Lets just say they did a great job this time. Not sure if they have had a change in the office or just what. Everyone was nice the place was clean. Any free popcorn. Cant beat a deal like that.

I was hit by a rock on I-30 near Mt Pleasant. I called Classic and the young lady told me to come on. They were patient and kind. They not only vacuumed my car, but vacuumed me off. I will forever be grateful.

Did they clean it? Yes, some of it. I heard you were the best in town so I went there. Spent $40 to get my wheels washed cars washed and a light vacuum still had a French fry under my seat. Not money well spent when they didn’t even wipe down the center console. Passenger seat still has dirt on it. Didn’t reinstall the floor mats to anchor points and the rear mat was just tossed in not placed as they found it. I’m not nagging but it’s the little things that set a company apart from the rest.

It was free! I love free stuff! And....they also do an exceptional job. Vehicle will be spotless inside and out. They actually take the time to dry it. Thats very good to keep business.

I am usually very pleased with the service here, but today I left very frustrated. I brought my car in at 10:45 am for a car wash and detail service and waited in their waiting area until close to 3 pm!!!!! I asked about my vehicle a couple of times and was told It should be done soon. By about 2:30 I had enough and I went to the front desk to ask if they would just call me when my vehicle was ready, her response was Its hard to call because we get busy. I explained to her that I had been there since 10:45 am and I needed to go so she went and checked and told me my vehicle had to go through the wash twice because it was really muddy and that it would be done in 10 minutes. I had to call my husband out of work because I had not eaten since 9 am because I was waiting for them to be done with my vehicle. I know these things take time, and I appreciate them wanting to get the job done correctly however the communication here is terrible. My husband ended up going in and speaking with Kim at the front desk and she claimed to have no idea I was still there. My husband expressed his frustration with the lack of communication only to be told Well we have a shuttle that can take her to get food.. We both left furious about the whole interaction and came back 30 minutes later and they were still putting the final touches on the car. It took 2.5 hours between my vehicles time to get the oil changed be done with the detail service. Overall this experience could have been made better if they would have simply communicated with their customers.

I went in at 4:55 p.m. not knowing they close at 5:00 p.m. They took my car in anyway which made the employees stay later than they normally would. No one complained - all I saw were smiles. Thank you so much! Great place and they make your vehicle sparkle and shine.

Great place to get your car detailed inside n out!! We do it all! Shampooing, buffing,restore headlights.etc. also those hard to get water spots. That didnt or wont wash off. Us at classic car wash can get it off. No problem!!! Come check us out!! For your carwash needs!!

Did a great job, but make sure to inspect it afterwards. I had to personally go behind them to vacuum several places missed and wipe down inside and outside. Maybe next time I won’t have to stand over them 🙄

They do a awesome job. Its a one stop place you can get your oil changes tires rotated and your car washed all at once. And they are super respectful and nice and they are very careful with your stuff

Excellent service. My vehicle was bug stained very dirty inside and out and needed a oil change. Classic took care of oil change and full check of fluids, filters, tires, etc. at a very reasonable price and you get a free car wash. They took the time to hand wipe and clean all that the automated car wash didnt get, cleaned windows and dash inside and out and vacumed and cleaned inside and even too my matts out and washed and cleaned them. Try it for yourself Im sure you will be very pleased!!

KIM the service person was GREAT, but service as far as the vehicle CLEANING was below poor performance, this is the 3rd time an I guess you would say why come back, well KIM is GREAT an she is one reason why I made this time of coming back, I GIVE KIM 5STARS but not th cleaning service gets no stars, cant wait till Summer Hill open back up.

Prices seem to have increased since last visit. Overall its still the best place to get your car cleaned. Stays extremely busy!!

Nice friendly service! Got the works...they offered shuttle to anywhere i needed to go and picked up afterwards. Just a few spots that needed a rewipe, but asked and it was done. Thanks!

The best and pocket friendly, good staff and the speed is also constant in washing the cars.

1st My floor mat was taken up and laid on my leather seats. I had to clean the seat of myself afterwards. Dirt dropped into the cup holders and shifter area which I had to clean also. They were not replaced correctly.2nd I asked that my car engine would be turned off. I was told no problem. I had to walk over 3 times to turn it off. 30 plus minutes of idleing is not acceptable.3rd I had to through wet dirt and debris on the concrete. Tracking dirt back into my car.

Worst car wash ever!

Very nice staff but the wash was sub-par. My kids do a better job and I dont have to wait 3 hrs. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and wash. & then had to return after I realized that they had kept my locking lug release tool.

Spent almost 2 hours getting the $50 wash. My vehicle was clean on the inside compared to most before I took it(only trash in it was a water bottle). The outside needed washed badly. It was sent through the unmanned wash then Im not sure if they even touched the outside with a rag. It had water marks/streaks all over it. Still covered in bugs, bird droppings and other forms of yuck(dirt/mud) that the drive thru carwash didnt remove. The inside is maybe 10% cloth and maybe 3 % of that was vacuumed. The wipe-down looked as if it was a rushed half done job. The whole back glass I believe was untouched (inside and out). If it hadnt taken so long, it wouldnt have been so bad. I just think for 2 hours for the best clean the job done was.... Poor. I gave 2 stars because from a far, my truck looks nice. However, it would have looked just as nice if I had spent 5 minutes driving through a $10 carwash.

Every time my husband gets his truck washed there, it still comes back dirty in certain places, usually the grill. Even the guys doing inside cleaning say it should have been ran thru again but after being there for hrs, we have no time to redo. I would think they could see themselves its not clean. But the last time we showed up to find the passenger side mirror completely broken off with wires hanging out. No phone call. No one to meet him at the truck to explain. He had to find someone himself who said the machine malfunctioned. They did order & replace the mirror but this was a huge inconvenience since my husband was having surgery & we were planning on selling that truck to someone that day. Im definitely looking for a new detail place & will not be going back.

Weve been coming here for 3/4 years. At first we thought it was a little too expensive, but weve realized you get what you pay for. Today we went to get an oil change and tire rotation. We decided to leave the vehicle there since it was going to take awhile during the Saturday crowd. We came back to check on it and they said they noticed my vehicle had a recall and they went ahead and fixed it. I was already planning on making time during the week to take it to the dealership to get it fixed, but this really saved my time. They didnt take long to get it fixed. I just wanted to leave a positive review and say how we appreciate the thoughtfulness. They saw the recall and instead of just passing it off since I didnt say something, they went ahead and fixed it.

Vacuuming was not great for 50 dollar deal, but outside was great. Didnt even have to say anything, they gave me another 50 dollar wash for free after seeing me brush out the seats...

5 stars for the excellent detailing. Took one star off because of the attitude of front desk lady who was rude and lacked basic customer service skills such as saying thank you. Had to take one star off because of incorrect information on refreshments- no coffee or water;no sanitizer ( with all corona threat). If people are expecting 2 hours wait time, some refreshments would help as there is not other coffee shops nearby. Would probably come back

The last car wash I had done was the best! The young man who detailed my Encore, I think his name was Tyler (sorry not 100% sure, could have been Taylor) paid a very close attention to EVERYTHING on my Encore. I had problems in the past with whoever did my Encore completely ignoring my console, never even touching my tires. I hope when I come in again that young man is still there!

The place was enjoyable while waiting and ike did a great finishing job for my vehicle.

I took my vehicle there twice and both times I had white streaks on my car in several spots and it was not very clean. The second time I pointed out the streaks to the guy and wiped it off with a towel. You have to inspect your vehicle before leaving but they should do their own inspection first.

They did a good job and worked quickly, but it was so busy that it still took a while. Positive experience, I would recommend

I am from Minnesota and this carwash was recommended to me by a neighbor of my parents who live here locally. I went not really knowing what to expect but was very delighted with the service. I had traveled from Minnesota to Maryland back to Minnesota then down here to Texas. First going to the Houston area then here to Texarkana. My truck was filthy both inside and out. I pulled in explaining to the girl I first encountered that I had never been here before. She explained in detail how it would work answering all my questions fully. I chose which service I would like, went into pay and took a seat outside waiting for my vehicle to get done. When it was done a gentleman came and found me had me look at it to be sure I was satisfied as well as a couple of other gentlemen also enquired to be sure I was satisfied. I was completely satisfied as they had fulfilled my expectations and actually did a better job than what I had anticipated. That all being said I did not do the detail that was about $50.00. I decided on the next step down that was about $40.00. I only want to mention this as if I were to give a complaint it would be that I had my backseats folded up and when I got home I realized they had not folded them down and did not vacuum them off as well as the front seats didnt appear to have been vacuumed. Other than that I was and am completely satisfied. I should mention that I didnt take the detail package as I was told that would take about an hour and a half and the one I did choose took about 45 minutes. So time was the reason I chose the package I did. I did give a tip of $10.00 and would tip for that great service again. I noticed many people not tipping and it is not required for their service but I can tell these people work hard and they did a great job so I would like to encourage anyone reading this to tip them if they meet your expectations. I saw many very nice vehicles being cleaned with no tip being left and would like to say if you can afford your vehicle you can afford a tip. Im sure most of the people having their vehicles cleaned make more than the people cleaning your vehicle... DONT BE SO CHEAP!!!

A good place to get your car wash they always do a good job on my ride I leave there show room clean. But they are slow cause they have so many cars to clean if you dont mind the wait then it will be worth your time going. They also have different price range something for everyone can afford.

I was not taken good care of i was insulted by the manager and till this day I have Steel not received an apology for the conduct of management nothing has been done and I feel as if they dont care and I always tip good to get my car taken care of

Jason at classic car wash is a really great guy. My card for a super works car wash was stolen, and I called up there and he told told me to bring it anyway and I would get it regardless. The manager I spoke with about it, is about useless, but Jason made it right. Now, I was told this would make my car look brand new., it didnt even make it half clean, after 3 and a half hours. The windows were worse than when I brought it, and it was barely vacuumed. The dashboard, sides of the doors, radio area, or anything else was not wiped down. Only 2 of the tires had been cleaned. Thats why I gave it low stars. Now, everyone was very nice, even the guy who brought me my car was very nice, but let me know twice, it was not him who cleaned my car, which I didnt get at first. After I saw it wasnt clean, I understood why. So I probably wont take my car back there, just because of the poor job they did on my car. I do recommend that if you have a problem to talk to Jason, he will at least try to help you.

I have the unlimited card and come once a week for a wash. My Tahoe is literally squeaky clean after they are done with it. I am never disappointed. The employees are always polite and friendly.

I received an inaccurate estimate, had difficulty reaching them to check on the progress of my vehicle, and it took twice as long as what I was told time wise (I was told 3.5 hours and it took 6 hours for service and detail). When I questioned the bill at time of checkout I was told they didn’t know what was charged and done (I was charged for services that did not appear to have been completed). Detailing was great it was the lube and service center that had difficulties.

Car wash put scratches all over my car that weren’t there before hand. It chipped paint on the hood, left deep scratches, even scuffed my wheels up. Definitely wouldn’t recommend Classic Car Wash. It’s pretty upsetting considering I just got the car through a Gregg Orr dealership, and I used my free monthly wash for the first time and this happens.

Took a while because they were very busy, but they did a good job. I would give them my business again if Im in the area.

Well it appears that Classic has relived the workers who wash cars for social distancing purposes. Its a government thing I get it but some of those guys are now homeless because washing cars was their only income. Is this fair? I purchased a truck from these people at Classic only to find out that car wash workers have been left out during this virus epidemic. I gave 3 guys change who worked there who are now on the street. They were wearing blue Classic jackets, which I recognized. Why couldnt they have given those guys some type of money? Now the company is fighting unemployment benefits that would help laid off workers. Why do companies treat low income workers this way? Ill bet there are people who have been getting benefits. Just not the real laborers. Supervisor needs to be fired. I will not purchase anything else from Classic or go to their car wash. Sad!!!

We was running late coming in from Annona TX and they had closed just 5 mins before we got there BUT!! They took us in anyways for a car wash & vacuum....SWEET!!! Thank yall for doing that for us!❤🙂

Good job on my car!

Fast and fair priced oil change with a free wash is a great bonus. A little disappointed in the fact that I asked to have air adjusted in tires only to leave with the same tire pressure. Maybe the time spent rummaging in my console would have been better spent checking my tires.

For how busy they were, they did a pretty good job at cleaning and detailing my car. There were a few spots that could have gotten cleaned, but I understand that they were busy. They had a ton of cars out there. I would probably go back again, especially for the vacuuming job. That was my favorite part of the job they did.

Up and down.. good one time and smudges the next. For the money you pay it needs to be more consistent, but they ALWAYS will make it right but then ya gotta come back and you CANT BE IN A HURRY.

Good people that are happy to help you however we went to get the inside and the outside cleaned and there is still dirt in some areas along with some fingerprints (from eating in the car) we got there around 4:35 and left at 5:56 and it still looks almost the same. The workers are friendly however and one offered to clean the outside himself for nothing. But we had no time so thats my experience you should try them yourself
