They were very professional and helpful they went to every area that I showed them as well as the surrounding areas where they found another nest and group of wasps that he took care of. He explained the process and the chemicals that were used and what they were used for which was very informative and appreciated since we own pets. All in all very happy with the precision and determination to get rid of the wasps. He stated if any more come back let them know and they will take care of the area again as well as any other areas that might show up.

We have been with Orkin since 2017, and our representative has been Tim Price. We absolutely love Tim, I usually walk around with him talking the whole time. He is always professional, and treats us like family. To this day (knock on wood) we haven’t seen a live insect since 2017. He does a superb job and we always look forward to his next visit.

Rick Michael is our technician and is very professional and knowledgeable about this business. He is amicable and always takes time to answer any questions we have about what he is spraying for. He wears the uniform with pride and is always courteous when performing the treatment. I would highly recommend Orkin to others because of Ricks attitude and work ethic.

So this is our first time ever needing to call and use any service like this before. We have seen Orkin used by our neighbors, so we diced to look into using their services. I was pleased to read that on the first visit, they do a thorough inspection, remove and fill possible places of entry for the pest etc. Plus they explain their process and what they are doing and whats to follow. However when our Orkin guy arrived, he was not even at our home but 45min at the most. He only inspected the kitchen, and by inspected I mean pulled the fridge out and shined his light. Opened one of my cabinets and looked under the kitchen sink and shined his light. He then only went to the bathroom and looked under the sink. He laid a couple traps in the kitchen and bathroom that was it. Then he sprayed the inside and outside of my home in less then 15min, gave me his card and left. He didnt explain anything really that he was doing, what it was for, what it would kill, when he would be back, if we needed to do anything. Nothing! He did answer any questions I asked,however if I hadnt asked any I would have not known. Dont get me wrong he was a nice Kid very polite, but I think he may have been new, or not well trained. Any how I was not impressed at all with the service that was given, and for what I paid for the initial first visit. Not to mention, I have still seen the nasty little PEST crawling around since the visit. I was just very disappointed in the service or lack of service that was performed/provided verses what I thought and read was supposed to be done.

Gianni is the best! He took the time to explain what he was doing during the initial treatment, and what results I could expect to see. At each follow-up visit, he’s always been on time, and incredibly respectful and friendly. If you use Orkin, you should request Gianni!

The technician helped me determine I did not have scorpions but they were earwig creatures. And it was comforting to have someone come out the next day after I called. The technician gave me information after his procedures and was very thorough and kind also. This was the third state I have used Orkin... Indiana, Florida.and Georgia. They are the best.!!!

First off, the call center detailed the steps that were going to be taken for me so there were zero surprises when our technician arrived. It can make all the difference just to know how you can prepare to help make the process simple and easy. Our tech, Brendan, called in advance to let us know when he’d arrive, which was awesome since it was first thing in the morning for us. He listened to my concerns and did a thorough inspection, plus he detailed every treatment he recommended before he did it. It meant a lot to me to know exactly what had been done and if I needed to be concerned about anything with our kids, cats or dogs post treatment. Overall, if took less than an hour!

Good quality work, great inspection and very good service and the worker was very professional very knowledgeable and answered all questions. The technician failed to secure the gate to our fence properly when he left. I believe he did not go into our deck as our macaw and dogs did not react as they always have done, and we did not see him. We were in a room with windows looking out onto the deck. Also, he did not come to the door to see if our dogs were out in our fenced in back yard, an area where he went.

We have a program in our town that “spray” for mosquitos every week with a truck they drive down the road. This pushes all the mosquitoes to our back yard and it’s miserable. We had our first treatment by Orkin about a week ago and I can not believe the difference it has made. We can enjoy our back yard once again.

Ive been fighting the mosquitoes for so long every summer they are just miserable cant do anything outside without covering yourself in repellents and whatever you can come up with but nothing works very well until I call the orkin man he came out sprayed around the entire yard and within a few hours I was able to come outside do some yard work and have not seen a single one yet. I give them a 10 star rating I dont care how much money it cost it is worth it even though their service is pretty reasonable. I highly recommend everyone to call them. You wont be disappointed

I find the contract a little confusing and overboard on service frequency. I wish they just had a spring/fall service contract, and then an extra fee for in-between treatments as needed. However, the actual treatment service is always friendly, professional, and thorough.

They were quick to arrive. Professional, although not sure they really took as much time looking, but also did find bugs. So at that point I guess their inspection is done.Would have liked them to explain a little better what can be done until they come back to treat house.Their appointment for treatment was quick, 2 days, and they were willing to work around my schedule.Overall a good experience. Hopefully this will take care of the issue.

Our guy Chris comes every month. He is very professional and is always on time. He always asks if we have seen anything additional he needs to be aware of. He also lets us know if there is something he has spotted. We opt not to spray our bedroom so he always leaves us some glue traps that work great on small spiders that come in at the window at the headboard of our bed. Super nice people to do business with. Had a carpenter ant problem last time and one application got them all gone. Chris let us know what he sprayed they take to the nest and it kills the nest. What efficiency.

I have regular pest control service with Orkin for over a year now. While the bugs have been under control, I noticed droppings in the outdoor doorway from my house to my garage. My technician Steve came out a number of times because I orginally thought I had mice, however he finally figured out that I have bats in that area. I appreciate his attention to the matter get this issue resolved.
