Fantastic experience! After utilizing other housecleaners and feeling like my house was left lacking, my home finally felt clean after I switched to Two Maids! The ladies were also situationally aware of the fact that I was working from home and had to be on Zoom meetings with audio and video on at times, and they did a great job working around that. I will absolutely be sticking with this company going forward!

As Always Keisha and her helper was very nice and great job of cleaning. Make my weekly cleaning so easy. I will continue to have TwoMaids for premium maintenance for every four weeks.

This is the second time I have used Two Maids and a Mop. Ive been pleased both times. We had a deep clean done this time. The communication is great. They texted the night before with a reminder and an estimated time of arrival and texted when they were on the way to the house. I was out while they cleaned, but when I arrived home the house did smell clean. I would give a higher score, however there were a few things they missed ( still some food on the sides of the microwave, a few spots on the hard wood floors, and the insides of my windows still have dust and spots on them), but overall a decent clean. My bathrooms and inside of the oven look excellent. It is a bit pricy to not have a five-star service, but the house does look pretty clean.

Gloria, Lexi, and Stormie took great care of me. I know cleaning can be super tedious and it’s easy to miss a spot or two but the girls did a great job of finishing their work and were super nice as well. I had some construction work done at my home and there was a fine layer of dust on everything. The ladies showed up on time and were very courteous. House looks great and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The cleaning done was a HORRIBLE job. The crew did not sweep or mop properly, the stairs were not vacuumed, the kitchen and bath was not done correctly. I have used this company 2 times before with success but this last time was Horrible. When I brought the complaint to the owner HE told me maybe we should go our separate ways rather than rectify or be concerned with what the crew did not clean. I offered for him to come take a look or me send a video and he was not interested at all just wanted to get rid of a complaining customer. I did send him pics but he kept referring back to some clutter I had but the areas of concern had nothing to do with where my clutter areas are. I live in Salado and this company will never get my business again. If there were zero stars for customer service and cleaning abilities I would provide that rating!!

Balancing life at home is tough! Working full time remote, home schooling my son and just trying to balance everything was becoming exhausting! Previously I hired a different company to come to my home. Needless to say, I was very underwhelmed by their performance. This put a sour taste in my mouth and had no interest in hiring someone else. I recently saw a Facebook post about Two Maids. I filled out the form and the ladies reached out to me. Due to my previous experience I was hesitant to give another company a try. After a week, I finally chatted with Gloria. She put my mind at ease and made me feel like I was making a good choice. Well let me tell you, I made a great choice! Audrey was sent to my home. When I say she was the missing piece I needed, she is the missing piece! From her attention to detail and overall kindness, I would welcome her into my home anytime. She was even kind enough to rearrange some things in my bathroom and bedroom. As someone who has been struggling to find balance and get things in the “perfect spot,” she helped me there too! I cannot wait for our next cleaning as I know this will eliminate some stress from my life!

Gabby and Guiselle arent maids, they are actual miracle workers!! They made things sparkle that I didnt realize needed to be cleaned. After they were done, our old home looked better than they day we moved in. They were life savers!! 5 stars isnt enough to describe how great our entire experience with Two Maids With A Mod was. We couldnt be more thankful and appreciative, and cant recommend them enough!!

THE REVIEWS ON THIS BUSINESS ARE FRIENDS AND FAMILY OF THE OWNER!!!!We where quoted $477 after a $50 off coupon $427 for a full deep one time clean by Emily and her husband for A 2300 sq ft house and were very disappointed! The maids arrived at 8;23 and left around close to 3,they didnt do 2 rooms, closets, baseboards, trim, windows,cabinets, blinds,ceiling fans, table tops all which where included in the deep cleaning package that they offered. When I called about this all this they tried to make it out to be my fault and that their cleaning ladies ran out of product? They said they would take off the price for the two rooms and said my card would be charged 425!!! No sorry or any kind of remorse or discount for wasting our money and time esp at Christmas when I needed it the most. Did not respond to text message and they communication from way too many different phones WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!UPDATE!! The owner made me regret ever calling someone out to clean my house, as a mother who got overloaded by covid, anxiety and depression my house took the full brunt of it all... Emily made sure to use that against me as an excuse as to why they failed to clean my home to the standard THEY SET. At first the pricing was based on sq feet but then when it came to my house she justified ripping me off by how many hours they spent at my home after failing to prepare her maid for a deep clean.
