Very attractive community, with really lovely features that would make any family proud to be a part of it, like an underground pool and a basketball court. Not your average idea of a Trailer Park, and in a secluded, private area that is right there with everything, but feels somehow like your in the country. Really lovely woman working on the office, as well. Very friendly and personable, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and its apparent that she works really hard to maintain a certain level of excellence that is very rare in this world today. She definitely makes you feel as though you will be in great hands if you choose to become a new resident, which I am strongly learning in the direction of....

I just drove around a bit. Its shady but has too many slow bumps for me and too many deadends where extra paved roads could help avoid those slow bumps and could get you on your way faster.

Would have loved to live there really sweet people there KAT HOUSE . just wasnt ment for it to happen.

Great location with nice neighbors, however the lots are to expensive and the price keep rising. The management/ manager sucks!! Maintenance is okay. We recently moved our mobile home and the manager was being difficult as always.

For almost 14 years, this has been home to my family. Anytime we have needed help or assistance, we have not been let down. Its quite, safe, gorgeous pool, and staff that is amazing.If you are looking for a great place to live, raise children, or just starting out..you will not regret it here.

They have a nice community room. The people that live there are helpful. Im in a wheelchair. The pool is great. You have to know some one that lives there to use the pool. You also need to follow the rules.

I cant wait find a lot for rent there next year

Son and his girlfriend and kids live there its a great place. Wish I could find a reasonable place there to live also

Cant seem to get what was promised 3 1/2 years ago. Very disappointed. Place seams to be getting bad again.

It is a nice place to live if they would be more strict on how many vehicles a house can have and if it the car sitting for awhile like 3 years it should have been towed away.
