This review has been long-over due. I had to get new catalytic converters for my truck in early 2020. On top of the fantastic customer service and the constant updates, I was able to sell my old converters to Scottsdale Muffler and apply it as a credit to my total bill! Fast-forward to summer of 2021, I started having problems with my converters again and I was still under SMA’s warranty. Took my truck back in to get it checked out and Chris was honest enough to admit that it was due to the repair they had originally done and since it was still under warranty it was at no additional cost to me. I cannot recommend enough. Will send as much business their way as possible. Friendly, competent, excellent guarantees and very reasonable prices. Dont bother looking anywhere else.

My catalytic converter got stolen and they fit me in early the following morning for a replacement. They also got it done really fast so I could make it to work on time. Chris, the owner, was super friendly and helpful and so was the rest of the staff there. I will definitely be back for future service!

We were from out of town (driving cross country) and in a pinch. They made room for us the next morning, didnt take advantage ( they could have told us it was a thousand dollar repair, but were very honest), & got us back on the road later that day. I dont want to break down again, but if I do I hope Im within 100 miles of them!

I went to this shop this morning for a fairly simple muffler delete on a 2008 Corvette. However, once it was on the rack we realized the job entailed more then what was originally thought. So we went over options and came up with a game plan that suited both our needs. Im telling you their work is second to none. I am a former mechanic for Ford, and was blown away by the attention to detail and the amount of TLC given to my vehicle. Everybody is super cool to talk to and loves what they do. And you can tell. Quick and easy 1hr appointment to get my exhaust welded. Price was VERY reasonable and welds look great.Went above and beyond and give advice to alter the inlet pipe hangers so they fit correctly.Will definitely be back. A+

Called for a quote to install some catalytic converters and o2 sensors on my charger. They didn’t see the actual pipes or the sensors yet so they roughly quoted $240. Came in a few days later and got them all installed for $150 out the door! These are honest people who aren’t trying to upsell or make a quick dollar. Would definitely come back!

Took my brand new 2021 Challenger rt in for a mid muffler delete and when I got home noticed I had a nick in the driver door. I have been being very cautious and paranoid, parking far away from everyone else to avoid this from happening. And for it to happen where I’m paying for a service to be done is crazy. Honest shop that will NOT do unnecessary work just to make an extra buck. Ive been bringing our vehicles to this shop for 10+ years. We have been very happy with their work every time. I get the oil changed in all of our vehicles here every 5,000 miles.

Very rude and unprofessional. After they re-aligned my muffler on my vehicle I noticed it was making noises when I would accelerate, I came back to get it fixed because the job wasn’t done correctly and they wanted to charge me another $200 for it when it wasn’t making the noise prior to the job done on it. I called them on the phone, Chris didn’t even know my name or who I was and wanted to argue w/ me about it stating that my vehicle had the problem prior when it never did. Would not recommend 0/10.

I had a good experience here. I needed work done on my muffler because my car was insanely loud. My car was definitely so much quieter once I left, I was so happy! I paid a very reasonable price to get the work done. The people here work with a sense of urgency, which I really respect from a small business.I made an appointment with them, and even when other customers came in, they still honored my appointment and made sure that they were able to take a look at my vehicle/repair it. I was there for less than two hours I believe.

Without a doubt the only place I trust with my vehicle, every employee here goes above and beyond and will take time out of their day to share their knowledge with you. The passion for automobiles here is felt the very second you walk through the door. Honest people, honest prices. They are not the sales type, they are the helping type! Professionals, fantastic quality work. All at a very fair price!! These gentlemen understand hot rods, muscle cars, you name it! Most exhaust installers will do what is easier, these guys wont, they will do whats best for your setup. For example, they saw that adding flanges at the headers would only decrease the limited ground clearance, so they placed the flanges a few inches down the tunnel and give maximum clearance. This is my second visit, and will not be my last. This should be everyones go to exhaust shop!

But it was just in regards to simply getting in contact/response from someone and now knowing they have been extremely busy and understaffed upfront especially during covid is understandable.I will be getting my exhaust done through them but just know they may be really busy when trying to call in/get answers on custom work**After seeing the almost perfect 5 star rating from what seems to be real reviews... I wanted to get my custom exhaust done here. Ive called multiple times the past 3 weeks. Actually got someone on the phone last week, they were nice and had me email the parts I already have that I need welded together along with the pipes Ill need to get from them so they could price me for that.Was told they would email me back within the hour, a week later. Still no email response, tried calling today, was placed on hold, I gave them the benefit of the doubt of being busy and waited legitimately 20 minutes on hold. Hung up and tried calling again and back to square one of not being able to reach anyone.I really wanted to give these guys a chance based on the reviews but it seems they dont want any new customers!

Great business, I had a rattling noise from my exhaust and Chris was able to get me right in. It ended up being a exhaust mount issue that his manager fixed in minutes and didn’t charge for the quick repair. I own a 2012 Cadillac CTS that I took into the dealership to have serviced due to a check engine light. I was told to repair would cost $1,200. Upon expressing my displeasure my phenomenal service manager suggested that I take the vehicle to his which saved me $1,123.Scottsdale muffler took my vehicle in and 15 minutes to closing and had it back to me 15 minutes after closing same day. Phenomenal service phenomenal pricing and phenomenal people.

Easily the best experience I’ve had with getting exhaust work done. Chris got my car in promptly and the quality of work is impeccable. Great welds and they even took the time to add bracing to my old aftermarket exhaust. My old BMW sounds great now, doesn’t have a rattling exhaust and won’t struggle to pass emissions. Definitely would not hesitate to use these guys again or recommend them to family/friends.

The place is incredible I brought my son here with his Jaguar XF and for his birthday they did some exhaust work that just completely changed his ride from a deep rumble to huge growl and it left him with a grin from ear to ear. I came in with a bit of an odd request. I bought a Chinese goped online from the U.K.(confusing, right?) Then I bought a muffler online from a different site and it turned out it didnt fit. I asked if there was a way to attach this american made muffler to the Chinese made U.K. goped. I was there for about 30-45 minutes and I rode my goped home with my new muffler attached! They were very fair priced and professional. They genuinely seemed excited to work on my scooter!

Went in today to have the entire exhaust system on my 1966 Ford F250 replaced and upgraded. They worked with me to get me exactly what I needed, did an excellent job and finished the work while I waited. Very professional and friendly service and it ended up costing way less than I expected. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. They do more than mufflers too - plan to take in the wifes car next week for a power steering pump replacement.

I needed some new exhaust welded together and wasnt sure where to go. Four people I knew recommended Scottsdale Muffler. I was not disappointed. They were able to fit me in the same day. Chris helped me out not only with the work I needed, but with some advise about how best to go about doing the work I was doing myself. Had an early morning appointment with Chris, and upon arrival my Corvette was seen immediately. The job was done beyond my expectations. (Albeit, price points, and workmanship). My car needed some custom welding for the resonators which came out beautifully. For future reference, theyll be my go to for custom exhaust work most assuredly.

Chris is super friendly. And he gives you options and does what better for you. I took my mustang for better exhaust and Chris said that I will be better off by swapping mufflers and told me not to go for whole exhaust kit. He did that for a very reasonable price. Later I felt the sound is too loud for me and went to him. He didnt charge me a dime and replaced with stock mufflers for free. Great part is he picked me and dropped at my office both times even though he did for second time. He and his whole family are very nice people. He is a honest man looking for customer satisfaction than making money. More than 5 stars.
