always on par. The technicians do a great job being on time while not rushing to get to their next appointment. The atmosphere is so serene and peaceful, and the salon is seriously immaculate! There are so many colors to choose from, and my dip nails easily can last three weeks and still look good. Palace Nails Bar on Kuykendahl Road is the best place I’ve ever been for a manicure. Clean and comfortable environment, friendly and professional staff, a short wait even on a Friday afternoon. I appreciate my technician Nicole so much for giving me the best French manicure I’ve ever had. Nearly three weeks later my nails still look beautiful. Their slogan is true: “You’ve tried the rest, now deserve the best”!

Palace Nails Indian Springs is A-MAZ-ING! If youre looking for a nail place you can stop here. They are so unbelievably friendly and truly put the customers needs and wants first. When you are seated you are offered fresh cut fruit and a beverage, non-alcoholic or alcoholic for their 21+ customers. I personally see Diane every time I go and the artistic talent and dedication she puts in is just amazing! I personally recommend Diane, but I assure you any one of the nail techs will do awesome work. The salon is beautifully decorated and clean! They take every precaution to clean the nail and pedicure stations. These precautions were increased in an abundance of caution during the COVID pandemic. The health and safety of their customers and employees comes first, while some may think. overkill, they went above and beyond to make sure they do everything they can to ensure the well being of anyone in their facility. This is by far THE best nail salon Ive been to and I highly recommend them!

Relaxing experience. The ladies were as sweet as the Bahama Mamas! My friend, Brittany and I went for a manicure and pedicure and both enjoyed our Manus and pedis! Nick was very friendly and chatted with us making sure we were taken care of. The decor is elegant making the luxurious treatments feel that much more special! Thank you again for everything, what a treat. I know I will sure be coming back. Highly recommend as they were very clean and had safe practices especially during the times we are in. They close down Tues and Wed to be sure they properly deep clean and sanitize the entire place.

I like the fact they all wear masks and face shields. I feel safe there. I won’t go to a salon where they don’t comply with the mask recommendations.

I received one the best spa manicures that I have ever had. Not only do my nails looks awesome but I felt totally pampered. Hannah is amazing! The decor is beautiful with an open concept and a lot of natural light.

I was refused service because I am exempt from wearing a mask. I was asked for proof which they are not allowed to ask. My privacy is protected by the law. Unlawful and unprofessional. I wasted time coming here. I dont recommend this place.

FINALLY! I’ve found the perfect spot during all this COVID stuff to do my manicure and pedicure while still taking the precautions to not spread nasty germs. I’m glad they’re owning up to the recs around the city but at the same time I’m glad to finally do some personal self care after months of neglect! Haha. Well I love my mani and pedi for sure. My one and ONLY time going there, I went in for a full face wax, which includes eye brows, lip and face. MIMI was assigned and she did such a terrible job, she had to pencil in my eyebrows to try and cover the horrific job she did. She didn’t even do my lip, and I wasn’t about to tell her because she would’ve probably ripped my skin off. The facility is very nice looking but the service was absolutely horrible. It was a complete waste of my $30 plus a tip.

I came specifically for nail technician, Vivian bc of how good she did last time however, she was very rude when I asked her to please put another coat on my nails. And its BS that the owner charges more at this location just bc its the Woodlands.....not cool.Ill be going back to the palace nails by my house....😕

This salon is new, super clean and the staff is very warm and welcoming. I brought my daughter with me to treat her with a mani/pedi for her birthday ($35 princess mani/pedi package). When Vivian found out my daughters birthday is tomorrow she switched the radio to play a Personalized Happy Birthday Song for her. We thought was really sweet, fun and it was totally unexpected and it made my girl feel special. They also offer complimentary beverages. This was our first time here and we will definitely be regulars here. So glad to have finally found a place that hits all the marks.
