I called, on the advice of my HVAC installer, to have my air ducts cleaned. They arrived on time and were very respectful of my property. They cleaned up before leaving. I could tell a difference immediately in how much quicker my house heats up and the power coming from the vents. I think its well worth the cost to get this done.

I will never call Stanley steemer out to do my carpets again I could have done a better job they werent even out here if an hour at that most my carpet still dirty I just wont call on them again

They were amazing. They came in next day, thoroughly cleaned, and they have an option to sterilize for COVID. It was a great team that came in, they were quick but thorough and left great care instructions for the carpets and furniture after they cleaned. Reasonably priced for the cleaning they did.

Got an online quote for $189 for 3 room carpet cleaning and dryer vent ($75). Plus there was supposed to be a $99 special for the carpet cleaning. Total price should have been $174. They only cleaned 2 of the 3 rooms. Added a $50 deodorizer I didn’t want and didn’t give the 3 room discount. Total price charged was $236 ($62 over original price).

Had carpets cleaned but could not believe the amount of dirt that i cleaned up that following week! Then called to talk to whomever about the package i bought and wanting a refund the man was extremely rude, called me a bit** yes that is correct! and hung up on me! when tried to call back he would not even pick up. Still have not even gotten the refund. Horrible Horrible person!

Had them come clean a carpet an older carpet for an Elderly friend. All furniture was removed for a small room and the price was ridiculous! They were onsite for maybe 15 minutes, did not place anything under the feet of of the two furniture items I asked them to place back into the room. Furthermore, no extra effort was given for heavily soiled areas. The owner supposedly was onsite with the crew which suggests no confidence to the quality and professional expectation of management. I am extremely disappointed. Will not use them again and will not recommend anyone prior to full price quote and comparison.

We made several appointments for them to come clean our carpets. They never showed. After calling and talking to the manager and owner we were told we would get 2 extra rooms free with deodorizer. They finally showed up after 3 weeks. Not free. $250. Will never use Stanley Steemer again. Poor customer service.

After 3 attempts of getting them to the house . Mike was punctual and work hard at getting carpet done quickly and spots removed. I am thankful that they sent Mike this time. There were some issues before they sent Mike. Mike was punctual and called before coming out.

I paid $35 for a 9x11 area rug and it turned out great. I brought them the rug and three days later it was better than when we bought it. The owner took great pride in his work. And i don’t think I would go to any other carpet cleaner.

I was billed $270 for a 45 min duct cleaning. The service was far short of Stanley Steemer demonstrates on its website. It consisted of having a vacuum hose with an air compressor hose shoved in the middle of it inserted into the vent opening and then kind of hastily pulled out. I noticed that on several of the 8 ducts that were serviced that the crew didnt even let off of the the compressed air as the hose was being pulled out of the duct; basically just blowing dirt and pet dander around inside of the duct w/o really vacuuming it out. I give it a 2 star rating only because they were fairly polite. Im not sure I would pay $50 to have this service performed again.

Amazing results and a very professional and friendly crew. They paid special attention to spots i called their attention to - really could not believe they came out! They made sure they worked on them until they did!

Was scheduled for 10 am cleaning. Hadn’t heard from them at noon. I called they stated they had some problems but would be arriving between 4 and 6. At 5:50 I received a call saying they had a bad day and probably couldn’t make it today. I inquired if I would be first on the morning schedule tomorrow. I was told he would try to me in. Not a good experience. I would not recommend this company.

I had Stanley Steemer of Terre Haute come to my home, to clean my SUV & boat. I was very very pleased I didn’t think the carpeting in my boat would come clean, but they done a GREAT job the carpet looks 99% better. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Do not use this company. They set up cleaning for me and then came out and did services I did not request and initially agreed with me that it was their fault. When it came down to paying me back $200, which they agreed to do, they all the sudden changed their tune. They were argumentative and rude. Of course I’ve never seen the money I was owed.

Stanley steamer came and cleaned my carpets and tile floors. They did an excellent just job.

Horrible job on my tile floors. Sent 1 kid out to do a huge job. They were over 2 hours late. Left a big mess and stuff all over my baseboards. The person who answered the call about it wasnt helpful at all. Wanted to send someone out but we are a business and fixing to open so I dont have time for them to come redo it. Paid over $600 for them to do a job that my sister redid the floors herself and did a better job for $25. Big scam as far as Im concerned.
