I have been a customer of Johns for the last 11 years. Linda and Pam are always so great and friendly. They get all of my business taken care of. A few years ago I had a wreck that totaled out my car. I was not at fault but the other drivers insurance company was jacking me around and John said “I will take care of it” he had me all taken care of in one day! I recommend them to everyone. John has been in the business for many years and he knows what he is doing!

Mr. Farwell has an incredible group of Agents working for him. All are personable, helpful & knowledgeable, (up to and including John Farwell, himself).However, this is to commend my personal Agent, Robin Cone. Ms. Cone is such a patient, kind person. I have been going through a lot of changes personally in the last year, and I have called time and again to change my policy, ask questions that dont have answers, and other challenging, near impossible tasks.Robin always accommodates me with reassurance and a smile. If its an impossible question, she has, or finds the answer. She is upbeat and empathetic when my world crumbles. She has had the foresight to suggest nuances in policies that have quite literally saved my life, (I had a blowout on I35in a 75mph zone yesterday & 9 out of 10BIG trucks were OVER the white line, onto the shoulder where I sat), by suggesting, pricing and explaining Roadside Assistance for me.There are so many more instances, but I hope this is enough to encourage the powers that be to give Agent Robin Cone the many kudos she deserves. John Farwell and his office staff go way above and beyond to help you. When we were hit by someone whose insurance company would not return our calls or answer their phone, he and his staff worked tirelessly to get them to communicate with us and settle our claim. When my daughter was in an accident recently, they were on top of that claim and helped us get our insurance transferred over the the next vehicle as soon as we got it. Their communication is fast and amazing and their staff is always so nice and truly want to help. I have been with this insurance company for almost two decades because theyve always been so amazing to deal with and so easy to get in contact with.

This is my first 1 star review. Loved SF for over 40 years...our agent left, we were sent to a brand new agent. We moved to a more experienced agent John Farwell. Unfortunately, we were initially told it would takes 3 weeks for a return call. We moved most of our insurance. A remaining life policy that was to end at end of term has become a major ordeal to terminate. Signed form, texted back--they could not open. Emailed form, they cant read. Must go in to terminate a self-terminating policy. Called corporate, they confirmed that the office is having trouble opening a PDF. Re-sent in highest resolution Adobe offers. If this is a good neighbor, I can do without such a good neighbor.

So disappointed, we have been customers for 10 years. Our monthly rate is not cheap! We switched the coverage of our policy due to a change of vehicle and it was a mess! My monthly cost was suppose to go down & that did not happen. They got it all wrong, I had two separate policies and they brushed it off like it was not their mistake. So lets see if it gets fixed! Hopefully my billing will be right this month. Looking for other options.

Switching to Farmers, 10+ yrs with full coverage at $250 a month and wont cover a windshield chip repair w/ out deductible. over $30,000 wasted but my agent certainly take luxurious vacations

This isnt my state farm Agency, but I was travelling to Temple and needed my insurance for a court document. I called and they took care of me by contacting my agent and getting them to email the insurance details over and it was printed and waiting for me. If I didnt already have an agent they would be it.
