Dropped my truck off in the morning, and was expecting to have it back in a few hours. Due to some miscommunication, I was unable to get my truck back the same day. Chris was extremely apologetic about the incident, so much that he comped the charges for my oil change. The level of respect the Greasers staff has for its customers is unreal. These guys are the real deal! I was about to give up on my work truck after taking it to several other auto mechanic shops and hearing that its normal to drip oil or stall out occasionally or burn oil. Even after these shops charged me for all sorts of things that did nothing... i heard about Greasers through a family friend and thought Id give them a shot since my friend spoke so highly of them... well, he wasnt kidding, these guys are awsome! They took the engine apart to replace a few things and kept me in the loop the whole time. Ive had my truck for two months now and I can FEEL the difference! No more oil leaks, no more stallouts. I found Greasers accidentally when I first moved here back in 2012. Since then Chris and his crew have successfully dealt with every mechanical malfunction our old truck and car have had, as well as providing great regular maintenance. I cant say enough good things about Greasers. In moving around the country, I have found that finding a good repair shop is always the hardest thing to find, and we are so happy we found Greasers and Chris.

Came to this shop referred from another to assist me with an emmissions issue on a modified car. They put my car on the 5 gas testing equipment, called other shops/folks they knew to help assist. They steered me in a direction that fixed my problem and my car passed! They never charged me a dime and were just happy to help. I really appreciate their assistance,knowledge and honesty! A+++I will continue using his shop for my future needs.

I recently bought a used Jeep Wrangler with a LOT of miles on it and within two weeks of purchase, it needed to go into the shop. I wanted to try out Chris shop and I sure am glad we did. I had left a previous review for Greasers and I just wanted to write another review pertaining to my wifes car and the exceptional service we recieved here at Greasers. We had a emissions exaust leak that caused the check engine light to stay on. We took the car to the dealer and when we received the car back they hit us with a bill for 2 grand of work and parts (that we did not authorize). When we told them we didnt authorize the work they dismantled the car and gave it back to us in shambles and without an ability to fuel the car up. After a few more trips to the dealer to have them fix the car I swore to the wife wedw never use them again and I took the car to GreasersG for an oil change. The crew noticed the check engine light on and I told them the saga that had unfolded and without reservation they asked if they could take a look at it for no cost so they could satisfy their own curiosity. I agreed and within 15 min they came back with a cracked gas tank that the dealer had missed. The crew at Greasers found us a used tank and put it in well under the cost of parts and labor. We thought the saga would end with that but allas, the code and engine light came back on. Greasers never got discouraged and stuck with us as they found 2 more parts that again the dealer didnt find and after tireless efforts, the car passed emissions today. After all of this, I refuse to take my cars to anyone but Greasers for even the simple oil changes and I urge anyone who is looking for a trustworthy mechanic to stop looking and go see these guys. You will not be disappointed.

Chris is honest and does a good job. I never feel taken advantage of here. He is up front and always keeps the old parts to show you what went wrong on repairs.

Ive been taking my car to chris and the guys for about 6 years and i couldnt be happier with them. Ive dealt with a lot of mechanics in my 25 years of driving and theres just no reason to go anywhere else.

Greasers did a great job. I went in because the brakes were making a noise. They could have said I needed new brakes but diagnosed as just having dirt in the pads. I asked them to check the rest of the car as it has nearly 100K miles on it. They discovered things that made sense to fix and told me to ignore the things that were not critical.

Took a Lexus ls430 in for an pre purchase inspection for one of our customers. The inspection was quick and the owners are very nice. Thanks!

Chris was not really good help first he said it was one thing. He I just need to connect pressure lines, then he connected it which cost me around $180 per line that line was no good anymore then, he said it was the radiator. I bought a $1,500 radiator, then the truck still over heated then he said I needed a thermostat. From there he proceeded to read online to see if he can find out what was wrong, they charged me around $8xx.xx for the parts and labor. From there he said I needed a radiator which was going to be another $1,200 for that radiator that was a special radiator. From there I decided to just take it out of the shop, Chris did not like me calling him to ask about the property. When I asked for my parts he didnt even have the parts I requested he said the parts that are left will be by the trash can it was so disrespectful he should of at least handled this differently

Anytime I have had an occasion to use the services at Greasers Automotive I have never been dissapointed nor suprised at my need for service. The quality of work performed was above reproach, and the cost of the service was always as expected with no suprises, I would not consider taking any of my vehicles anywhere else. I have dealt with Chris for many years and will always go back.
