The VA gave them the consult for work on the 15th of January. I called the VA Washington hotline this morning Friday, the 21 of February to complain that I nave heard nothing. Just now a few hours later Hanger called jubilantly without apology saying they have an appointment as soon as the 26th. The VA also called just now and told me that their notes say Hanger claims they called and left several voicemails and I have not answered. I called Hanger back and this time she was condescending and evasive to my questions. She sarcastically said the delay was because they are very busy. Then she says I dont like the way you are talking to me. I told her I dont like the way your company is treating me! Again mam, HAS your company tried to contact me at all since the 15th? She said no. She also said she would text me the address when she got off and has not done that.

Dj at the Parker Blvd location is a person with whom Id recommend without hesitation or reservation!!! Mark at the Elizabeth St location is not approachable not collaborative and not warming.

The front ladies are always very informative and friendly. The staff in general know what they are doing.

Jesse and the staff at Hanger Clinic are very friendly and listens to my needs. Jesse also drives to Alamosa on Fridays. They make lifts for you shoes and so much more.
