Favorite salon by far. Quiet, no frills just really pretty manicures for a good price. I just show them a picture and they do their best, most of the time its better than what asked for. ❤️🦋

I came to this establishment for a polish change ONLY!! After waiting over 20min I asked the Owner how much longer (keep in mind) he placed 2 other Ladies that came after me before me. I DO NOT recommend this location to anyone.. there service and care for clients is not the same.

Ben is very fast and does my nails exactly how I like them. Nice and natural looking.

They were fast to take me as a walk in for a chin wax but the service was not worth the money. She waxed my chin but was not thorough with it. Its $10 and for that I had to indicate to her over and over that there were still hair in places it shouldnt be. She DIDNT do a good job and for the price I should have walked out happy with my results but I wasnt and had to come home and tweeze some more to get it together. Plus they did it on a chair with no privacy just in the open with the chair tilted to the wall. Honestly for the cost Ive gotten better treatment a d service elsewhere.

Avoid if possible. The technicians are rude; when you ask perfect a deficiency in their work, they respond with insults. Reference picture, incomplete work!

It was a okay visit he did good on my nails but they need to do some work in that salon, it looks like is falling apart, prices are not bad either compare to others

For our current conditions, she did a good job. Customer service is not that friendly anymore and their prices have gone up. Parking is still bad but overall it was an okay visit. And they push you out of the shop before your polish is dry.

Went to get my eyes browns done today for the first time in two months and the lady messed both of them up. They was uneven no arch and she didnt then them. She went over them again and made it worse. I dont know about nails but as far as eyebrows go. They are HORRIBLE!!

This place is NASTY. No licenses posted anywhere, nasty old looking nail polish and just a dirty dirty unclean unkempt place. I went here for a nail repair before travel as I had no other choice, and I have to give the girl credit, she made it look the best she could compared to my other gel nails which is the reason for two stars..but I would never return. I was truly worried I was going get nail fungus. I cant beleive they havent been shut down, thats how bad it is.

Great service! The nail techs are very nice, not as social as usual but I had no problem with it. There was no over charge, reasonable pricing and I am satisfied with my nails. I wanted to try them out before prom, and I may visit them again! The wait was a little long from only 3 technicians available, but it didnt take that long.

Cheaper than my usual place but God the service is horrible. Its like they forget about you the moment their done doing one task and move on to the next customer. They do not manage crowds well at all and it seems like they get overwhelmed easily. The lady helping my mother was extremely rude but I cant tell you their name because no one wheres name tags or even tells you their name unless you ask. Theres nothing in place to show accountability for horrible customer service. My other place charges more but theyre so much better at making you feel welcomed, its worth it.

Nails uneven. One hand had more acrylic than the other. Didn’t do good job on the nail polish. One hand, the nails were longer than the other. I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star. Really disappointed. Never going back and that’s for sure. They also don’t treat their customers good.

I was working here. This place isn’t clean at all. I can tell. Thairi the head nail tech, talk about customer, about black people. And that’s not right! They never paid me my last tips on my last week. Her husband punch a guy who was working with me before i leave the place. I never met bad people most than them. I thought the owner was fair person but know. Hope Karma work fast!

I have been going here for 10 plus year and have never had an issue until today. It has been awhile since i have been in here since I moved and there was all new people. I dont know if the owners are on vacation or what .. but the people there did NOT know what they were doing at all or didnt care. I hope the original nail techs come back soon. I cant even look stand to look at the work they did on my nails or toes..

I wanted simple clear acrylics on my visit. The gentleman was very polite and gentle and shaped my nails exactly as I asked him to. The price was also lower than I expected! I am very pleased with my visit and will absolutely return.

Thairi is the best in the whole shop!!!! she doesnt rush whenever she does my nails and thats why i tip her the way that i do. I have been going to this shop on and off for 3 yrs and she is the only one i will let touch my nails ever again.

Have been going here since I first came to Tampa 4 yrs ago. After trying 3 other nail saloons. Ben and his staff are courteous and professional and do extremely good work. I recenty had embellishment done on my nails. I just told him I wanted some bling and he did the rest they look amazing.

I have visited this shop on numerous occasions and the last time that I went that was it. I requested for my nails to be taken off and a new set to be put on. The gentleman never took off the old nails and drilled down the previous ones. I noticed his mistake once I got in my car and they failed to fix the issue. One of my nails was also crooked !! They also laugh while they’re performing your nails and toes and gives the impression that they are talking about you. Word of advice: stay away

Terribly long wait. They will not hire or bring on additional staff during the busy season. Waited over 2 hours to get a fill in and when I sat down the lady started sighing that my nails were too long. My nails are not too long, she was tired. But this is not the paying customers fault. Experienced long wait 4 times and nail service got worst each time. My nails began breaking easily.. now I wont go back!!!

Went here because a friend raved about this place (she told me the older guy did nails amazing, but the hispanic lady wasnt that great). When I went there a lady rudely greeted me what do you want? and it made me think that they were closed. I ended up geting a set of gels, but I wanted a design with the nail striping tape, that salons usually have, but apparently they didnt own it. I ended up paying $35, and overall Im satisfied but I wasnt too impressed.

I really like the place and the work really the best ones I done in Tampa so far did my nails with the two older in the shop sorry I didnt catch they name 😍

Paid $30 for a gel maicure and half of the polish was peeled off within 24 hours. I got my nails done right before leaving for an out of state trip so I wasnt expecting to have to go in AGAIN to get them fixed. Since I couldnt come in to get them fixed within a week, their only solution was to come in and spend even more money for another manicure. They didnt consider refunding me even partially. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

I will never go back. My firat and only time at this shop. I asked him to file my nail down. Not cut it. He argued with me and cut it... customer...no service.

Theyre only getting one star BC I havehave to give at least one...I had them put acrylic over my nails-3of them needed tips-they didnt cut them down so they were same length, and not even a week into having them done, one of the tips popped off...underneath the nail didnt even look filed... Never again!!!

Asked them if they could do coffin nails and the woman says yes. So she starts cutting them and a man comes and tells her to move so he did the acrylic and they were crooked and I asked if they could fix them and he said the shape was hard to do on my nails. So gee blamed my nails and told me he could do nothing and that he could only give me 10 dollars back and I spent $106 in there. They also charged me extra to fix what the first lady cut off. He had to put extra acrylic because the the first lady cut off to much nail. Overall they are rude, sneaky, and blame.you for there mistakes.

Yes the prices are reasonable but for the environment I rather pay more the place is dirty and very unsanitary some of the utensils that are used to do a pedicure there not sterilized properly. l will never turn the health department need to be called in on this place.
