This guy Cory is great. He is always super helpful. My son started service with boost a while back and Cory was amazing with him. And now that I am ready to switch he so far as been helpful and on point.

I love Boost. Ive never had any.real problems with them. Their plans are great. They have something for every price range. Customer service is awesome, with the exception of wait time but that is due to the fact that they dont rush you when you have a question or problem ans make sure your situation is resolved before they move to the next customer, so sometimes you do have to wait but know when its your turn, you will get that same devotion to your situation. I definitely recommend them and suggest joining their family plans if possible

You would be better off getting a government phone. Sad company, sad service!!!!!

Ive been a customer of Boost for over 8 years. I love the phones, prices & the plans but Im very disappointed with the service. Especially in Terre Haute. When I do actually have an issue, I go to the stores in town & no one is there! No one answers the BUSINESS phone, no answer at the door. Tried back a couple hours later & nothing at either place. Itd be nice to put up a sign or put a message on the voicemail? Or maybe even just call the customer back when they leave a message! If I have to make a trip to the store, it means I have a serious problem. Im probably going to switch to another carrier because literally every time I try to go to the local stores, the doors are locked & cant get help. Its really unprofessional & a nuisance to a paying, loyal customer.

Cody is very knowledgeable about the phones and the plans. My husband and I each got the LG STYLO4 with cases and insurance. He helped us move stuff from old phones to the new phones and was friendly!! If youre looking for a new phone this is the guy you should go see!!

The service at Wabash & locust in Terre Haute is TERRIBLE!!! They are slow & they screw you around then make you pay for stuff more than once,so be careful. They will say I saved you such & such and that they are throwing in xtras for just being you & in the end you pay for it all if not more.
