Came in to get my granddaughters hair colored and Stephanie refused to provide service told the other stylist she could do it if she wanted to, but she wasn’t. She is very rude and unprofessional.

I wanted a trim, but got a cut shorter than I was hoping for. Ended up going home and shaving it all off. My trust in salons has gone down drastically after this visit.

Both of my sons David age 17 and Carlos age 13 got a haircut and they did a great job.

Needed a place to go for haircut. I try to go every 2 weeks. SuperCuts which is in the Market Place was the place I had to try. Ana was the stylist that assisted me. She was fantastic,took the time with me to fully explain what I wanted. Tada❗ The Best cuts that I have had for several months. The price is very reasonable. The decor inside is very inviting and comfortable. This is the place to go. I recommend this place not only for the adults but for the whole family.

The stylist that cut my hair argued with me over the style I wanted. She took my glasses from me and sat them on her stand instead of asking me to take them off. Now Im not happy with the haircut I got last Tuesday so Im going somewhere else to get it fixed today. I even gave it a few days and washed it to see if it was just not hanging right after she just cut it

My mom had a bad experience with a color match, we informed the woman who did her hair, that she was unhappy with her hair and got a refund, since then she has called and checked up, offering protein treatments for my mothers hair, super appreciative for the customer service, and the business caring about their customers.

Hairdresser didnt want to comb out a small knot in my hair so she just cut it out.

My hair stylist did a wonderful job on mine and both of my girls hair. Wish I could give more then 5 stars. Will definitely be using them every time

Had to wait 45 mins with only 1 person in front of me.. Both ladies there at the time were very un professional wanting to chit chat with each other while doing mine and another guys hair and i had asked for a fade on the side but didnt get that and have splotches of long hair in different areas along with only one side burn cut.. $17 to get my head messed up.. DO NOT GO HERE

First of all, Brandi trimmed my hair. She is something else. I laughed and had a great time. She trimmed my hair and it looks great. Will definitely be going back to have Brandi trim my hair again. Great service and great price.

I went to Supercuts in hopes to get a pixie bob haircut. Which is a hairstyle I have been getting for years. The hairdresser I got didnt know what she was doing. I have thick wavy hair and she couldnt figure out how to cut my hair correctly to make it blend well. The side that was supposed to be longer she did okay on. The back she made it very choppy. When it came to the short side of my hair for the pixie bob haircut. She took it too short above my ear. I tried to get her to correct the mistake by trying to turn it into more of a pixie haircut. Instead of correcting it she wanted to get flustered and blame me for the haircut going wrong. She eventually gave up on trying to fix the mistake. When it came to pay for the haircut she charged me extra. I paid $39 for my sons and my haircut. My son hair was done by another hair stylist and she did well on his hair. The one who had me did so horribly that I had to go to another hair salon to correct her mistake. When the other hair stylist seen my hair she couldnt help but to laugh at how horrible it was. She even made a comment about how she wanted to take a picture of it. So she can show others of what not to do with what kind of hair I have. I would recommend anyone with thick wavy hair like mine. Do not go there or they will mess up your hair. Mainly because they cannot layer thick wavy hair correctly. I will not be going back here and to be honest if I can go back to the moment where I had to pay for the haircut. I wished I would have just took my money and walked. Never again will I pay for bad haircut. This was the worst haircut Ive ever had. The other hair stylist had to take my hair so short in order to blend it correctly. This is the shortest my hair has ever been. I usually like my hair short but not this short because it does not suit the type of hair I have.

Older lady who cut my youngest daughters hair was nice, welcoming. Wasn’t crazy happy about the way her hair turned out but it still looked cute. There was a younger woman with orange hair who cut my older daughters hair, she could’ve been a lot more welcoming and atleast acted happy to be at work. I’m assuming she was in a hurry to go home because when my daughter got down to leave her hair was so so uneven, some of it still long..some of it shorter than the rest, and not straight. Kinda slanted, I am not exaggerating at all. Kinda upset me that she didn’t double check her work and was going to let my daughter walk around like that. As soon as we walked out I saw her heading home, that is why I feel like she was in a hurry to go home. Don’t recommend at all, I can deal with unhappy campers but I can’t deal with my kids hair being jacked up. I tried to be polite but inside I was screaming. I did not leave a tip, service was bad. Hope they didn’t add one automatically like some places do because it was not deserved. Wasn’t the worst, but I’ve seen what good haircuts look like, and I will be going back to my regular stylist.

I have gone on multiple occasions and have had three different people cut my hair there. Never have I got a cut that was actually good. Service is friendly but my hair cut for a long bob is never right, one time it was cut uneven in the back and lastly an employee gave me layers when I told them I didn’t want layers. They thought it would look good on my hair. I have been going to Supercuts since I was 5 and this last time was truly my last time.

Just walked in and got a haircut.

I tried getting a fade and one lady didn’t even know how to do fades and she directed me to the other older Hispanic lady and told me that she knows how to do it so I was hopeful but I told her to do a low fade and she started in the middle of my head which is already too high already to start at and then when she was done it wasn’t even on both sides also she rushed. Probably the worst haircut I have ever gotten and pretty pricey as well.

I had long hair, but I got sick of it. So I cut it off. Needless to say I ended up going to Supercuts for them to fix it. They were very nice and I actually love my short hair. Will be going back for a trim.

Came in for a cut while in town, place is nice and the staff was friendly. Cut was fine and didnt have to wait very long. No one was pushy about buying hair products so that was a plus. Not a usual stop for me but Id recommend it to others.

My husband is a truck driver, drives all over the US. He stopped at this place for a hair cut, was told to come back in 30 mins. He did, only to find this place Closed. I called and was told they had a walk-in therefore had to close for 10 mins to sterilize. The sign did not say that nor did anyone come to the door to say wait a few more minutes. Everyone wants to, unfortunately, blame the new COVID procedures.....managers, snap out of it! Either you want business or you dont. Keep in mind, your business, Supercuts, uh yeah, expendable.

Came in and was ignored by all three stylists. As each finished with the customer they were working on, each stood and talked with the other two. After waiting a half hour, we left and took our son to great clips.

Ive been going with Stormie to get my sons haircut for the past 6 months and she does a fabulous job every time and helped me achieve the style I wanted for him. She is very good at communicating with me on what I want and what would look good on him. The most important thing is my son is very comfortable with her...I highly recommend STORMIE!!!

The employee ruined my boyfriends hair. He asked for a 3 on the side and trim on top. His sides were trimmed further than a 3, there was no fade, and he had 6 inches of hair on top when he got there and an inch left when he left. None of the lines are straight and neither are the lengths of hair. He didnt say anything to the lady because hes too nice, so Im writing the review for him. Been there before and recieved a good haircut, but theyve got a new crew. Be careful!

I am the type of person that doesnt like just anyone cutting my hair. Ive had bad experiences in the past with different stylist at different locations. I started to get my hair cut and eyebrows done a few months back with ANA...... I love the way she takes the time to know what your are looking to do and takes the time to make a perfect cut and a perfect waxing. Shes ALWAYS so HAPPY.... I highly recommend ANA.... I have found my stylist and i hope that yall will too.

Saloon stays consistently busy but always seem to greet you when you walk in. I usually sign in online to cut the wait time down but when I dont they usually give me an estimate wait time when signing in. I highly recommend this saloon as the stylist are always willing to listen to you. Personally I recommend Ana as she is always cheerful and has the positive attitude and cares about her job.

This afternoon I got off work at the same time this location was closing. I have been trying to get my haircut for about a month now but with my schedule Im at work before they open in till after they close with no break to make there during the day. Either way Whitney answered the phone just a few minutes after closing and after hearing my story told me to come over and she would make sure I was taken care of. I rushed straight there and the ladies of this location did just that, I received amazing service from everyone that was on shift, no one made me feel bad about them staying a little late to assist me, and I received an amazing haircut from Lisa. We are new to Temple and tried supercuts, the first time we came here the staff was amazing and we had the best experience. A couple weeks later we return to all new staff, new check in system and horrible wait time. We chose next barber available and waited 25 mins to get in a chair when 2 stylists were not cutting but cleaning. Then someone else walks in and gets seated immediately. Not happy with this return visit at all.

Still got charged for an incomplete haircut. Didnt cut the top of my sons hair correctly, didnt blend anything in. On top of clipping his ear and making him bleed. Did not have the patience and was rushing through just because he is a kid. She attempted to fix his edge up but just made it worse.

This place caters to whom ever they want to. I sat in there foolishly for 45min. Two people were ahead of me when I came in. Three people came in later and went ahead of me. I was never told theres an appointment that they had. I questioned a stylist and was told, . Oh well, I should have been more patient and made an appointment. Never again!!!! They really dont even deserve the one star I gave this over priced clip joint.Thanks

Very slow. Second time I have been there that one stylist worked for ever on a little kids cut and the other stylist did everything but cut hair for 15 -20 minutes at a time. The last time one cut hair and the other left to go to lunch and I was the only one waiting. Wasnt going to try again but had good experiences in the past.

Since I started getting my hair cut by Whitney Ive been getting consistent and perfect hair cuts. Great place with great deals.

Recently I decided to change my hairstyle and as it was growing out, I started to have second thoughts which my stylist, Mayra, suggested I should continue to let it grow out. She was right and I was very pleased with the results.

3-1-17 Very disappointed in the way management handled me paying $200 for orange hair from one of the stylists at this location. I handled the situation politely and respectfully, but I got nothing but rude, condescending remarks in return from the manager. The manager, Myra offered to fix it, but would not tell me if she had ever fixed orange hair before. I had to contact them several times because I never received the phone calls I was promised. I finally spoke with corporate and had a message delivered to the owners personal management team. Chris was the gentleman that helped me set up my refund, and the only person I spoke with that treated me like a customer instead of acting like my hair being orange was in some way my fault. It is a shame that anyone would represent their company in the way I have experienced. I wont be back....and sadly this was my first time coloring my hair. Being ugly to your customers is never ok, every business has issues, you fix them and move on. You DONT try to make the customer look like a fool in front of other customers, and you dont blame your mistake on the customer not explaining what they wanted. You are the stylist, not me!
