It was a fun and new experience. It was definitely a workout. The class was harder than I thought it would be. I would do it again.

Took my first class with a little apprehension. I had never been formally trained, and was a little intimidated by everyone’s skill level. When I got to the studio I met Emma, my instructor. She was SO nice. I saw her training someone else prior to our class and she was super patient and supportive. It made me feel so comfortable being there for the first time. I told her where I was at with my training and she worked with me based on what I could do. I totally got over my insecurities and had an amazing class. I’m looking forward to learning and growing so much more with her and Vertical Fix. :)

Thanks Thomas for that incredible intro class. My body is all sore but dude, it was worth every minute. Your intro class is way more detailed than the one I use to take at Sky Candy, props for that. The professionalism will make me go back.

I love vertical fix! I’ve taken almost 10 classes so far and I’m so excited to keep trying! I don’t have any background in dancing or gymnastics at all and was a little intimidated to start. I finally found the courage to go and I’m so glad I did!!! The coaches have been so kind and encouraging! They take everyone’s fitness level and experience into account and help you find where you are and give you exercises or tips to improve. They made me feel so comfortable and included in everything. I was able to do 6 forward rolls today and cried tears of joy since I NEVER thought I’d be able to do anything like that. Highly highly recommend!

My daughter took her first silk class and loved every minute. Everyone was so friendly and she cant wait to go back.

This was my first class and experience with this area of fitness! A friend of mine asked if I wanted to attend a class with them and I decided why not. The beginner rope class was fun, but I would certainly recommend being somewhat “in shape” prior to attending just due to the nature of the exercises and how they utilize the body. Overall, it was a very fun experience and Sarah was a great teacher and created a fun, positive environment.Minus one star simply because I have no knowledge regarding this area of fitness.

WOW! I have never been to a class except some informal group yoga, and I was ready for something new to try. My friend invited me and I’m so happy she did. We decided to try the intro to silks! When I booked the class, I was a little nervous because I only do my at home yoga for movement, but I can say this is a good class for any starting point, whether you have some training or no! Tori was our instructor and she was AMAZING. She made me feel really comfortable and at ease. I honestly spent most of the class trying to orient my body and figuring out how to move with the silks, but I was able to do so much more than I anticipated. Tori was also so sweet and would help assist me and encourage me when I was feeling challenged. It was such a friendly atmosphere and the other ladies were so nice as well. This was one of the best workouts EVER and I’m addicted after one class! I will definitely be back!!

Loved Emma’s class she was nice and very explanatory it helps so much especially after having not trained in months 😅 first time with more to come while I’m here in AZ for the next 30 weeks

I came in for an Intro to Lyra class. I was so blown away by the entire experience. The facility is clean and organized, I was greeted by a staff member who was walking in from the parking lot. Thomas coached my class- he was really helpful and encouraging, and did a fantastic job of working with the different skill levels within the class and giving everyone individual attention. Overall stellar experience! I live an hour away but plan on coming back!

Gustavo was amazing! I cant believe how much I learned in just an hour! This was my first time taking an aerial silk class or anything like this class. I was a dance instructor for 7 years, so I have strength and flexibility in my background. I was definitely working it and felt challenged. I learned so much and my awe and love for the aerial art has grown. When I am back in the Phoenix area, I want to come regularly.

Ive been taking lyra, silks, and conditioning classes here for a while now. They have built my curiosity into a passion. Ive never been more comfortable in a gym than I am here and I am confident Im getting the best instruction possible in every class. This is absolutely the place to go if youre interested in circus arts. Id seriously be there every single day if I could.

I took the intro to lyra class and it was so much fun! Definitely be prepared for a workout though. My hands and arms were so tired by the end of it. I am absolutely going to keep talking classes!

Vertical Fix is a top notch circus school in AZ! They offer classes in plenty of circus disciplines! They care about your safety, so they warm up your body properly. The coaches are always willing to help and will stay later after class for any questions or extra help you might need. I feel very taken care of at VF, and I recommend them to anybody!

Vertical Fix is a wonderful studio that is welcomed me with open arms when I moved to AZ. There are a plethora of classes that involve a variety of apparatuses (even straps!) and are inclusive of all levels. The coaches are very experienced and give clear, detailed, and safe instruction during classes. I spend 4 days a week here and love every minute!

We were visiting from the PNW and train in static trap,We were looking for a good place to drop-in and stay in touch with our skills while on the road.We were honestly so pleased to have found such a good deal on such a chunk of time in the open gym session, very affordableAnd the staff/coaches were very friendly, communicative, and helpful!We were so pleased with the training space and the number of apparatus available for training.Tons of crash mats for safety, a tumbling floor,TONS of apparatus, and lots and lots of space.The other people training and the coaches were all very friendly, and we greatly enjoyed our time training in this space.Everything was clean and safe in regards to COVID concerns and regulations.Thank you again

Ive been going to Vertical Fix for almost 2 1/2 years, and I cant imagine how my life would be without it! Between the showcases and classes with hands on, experienced instructors, I couldnt ask for a better studio that feels like a second home.

I LOVED my experience at vertical fix!While I was ending my journey with being trained as a yoga instructor, I was searching for something more. I attended a small yoga festival on ASU campus to be surprised by a Acroyoga instructor offering people to try it out! I gave it a go and fell in love with it. It was so much fun that my friends and I started going weekly. Amazing instructors. It feels like family there! Unfortunately, because of Covid I had to stop attending for awhile but I’m very excited to get back into it! They are really the best!

I am so lucky to have found this gem of a circus gym so close to home. I have been coming to VF since April 2019 and have taken silks, lyra, trapeze, dance, flexibility, acro, and tumbling classes at VF. The instructors are amazing, knowledgable, and supportive. They work hard to bring new content to classes, while reviewing previously learned skills. I have so much fun whenever I am there and love the VF community.

Ive only been here twice and this place feels like home! I grew up as a gymnast and dancer, and coming back to it in adulthood has been tricky. This place combines both beautifully. I loved taking aerial intro class with Thomas, and Nicole was awesome for flexibility class. Highly recommend. The teachers are great at coaching and encouraging!

I have taken a few classes at Vertical Fix now. The first was awesome. Taylor was our instructor and she was so friendly and helpful. She taught Aerial Yoga which is great for beginners as it incorporates yoga and conditioning of aerial arts, with a few tricks involved. They then nearly discontinued the yoga class to only 1 class a week that doesnt work with our schedule. The second was the Intro to Aerial Arts taught by a lady with green hair (when the website said it would be taught by Taylor). She was not very helpful and had little to no personality. She acted like she didnt want to be there and that everything we did was wrong. This class is tough, especially if you are not too familiar with the Aerial arts, however a helpful instructor would have enhanced the experience. Everytime we tried to sign up for a class the website never works properly. And after our first class, Taylor offered us a free class with a chaotic morning, which the owner only partially upheld. Overall Id be careful going to this studio, you dont know what youre going to get.

This is such a great spot! Never knew it existed. They allowed us to throw my daughters 1st Birthday here, it was Circus Themed and the owner was so hands on and accommodating. I plan to come here for fitness and fun as well. I am also planning to throw a bachelorette style event here for the friends that helped me with the party. They offer this as well!

I cant talk enough about how much I am loving classes here. The instructors are very friendly, and the classes are always fun. I generally always feel like Im getting a great work out and in the six months Ive been coming here Ive built up a larger amount of confidence in my body and what I can do with it and I love that. I cannot recommend these classes enough.

I love Vertical Fix. It is one of the best aerial arts studios that Ive been to. It is designed for people of all shapes and sizes. They have continued to improve a lot as well. For example, in their intro classes, they now teach more conditioning rather than immediately making you jumping into going upside down. Conditioning is key because you hone your muscles which will prevent injury further down the line and it helps you get stronger, so you can learn the moves easier. Im now finally able to climb halfway up the silks and do a footknot in the air!The instructors are just amazing too! My favorites are Taylor and Nicole, and I also love Thomas the owner (who also sometimes teaches). They are so strong and talented, yet so humble and down to heart. Not only that, but they truly care. Sometimes, I emailed Thomas with questions about class sign ups, class registration, etc and every time Thomas has been nothing but helpful. Also, Taylor who teaches Intro and Nicole who teaches Conditioning- both of them are cheerleaders. They cheer on everyone in their class who makes progress, no matter how tiny, and that just makes you feel great.The only downside is the package pricing is now more expensive for their classes, but... it is worth it. Now, you get the access to acro classes and flexibility classes taught by the amazing and sweet Nicole from the former Acrobody studio, in addition to open gym, unlimited aerial classes, and even pop up dance classes. All those goodies includes makes the pricing worth it!I am excited to continue to progress here and I feel so fortunate to have found his place.
