The representative, Ronald W, was very knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and friendly. He answered all of our questions, fixed a problem on one phone while helping us find the perfect first phone for my granddaughter. I cant say enough wonderful things about Ronald. Excellent representative of your company!

Always very nice and helpful. I always go to this store for my phone needs. They helped me so much when my mother passed to try to get her bill stopped when I didnt have her pass code. The people they had to deal with on the phone couldnt understand that I couldnt ask my dead mom what her code was. So glad they were there to help.

Use to use this store for years to get help to set up phones that we bought....no longer! The whole reason we have ATT is because we can buy cheaper unlocked phones and transfer our sim cards to them. Went there last night to only have one guy instantly refuse to help me, then the next guy acted like he was going to help then only to tell me they dont have the right size sim card and if they did I would have to pay for it! So went to another ATT store a mile up the road and they said all that needed done was cut the sim card to size and didnt cost a penny. Was very nice and caring!! They said the first store I went too has been pressuring people to buy their $300 dollar phones and refusing to help those who cant buy expensive phones! They have refused to help my mom and rude to her also

I went in to this location tonight to add a phone to a plan. I forgot my I.D. at home, and had 20 minutes to make it home and make it back to the store. I made it two minutes past the time the store was supposed to close for the night. I called them prior to arriving back, and they agreed to go ahead and do the transaction for me. Great customer service, great explanation of services and how much I’d be paying monthly including all fees. Very kind people to have taken the time out of their day to let us go ahead and do our transaction even being late. To have to stay over for us just to help us out and make them get out later. Just shows dedication to the customers 100%. Thank you to Cherish for being awesome and helping us!

Every time I go to the store, I end up waiting at least 30 minutes before being helped. I just left after waiting 60 hours and I will still the 2nd person in line.Also, the last two times Ive gotten new phones there, the techs gave us incorrect information. We have to call AT&T and get things corrected.Only go here if you absolutely have to and plan for at least 2-3 hours that include waiting and actually getting help. Also be sure to follow up with AT&T customer service to make sure things are correct. Even better - choose a different phone company.

Horrendous customer service. Rebecca, who is now acting manager in her boss, Jakes absence while he is on vacation, is unknowledgable, slow to answer questions, and just plain rude. We visited the store 1 month ago and she tried to help us suspend our account temporarily while we traveled abroad. Numerous times, she kept looking at her OWN phone, switching between touching her phone and touching our phones during a PANDEMIC while we were with her in-person. She was UNABLE to do what we needed her to do, which other AT&T reps had told us was a relatively straightforward process, and in effect she failed at creating 2 separate NEW accounts for us, which she then proceeded to lock us out of. We had no choice but to cancel our service on our way out of the country, but low and behold, the additional accounts SHE HAD created were still active, so my husbands phone CANNOT be unlocked, nor can we access these superfluous accounts in order to cancel them since she never set up email account or account passcode to manage them over the phone. Moreover, instead of even feigning understanding or apologizing for her mistakes, she was yelling at me, cutting me off, and basically hung up on me when I used precious international minutes to try to beg her to help us out from El Salvador. DONT GO HERE. And if you must, certainly DONT trust Rebecca to solve your problems.

Sales personal would benefit from learning more about each model of the phones; especially newer top sellers offered in your store.So that when a customer asks about the camera & sound capabilities ; along with other features the will be able to share that information with the consumer. In the case that they lack the knowledge then they should offer to look up the information on the website and share it with consumers then & there. Instead of the consumer hear Oh they are in the top tier of phones.That was the answer that I received when asking questions. That right their told me1. They had no clue2. They did not want to be troubled .This is not representing very good salesman ship training being utlized.Otherwise the salesman was polite and did explain the differences on the plans well.

Went to buy an iPad was told I couldn’t purchase without activation. AT&T help online said purchasing an iPad in store without activation is fine. Salesman was a complete jerk. Came out every 3-5 minutes asking if we were ready yet. We ended up driving off... I’m not going to be rushed, lied to, and talked down to by someone who sells phones.

Rebecca was very helpful! I went in to the store to pay my bill and she assisted me instead of having me use the payment machine. She also let me know about the current promotions. They sounded fantastic but at this time I don’t have the need to make any changes to my account or add another person. I will definitely ask for Rebecca when returning to the store. Poor customer service. Took a long time with customers helping with every little issue with no consideration of other customers waiting. Asked how long they expected it to take, and they begrudgingly said they can’t tell how long it would take. Got the impression they are understaffed and workers are therefore upset and taking it out on customers. One worker just left then after we waited a long time.The lady that did help me though it was nice and helpful though once.

Very poor service and no help with phone problems. I went to the at&t store on 3rd and Margaret and they were great and not only helped but had it fixed in 5 minutes after I waited 2 weeks. I will NEVER go to this location again ever....

People were in there. They approached us. They were able to assist this time, though last time I was just handed a piece a paper and told to call a # because they dont replace phones on warranty at the store. I get its a process, but the speed at which the got me out of an empty store was impressive... possibly a record.

Been a customer at Terre Haute Corp. Store for years. Couldnt ask for a better manager than Keri to take care of you and make sure you walk out the door happy. Also Rebecca is very knowledgeable and helpful in finding exactly what you want.

Go to another store in town and avoid this one at all costs. The employees are only out to line their own pockets with commissions. I was blatantly lied to about policies and after spending 2 hours on the line with customer service I sorted it out, only to have the employees here tell me that customer service and upper management was wrong and that they were the only ones that were right. They did not honor anything I was told by customer service even after my representative put notes on my account for them to see. DO NO DO BUSINESS HERE. you will be lied to and scammed and when you try to sort it out they will tell you it was your own fault for not knowing the policies.

We bought an unlocked phone through Best Buy. Came in with questions of wanting to switch from a prepaid plan to a postpay plan only to be told they cant do that repeatedly. We werent surw how to explain it but was never really given the chance. Called corporate to figure it out only to be told we have to go to a corporate store (which this is) to switch from prepaid to post pay. This store and the 4 employees we saw insisted they cannot do this. We believe it was due to the fact that we bought the phone elsewhere. Would not recommend because they were rude and wouldnt even try to help us. Have always had great CS experience in stores (at other locations) so this was heavily disappointing. May drive elsewhere for a corporate store when we want to switch from prepaid to post if we stay with AT&T.

Horrible experience. Cory B. the sales person I worked with is a blatant liar. He sold me Direct TV and half the stuff he told me were NOT true. My first bill was more than double what it was supposed to be. The store manager Keri got involved and that was a disappointment as well. Clearly she has no idea what shes talking about. On top of that the service is god awful. If you dont believe me just walk into the store. They literally have one bar of service in their store. You cant even make a call from the dang store!!Stay away from this store. Stay away from AT&T.

No one answers the phone ever!!! I tried online but it too long for them to look something up that I got timed out. Tried that twice. Absolutely no customer service after the sale. They are sweet and friendly selling but want nothing to do with you afterwards!!

Went in for a SIM card for my phone. Had to pay for one that didnt fit. Never will return .Would have been ok if staff had mentioned that before and I had agreed.Left and went to Wal-Mart and bought my grandson a new phone.

I went in to add international texting for my upcoming trip and the man in charge told the person helping me to just give me a number to call about it myself. When I asked him about coming in so they could take care of it he gave me a snarky response about how plans can change in 5 min. Whats the point of that store if they cant find the answer to my question? Can a phone store not make a call for its customer to figure out the answer to their question? Total waste of time. I will not be back.

Currently standing here waiting for my third time to the store because they keep telling me they’ll fix my bill that’s wrong, and they still haven’t done anything with it. There’s no follow up for their customers. Plus, there are two associates just standing and talking while I’m waiting for half an hour. Not the best customer service.
