This salon is near my house and is my go to but I am extremely dissatisfied with my last manicure. Two days after my gel manicure, one nail peeled right off. Now about two weeks later, I see that my nail is turning GREEN from a bacterial infection. I cannot bring myself back to this salon, I’m horrified by this.

I have been going through so much anxiety/panic attacks on top of me having a heart condition, so I needed a much stress reliever by getting out of the house after getting out of the hospital & just laying in bed all day every day to rest & recover. So my wonderful man takes me to this place as a surprise & the lady who did my nails was so professional & did a wonderful job on my nails & ever since I’ve left this place today, I’ve been feeling so much better. Definitely would rate them a 10, but I not have the option to rate them a 5. To everyone who reads reviews to see if they should even come to a place, definitely come here & you won’t regret that you did!😌

My technician did a great job!Its clean and friendly.I did not appreciate not being acknowledged. No hello. Theres a digital check-in that I used but it wasnt useful because no workers checked on it.. had to flag someone. Ill go back though. Affordable.

This was me and my friends first time here, overall the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. I got one of the older ladies and she seemed very nice until she refused to cut my nails shorter because “they only like long nails around here” I think having her make my nails shorter made her angry because she proceeded to jerk my hands around and even popped me on the hand once. My nails turned out ok but some of them are a bit misshaped. My friend on the other hand asked for white with glitter that were square and tapered but the woman who did her nails didn’t do that so her nails were flared at the end and we had to file them when we got home. Overall I enjoyed the place but I think they could use some work on how they do their acrylics and how they treat customers.

They are overpriced & the sturdiness of the nails are weak, I had one pop off within a week of having them done there’s no apex built & the shaping is not worth the additional money. Very nice & professional but the quality isn’t worth the money.

Definitely overpriced and dont do a good job. I wanted coffin but they look oval and they kept trying to convince me how good it looked. If it looked good then it would speak for itself. They charged me $67 for this and thats a discounted price. Save your money and go somewhere else. Rhinestones fell off 3 days later.

This was my 1st visit and Im hooked. Kim and Joe did an amazing job and really go out of their way to make sure your happy with your nails and experience. I got the deluxe pedicure and my feet and calves are super rejuvenated from the hot stone and massage. They now have a new regular customer!!

I went here about a week ago and received a gel manicure and pedicure. After about two days the gel began to crack on almost every finger. Now I am sitting with nails that are peeling and it was a waste of money and time.

So I just dropped off my 16-year-old daughter there to get her nails done. The gentleman in there decided to take her acrylics off without soaking them. One finger was bleeding and he started to do the second one and my daughter had to say something to him and then he continue to try to take them off without soaking them again and she had to raise her voice. Thankful a woman finished for her. Stay away from the guy there or make sure you get your nails out before you takeoff acrylics. Most shops should know this

I arrived right at 9, when they open, for a gel manicure. The man who opened the shop a few minutes later seemed annoyed I was there and said the woman who would do my nails was on her way. After waiting a few minutes he said he would do my nails himself but we obviously were not on the same page since he didnt know how to file my nails into a standard oval shape. The other tech arrived a few minutes in and he switched me over to her which was fine. She was nice and apologized for the delay and bustling around. None of this would be a huge deal but for the fact that they definitely didnt seem to be putting much effort into keeping things clean (there were polish chips on the towels at both stations from previous guests even though I was the first one there that day) and this morning, literally 24 hours after having them done, my gel polish started pulling off and completely peeled off one finger. I wont be returning.

I liked this place when I was going there. The pedicures are good. I never learned anyones name because no one was amazing. I had new people all the time.

I would honestly give this place negative stars. They quoted me one price on the phone then charged me $30 for a fill when a full set is $35. She said she’d take $5 off but when I looked at the receipt she never did. The guy that did my nails spilled nail polish on my jeans then walked away like he was done with me and started to take another client while I waited there for the clear coat he never did and nail polish on my jeans that he never offered to help take off. On top of that he did an awful job on my nails, didn’t cut my cuticles and was extremely rough with me. I will never go there again and waste my money. I’m new to the area and was hoping I’d be coming here from now on, I’d rather drive the 30 minutes and go to my old nail salon.

Been going on four years love going.

I gave a good review until waiting for them to open thirty mins late not the first time.

I went in and got a full set. Nail polish chipped a little while after I left the salon. I went in the next open business day and the tech took off the polish with the machine and didnt apply more acrylic to my nails. My nails looked so thin and frail. A week later 2 of my nails popped off and 2 broke. I wont be going here again
