Went to This nail place to get a polish change with regular polish price on the wall says 8.00$ the guy tried to push me to get gel I said no because I’m going to be changing the nail color in a couple days this turned him off and he got someone to do my polish change, after she was done just polishing my nails looks like a first grader polished my nails for one two the guy came to me to pay and was like yes that would be 25.00$ for your polish change I asked him was he sure he look off and said yes I looked at the wall where it says 8.00$ and ask who charges 25.00 for a regular polish change? Where they messed up my nails please beware they charge you and act like they don’t understand what you are asking when it comes to the price o came home and took this mess off I would never go here again

For sure the best pedicures in town!! $40 pedicures that includes gel polish cant beat it hot rocks and foot mask comes with their standard pedicure.. not to include every person does a great job Ive been going consistently for months now no need to change. Its hard to find someone that can do nails also that ensures no lifting!

They used to be so good, but there must be new management because I won’t be going back. My thumb nails are a shorter length than all my other nails (but I still got charged the full amount) and aren’t shaped as well as the others. The polish isn’t consistently good on each nail, and to top it off he cut me with a nail file and said that the skin on my nail was thin instead of apologizing. I’ve never been cut by even the worst salons, and that cemented my decision to not come back. It sucks to have to find another salon, but if I’m paying $40 for a regular acrylic set I know it can be better than this.

Not even a a week after getting my nails done 3 broke,they were done super quickly an super thin after asking specificly dont do them that thin,its almost as if they were done that way to make a person come back,but for me I will NOT be back

If their was a negative star, this place would get it. My daughter and I went to get a pedicure done. The was the most uncomfortable Ive ever been in a nail salon spot. This place is NOT pleasant on the eyes either. After my toes were dry, it was the ugliest looking smudged polish ever. And on top of that they are high priced for a darn pedicure. I will NEVER return to this salon and will NOT refer anyone I know here.

I been comin here for about 3 year now. To Chow n wont Do my nails cause I told him I would be back in 10min had to pick my daughter up from school, then when I came back he wouldnt finish my nails and I had paid already... poor service... Im not pleased.. and I always tipped him good.

I stood near the entrance before this salon opened and when the owner allowed myself and the other ladies who arrived shortly after me to come inside I was not serviced first because my service would yield the least profit. After nearly 20 minutes of waiting I decided to not waste anymore of my time on unfair treatment. This is NOT how you service a group who are all walk-ins.

I really wish that I would have read the reviews before deciding to spend $75 ( not including tip) in this establishment. I received 3 different services; manicure/ gel nails, pedicure and eyebrow wax. I have never put gel on my nails and it not last at least 2-3 weeks. I am so disappointed that the following day my nail started peeling, now I’m at day 5 and my nails are AWFUL, but I refuse to go back. The girls that did my pedi and waxing were incredible, so I thank them.

I went to Le Nails as a walk-in for a full set acrylic nails. I really didnt pay attention why but the nail tech ask me several times why wasnt I getting gel nails. The Polish last longer. Ok long story short. I got my nails done. Dryed. And out the door. Great right. The same night. I noticed my right thumb had a LINE through it. The whole nail was split in half. The broken nail is so thin like theres hardly NO acrylic at all. I wont be returning to Le Nails. Even for my broken one.

I started coming to this shop regularly in January originally. In February I went in for a fill-in and a pedicure. My nail was hurting (left hand pointer finger) I told the nail tech it was hurting and he said it was ok. After leaving the shop everything was ok my fingernail just hurt really bad so a few days later I noticed my finger was swelling up really bad and I couldn’t even move it so I went to the hospital February 19th and was told I had Paronychia of the nail. Which is an infection due to them letting a bacteria get in my cudical. I went up there and the lady who showed my finger, which my nail completely fell off at this point, was very rude about the situation. And told me to come back with the hospital papers. I pulled my chart up online and showed her and she still was being rude. I was told to leave my information and they would let their insurance handle it.

Not very happy with the way my nails came out. The gel polish on both my toes and fingernails were uneven and streaked. I asked the older man to make sure my nails were a certain shape and length and they were not; after reminding him several times. I just gave up with the request and wanted him to finish so I can go. I will not return.

Spent $120 on mani and pedi on Friday, they were rushing because they were too packed and my nails start lifting the next day Saturday . I lost 4 nails in one day, went back for a refund they refused and refused to fix my nails . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!DO NOT SUPPORT

Nails cut too short had 2 techs. No silver polish with glitter. Nail tech went outside after putting me under the nail machine. Wont go back. Rude

I like the place but unless I get my guy to do my nails they come out horrible or just wrong. Most of the staff doesnt speak English which makes it very hard to ask for what you want done. The owners are very nice though and thats what keeps me there. Last time my nails were bad she let me come in and have them redone and she apologized several times, they go out of their way to make their customers happy.EDIT: 4/14/19So before I made a very nice comment because I really do like the owners and usually have no problems here but yesterday was absolutely unacceptable and they lost me for good.Ive been having a lot of trouble lately since they changed sooo many people and on Wednesday 4/10/19 I got my gel manicure as I usually do only 2 days later my paint chipped and became totally easy to remove!I suspected he was using the wrong bottle at the time and also charged me for a normal manicure however I didnt say anything because the last time I tried to notify them of a problem the owners sister was extremely disrespectful and glared at me for weeks after that first initial incident.So I walk in again gearing for the worst and one of the old timers thats been there forever asks me whats wrong. I explain to him, he dismisses all my facts and says Yeah, that happens and Im like No, Im sorry...not in 2 days.Cuts me off and says pick your color, well fix it for you so I do, next another older man that has also been there awhile is about to do my nails and starts questioning me! First he starts asking me who did them so I told him then he starts declaring loudly that it is gel. I respond Just please fix it, it chipped in 2 days, its not gel. He starts fighting me and causing a scene, grabs a cotton swab soaked in acetone and starts vigorously rubbing my finger. Then keeps saying You see, its not coming off, its gel!Once again I say Im sorry but its not. Ive been wearing gel for years and not once has it chipped on me at least until 14 days have passedKeeps rubbing my finger and saying Look, look, do you understand what Im saying?! Finally I pulled my hand away and grabbed my purse.He was chucking as I told him Im sorry I didnt want to bother and if you arent going to fix it Im just gonna leave. Im never coming back.They said nothing and treated me like I was just some lowlife that wanted a free manicure, not a loyal, returning customer that has usually NEVER bothered.Im so disgusted they treated me this way, it was humiliating and I felt so attacked. I was scared to even bring it up because of last time and I should never feel like that, especially for something I PAID FOR.Im never coming back here and it is my sincere hope that they quickly learn from their mistakes before more good customers leave them.

Went for a regular pedicure and had a bad experience. The woman was rude, didnt turn my massage chair on until I asked her if the one for my chair works since my friend is getting a pedicure right next to me. The paraffin wax was too cool to do anything other than sit under my feel, not adhering properly or even coating my skin. Does not sterilize their equipment and left polish on my skin. The only upside was that the one of the other women that works there saw what was going on and after she finished my friends pedicure she came and fixed mine. Thank you Lupe 🙌🏽

Lee who installed my eyelashes had supreme customer service skills. She continued to check in with me asking if the glue was burning and taking her time. I liked the lashes but most importantly the detail was superb!!! My youngest daughter now want her lashes to be enhanced after seeing mine and being told about my experience. Nice job Lee! You now have you another client👍

This place is very unprofessional. My appointment was at 5:00 didnt get seated till after 6. Doing my time of sitting there, the phone kept ringing repeatedly with no one caring to answer the phone at all. They close at 7:30 they stopped answering the phone hour and a half before they close. I would never recommend this place to no one that appreciates professionalism and communication.

Really enjoyed my pedicure and manicure, we arrived rather late in the evening and it was close to closing time but the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and my girlfriend and did not rush to do our services even though it was close to closing time. They did not do me or my sisters nails correct and they look like a 5 year old did it for my sisters they put the glue all over her nails and our toes were astronomical ( in the worst way possible) the nail job was bad the water was to hit and they couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand them

This is my first time back here since new management. So me and my husband came for a pedicure and a full set for me. This young girl did my feet and an older lady was doing his feet. So my husband feet was done before mines and I realized the young girl was racing the older lady in finishing. But before she started she looked like she didnt want to do it in the first place. She started putting the Polish on my toes and it looked like a lil kid did my toes with polish all over my skin. They need training on the young and new crew to take their time with doing customers Manicures And Especially Pedicures if they expect them to come back...

Ive been coming to Le Nails for about 5 years now. The service I get there is good. My nails always come out great. The owner: Kevin is a beautiful person and is very funny. He makes me smile every time Im there.I have recommended three of my daughters and they received good service as well.

I have been to many nail salons in Tampa and I have finally found a keeper. This has been my go to salon for a year now. Thanh does an amazing job and he takes his time. The entire staff is friendly and does a great job.

I first heard about Le Nails from a client, I complimented her nails and she told me about the place. My friends and I decided to give Les nails a shot because it was close to our work. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with friendly smiles, the techs are great, the pedicures are absolutely amazing and then I was placed with Tom who is the owner, we talked about family and places we lived. Tom and his staff made us feel like we had been going there for years. The service was great and my friend and I left satisfied, we have been returning ever since and each time the service is absolutely amazing. The friendliness is something we had not received once in the 3 years we had been going to another salon. Tom will not provide service he is not comfortable with, the techs are friendly and aim to please. Some people that go to salons think its ok to look down on the techs but the reality is they are providing a service to you that is in my opinion a needed one otherwise a lot of people would be walking around like they could swoop from the sky and catch their next meal. So be respectful and give Tom and his techs a try they stand by their work and will gladly fix it if youre not happy.

We went in just the two of us and had our own room. For just a standard pedicure they have paraffin wax treatment and hot stone massage. The ladies who helped us were very nice; when I mentioned that I am a runner and have sore legs, she even gave an extra massage. Now we will only ever go to Le Nails for our pedicures!

Went on Wednesday day before Thanksgiving to get full set of gel. I noticed the guy wasnt leaving my nails under the lamp for the time its suppose to. The next day the gel was peeling (gel usually lasts for about 3 wks on on my nails)! Friday I went back to get them fixed and the lady there fixes them and she did the same thing as the guy and not leaving my nails under light for the time needed to cure! Same thing happened next day they started peeling again! Never going back since they are impatient with customers!

I will never get service there again they lied and said they can do a certain design and they lied waited until they put my nails on to tell me they didnt know how to do the design then they over charge you for your service they barely speak english they cut my nails down cause they couldnt get a previous diamond off then tried to charge me for longer after they cut my nail done they cut me with they machine thing like 4 times this is just not a good place to pick for a girls spa day because you will be disappointed

They refused to honor their on gift certificate saying that it expired 6 months after purchase, but this rule is NOT stated on the gift certificate at all, there isn’t even a spot for an expiration date on the gift certificate! I’d been to this salon many times prior but not being able to use the gift given to me isn’t acceptable - I won’t be back. The salon will lose all of my future business over their refusal to accept their own gift certificate.

I got my nails done and few days later my nails were coming off 1 by 1. They didn’t properly glue the nails on correctly. I’m not the type to write reviews but this was a horrible experience. First time I ever had to deal with this. Waste of time and money.

The shop is not clean or up to date . The technician I had did a good job on my feet but my hands it was horrible. I just get the basics nothing fancy. The technicisn file my finger nails unevenly. I had to tell them file them round and not crooked. He started laughing saying smart comments. The lady who did my eyebrows was pleasant and I pleased with that. The shop looks great on the outside but the inside is a different story.

Excellent service. Standard pedicure is the quality of a deluxe. Great customer service with a smile and attention to detail was amazing. Really enjoyed it. Will be back.

I have been going to this Nail Salon for 5 years and wouldnt go any where else! Kevin the manager has been so great and awesome. Its amazing to know that he makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed even if your day is going bad. Thank you Kevin and his coworkers for working so hard!

I’ve been going out of my way to visit this nail shop over the past few months, but today was my last visit. While the man was doing my nails, I let him know that I wanted a design on my ring fingers. He told me to come back another time because they were starting to get busy. I was a paying customer in the chair and he refused to do a service I wanted for people who were waiting. Needless to say, I will not be spending my dollars there anymore. I even asked him how that made sense seeing as how I’m a customer just like they are.

This used to be Myself and My Daughters nail shop but the attitude the little lady who prances around with the glasses on gives is a complete turn off. Shes even basically demanded a tip. Sad. All the other nail techs are awesome though.

Great pedicures. But every time they swiped my card they took $5-7 extra. Then once I show them my text that comes thru after my card is swiped they deny they did it and wont return my money. Now I only use cash whenever I HAVE to go there.

I love each & everyone of them, each individual do great in their own way.... Like any place you have to know who better for the service you love. Waiting time is always amazing. plus beauty takes time, & I dont mind waiting for three different techs for three different services you ll recieve awesome service. ... A++++++

This salon caused a huge fungus after only one refill. They never clean the items even after they do your nails. My sister also got a fungus on her nails as well. She did gel and I did regular full set. All the items are dirty and I will Never go there again.

I dont like to be the one to write bad reviews but the other day when I went to the nail salon and the lady who did my fill in seemed to have a bad attitude and was not friendly at all and did not say one word to me until she was in the middle of my fill in and asked me where I had previously got them done. Also the guy that did my polish change on my toes didnt seem to know what he was doing to the point where I had to look around to see if his license was hung up on the wall to see if he was actually certified, my toes look a hot mess I could have did a better job than what I paid for. Totally not worth the $27.

I have been in mediocre places and actually I didnt expect much of this place. Quality of work was OK and the waiting and service time was great.Price is the average price and I know it can be a little lower but since it close to my home is not a big deal.I will definitely come back.

The place is nice but the women that work there are rude and they dont like to do the things you asked them to do I havent been treated right since my nail person left and Im not coming back.

Unkempt Nail Salon. Le Nails does not sanitize their nail tools, tables and their floors are dirty, dust on counters etc. Disappointed in their service too. Old nail polish align the walls.

Avoid this place!! The guy they placed me with spoke little to no English. He did a good job on my polish change on my toes. On my manicure, he was chopping up my cuticles to the point one was bleeding. Then some of my cuticles were stinging. Then when I complained the owner came over and said to just put iodine on my nail bleeding. Then I said no I want him to stop because this is hurting me. Then the owner said do you want someone else? I said no it’s ok. I apologized to guy doing my nails because he said he was sorry but I just couldn’t take it anymore. I felt there was no sympathy from the owner knowing she placed me with someone not fully knowledgeable about his job. I have been getting my nails done for well over 20 years. I have long, healthy natural nails and now chopped up cuticles. I said never mind we can just end this and the owner said ok just pay $10 for your toes. Then after I paid she said “Merry Christmas” in a very condescending way. I replied same too you dear. My recommendation is be sure you see someone who’s a seasoned Nail Tech, there’s other places to go!

Doesnt have any customer service skills. Dont even bother coming here. Keep looking. Was very upset with the work done on my nails. Wanted them to fix it but was ask to pay before they fix them. Why should I pay if Im not happy. Fix my nails than Ill pay. She even called the cops on me if I want to I could of left and went home but I didnt.

I live near the west coast. A person by the name of Toby Nguyen ordered some items totaling approximately $155.00 using my credit card on 03/31/18. I have attached a screen shot of the order to support this allegation. Three sets of Anastasia Beverly Hills Eye Shadow kits were to be delivered to this address known as Y Nails. Toby Nguyen needed these items so quickly that he/she requested expedited shipping too. He/She must have needed all of this eye shadow for something really important.Luckily, fraud services caught on and canceled the order. To be clear, TOBY NGUYEN, I dont know who you are, but I have reported the matter to the proper state authorities. I will also be reporting this to the Florida State Board of Cosmetology.

If I can give a 0 I would. I went to this location to get my nails done and they completely did them wrong! Im someone who gets my nails done 24/7 and this was my worse experience ever. I went back to get them fixed by someone else the next day and honestly he did a great job but now its been 3 days since I went back and 2 nails came off completely and the rest are now lifting. I literally feel like crying, I am on vacation and cant even go back to get a refund. I will NEVER come here again.

I walked in to get a full set and a pedicure. It was a little busy so I set down only because they do a good job. After being seated in the lobby for 20 mins they called me to sit in the chair to have my pedicure done. They filled my water for my feet and ensured someone will be with me in a brief moment. 45 mins later my water had gotten cold and they lady came to me to begin my pedicure. I told her multiple times that I did not want a pedicure anymore and just a cut down and a polish change. The lady proceeds to began the process of a pedicure, so I stopped her again and said I only want a polish change she than proceeds again with a pedicure... I stopped her yet again and at this point it was clear that she did not understand me. The lady than ask the male worker what i said. The manger (A Lady) came over with the most unprofessional attitude and yelled to me Why didnt I say anything! It took everything in me not to show my true colors. She ended up charging me $15. I was so upset that i gave the lady the $15 without getting my toes fully polished and told her she really needs to be more professional, got up and proceeded to walk out. She than tried to give me my money back! But at that point I was to furious to stop and take my money back and walked out! I will never go back!!!!

No was there at the desk to great me...after 3, mins someone directed me to the pedicure area...I stood there for another 3 mins then directed back to the front... The techs are great but bad customer service this time..

This place use hot wax on your feet, feels good. After several times of going there I notice they reused the wax, place in a bucket and used again. Nasty.

I would give them a 0 if possible. This was the most painful, worse done pedicure of my life!! I went in for a pedicure and came out with cuts and red legs due their massage. Horrible experience. I wish I could attach a picture of my legs right now!! Also I hate when I complained to the manager she was talking in her language abd lookinh at me smiling, so disrespectful.

Rude asf! There was one lady in particular that was very rude and she almost caught these hands. i asked her to put my top coat on so that i could leave and she made a nasty remark about not doing them over if I mess them up. I treated her nice and gave her a tip! I just wanted to leave and she was blowing her bad breath on my damn feet. I appreciate the others but because of her they definitely have lost a customer. I believe in treating others the way I would want to be treated and I rather go elsewhere!

I went there yesterday for eyelashes and when I woke up this morning they already started coming off... I did not get strips I got individuals.... When I called all I was told was im sorry. I DO NOT recommend this place.... I didnt pay $25 for less than 24 hours of wear.. Complete waste and rip off!!!!!!

They have THEY MOST terrible customer service. The manager who is a female doesn’t know how to speak to a customer when a question is asked .I asked her about the nails that’s show the difference color schemes to find a gel color and she goes to tell me they don’t have any .. which is not the case because they eventually handed me a set of rings that had the colors . She rushes me to a seat after I asked her for help and starts talking in her language to her coworkers and they look at me and start laughing. I ignore it and take my seat and the nail tech isn’t just staring at me like she doesn’t know what to d with her self . I ask again about my color preference and she just tell me she doesn’t know. I get back up to look at the different color and the manager asked me if I’m ready as if I’m taking to long to pick a color when I just asked for help . All the while, her coworkers are still giggling . I tell her no I’m not and she got to move my belongings to another chair were there is NO nail tech . The lack of professionalism and indecency was incalled for I had literally just walked in and I intended to be a paying customer . I called 10-15 mins in advance and inquired about a fill w/ gel and shape change and gel on my toes . Picked up my belonging the movement she put them down . If you appreciate unprofessionalism, to each’s own but I had to refrain from really telling her something . You don’t do no mess like that 🙅🏿‍♀️, you’re a business and I’m a customer which means I’m an investment . All you had to do was literally your job but unfortunately, she was too incompetent to do so 🤷🏿‍♀️ ( they could even get one star from me)

Best Nail Care!

They charged me $38 for a fill in and tried to say it was because of the length of my nails but for the fullSet it was $45. How do You charge $38 for a fill for nails you originally charged $45 ? Also If you go to them and get gel and then go back again and don’t want gel they try to charge you for taking the gel off and not getting gel Again even though they put it on . Not sure if their shop Is in financial trouble but be prepared to be taxed to the max on your feet and nails ! They even tried to charge me $20 for a POLISH CHANGE. . . $20!!! I won’t be back for quite some time !

I got a pedicure and manicure with gel polish and they did a horrible job. The polish didnt cover the entire nail. I have a bump on one of my nails and polish on my skin. They do not pay attention to detail. I spent $50 and want to go somewhere else today to get it taken off.

The folks that done pedicures and our nails were excellent. However, a female emplyee wearing a camouflage hat was very rude and violent. She threanten my daughter. The police had to be called. She refushed to show her name or license. The osner was called and was intimidated by emplyee she refused to come down to shop. Just a heads up avoid the hat. When I get name will post!
