I was transporting some parts in my truck, they kept wanting to blow out and the UPS store was the closest place I saw. So I stopped there, talked to the manager Zee Bashir to see if they had any rope or anything I could use. He gave me rope out of his personal vehicle so I could continue on my trip safely. I appreciate Zee going out of his way to help instead of just saying no like most would. Thank you Zee!

I have been using this location to ship for several years now. Owners Ryan and Zee are so kind and helpful. Ryan has also helped me print invitations and Ryan went out of his way to meet our budget. get us specific size envelopes, and make sure the quality was top notch!

I was moving to another state and Ryan B. went way above and beyond to help me ship some of my belongings. He even met me early in the morning before my flight to ship 1 last item. Stellar customer service, truly the BEST.

The owner, Z, stayed past the stores hours of operation so that I could pick up an important package. They were patient and considerate and waited for me to arrive an hour after they closed. They also provide excellent service. Thank you Z!!!

Stopped by this location to ship internationally. Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful &extremely patient as I made international calls to figure out the options. Clean space & easy to find. I should have read other reviews before going here. I went for notary as my usual notary place was closed. These people charged me extra 3.99 as facility charge. No other UPS charges any facility charge. Because of suing such cheap tactic to gain more money, you lost mine, my family and my friends future business. OR anyone who is reading these reviews.

Be aware that this store is Not able to print the amazon return label, they will charge $1.99 for the process fee. Never heard of that and never have issue in the other ups stores.

Cyndi will tell you that you are wasting her time, I would suggest going somewhere else. She made it clear that she did not know how to do her job, which was copying papers, yet still somehow I was the one wasting her time.

I would give this zero stars if I could, Ryan without a mask during a pandemic with a mask mandate by the republican govenor would not leave the social distance space of my son and daughter in law who knew more about how to work the copiers than he did. Do not go here if you value your life, go to the Fed Ex by walmart instead.

I went there to notarize a document and Ryan charged me 6 dollars for Notary and 4.99 for facility charges. I didnt realize until I went to notarize a similar document at another UPS store where they only charged me 6.00 dollars and no made up facility fee. I mean Ryan, if you need an extra 5 bucks, just tell me and I will help you out in these tough times, otherwise its called stealing.Also, he charged me 3 dollars for a paper folder that many stores give for free and staples sales for 25 cents. Way to go.

I needed a to have contracts printed with a carbon copy and made into pads. The team at this store were excellent! They handled everything without a huge run around. The pads are professional and extremely nice. Zee helped me understand the cost associated with the order and made me feel comfortable trusting them with sensitive business details. I would strongly recommend them for all of your small business needs!

Convenient location, clean and organized store, friendly and helpful staff. I found this location next to my gym - needed to return a memory foam pillow back to Amazon, unfortunately those things typically ship rolled up and compressed - there was no way I was going to get it back into the box it came up. Andy helped me roll it up into a bag so it would fit into a smaller box, then found a box it would fit in and gave me all the packing material free of charge. I really appreciated him going above and beyond to help me out. Ive found my new go-to spot for shipping packages!

I have kept a business mailbox here for over a year now and everytime I come into the store I am treading so wonderfully. The owner Zee and his family that run the store are fantastic. The store offers tons of services to assist with you small business and are always accommodating with customized shipping services. A+

I first came in many months ago to ship a last minute package for a customer, and their shop is on my way out to the highway from my home. After a brief conversation about the stack of flyers that I had with me (that I had printed elsewhere) I submitted a project for a set of posters. Flash forward to today and I now use their shop ALL of my companys printing & shipping needs. We spend approximately $3k-$5k per month on print projects, quite often with very short notice on project submission deadlines and theyve never missed. They have even stayed late for me on the few occasions in which I had to re-route other staff members to go and pick up a print job that was needed for distribution that same night! I cannot say enough positive things about their level of service and dedication to the needs of my business. Customer for life right here!

I had an opportunity to visit the store a few times. Every time the cordial reception and the helpful staff was there to look after my requirements in the most professional manner. Both Ryan and Zee, were more than understanding in deciphering the tasks I had at hand and advised me with best options; thereby solving my multitasking needs in no time. Were not only willing to work late for me but also ensured customized shipment packing in professional manner. The staff, particularly Ryan And Zee, go beyond the normal limit when it comes to printing jobs and shipment with a customized requirement, at the most affordable price. I would definitely go out of my way to same location, just because of the excellent customer service. Double thumbs up for the courteous environment.

We went to the store as it was very close to our place and had very unpleasant experience this afternoon -1) We wanted to print 1st page of a document in color and rest of the pages to ignore but before I could say it, Ryan was fast enough to print all of them. I let him know immediately that I wanted the 1st page in color but he wasnt kind enough to consider and ended up charging $3.54 for all 6 color pages.2) After coming back to home, we realized that those 6 color pages were not even handed over to us.3) Even though Ryan was pretty quick clicking the print button for 5 docs and literally took not more than a minute to send all to printer, at the end he charged 5 minutes computer usage charge i.e. $2.504) I wanted to know why usage is for 5 minutes, he reverted back saying UPS doesnt do charity but couldnt clarify my question.5) At counter I was asked to pay $34 for 12 pages print and 2 pages notary. It was high so I asked the reason, Ryans reply was I will get to know in itemized bill after my payment. As I didnt want to pay before I know the breakdown and therefore insisted, Ryan cancelled the transaction and found that one item ($12) was included that I didnt buy. Initially I thought it could be a mistake but then I was also not sure if this was due to dishonesty (as done for usage charge)6) For 2 pages notary, we were charged $12 ($6*2) plus a facility charge of $2.99. I dont remember paying it to UPS before and also checked with one of my friends who did notary few weeks back from a different UPS store. He also couldnt recall that there was a facility charge involved.Edit 10/30/2018 - Today I had to print and notary few more docs and visited other UPS store 2 miles away. There were NO usage charge for printing, NO facility charge for notary and A4 color print was 10 cents less per page.

Not the closest store to me but visited in December when other stores were closed. Owner has nothing but excellent customer service and was delightful to speak with. Went today again and Andy was enthusiastic, accurate and incredibly friendly. Makes shipping packages fun...

The owner Mr. Bashir is always helpful and insightful providing excellent service for all shipping needs. My experience here is unlike any other when visiting UPS Store locations because he truly cares about personal customer service as does his staff. If you have any shipping needs I recommend this location compared to any other. Never a long wait convenient location just off SH 121!

This location is very close to my house. I needed a print job completed for a trip out of town. Ryan was very helpful in completing my order and giving me price options. Despite the fact that I waited until the last minute, he did not charge me a rush fee. Great customer service and very friendly. In another review, someone mentioned that noone is behind the counter. I walked in at 5 pm and the store was empty but Ryan was behind the counter.

This is my local go-to for sending UPS packages. Usually returns from Amazon. Theyve been very nice each time Ive been there. Usually its pretty quiet and slow, but there have been times Ive been in and had to wait for service. My main reason for not giving it 5 stars is that there isnt always someone at the desk when you walk in, I think when its slow the employees wander into the back and sit there on phones.

So I went in once about yr or two ago and the owner charged .89 for a single strip of tape. Thought that was just weird considering my normal ups store never did. Anyways I said oh ok paid him and then gave me a lecture about how his store has to make money too. I just laughed and said oh ok! Never been back. Today I went in and Andy helped me mail off a package and he was great! Provided great service and friendly! Very different experience from my first. Looks like the store made a new customer.

Everyone at this store is always really helpful!! The owners are there most of the time, and all of the staff members are super friendly. Andy always helps me out when I firget tape, and helps me carry some of the heavier boxes 📦 into the store. Also, priniting here is a lot cheaper than any of the big office stores

Very rude employee the goal on this store is charge you as much money as they can, I got extra charge $2.15 for printing a shipping label I know $2 it’s nothing but this is not how to keep your customers most of ups store they don’t if it’s a big Package

I got here 5 minutes before 7pm on a Friday night. I get it, everyone is trying to go home but I needed to print only 7 pages. The employee had a rude attitude and stated several times that I guess I can help you but we are about to closeI thank her and walked away.
