A week of no central air during AZs June 2021 excessive heat waves.Many thanks to Keith, for the initial inspection of the condos air conditioner. On Tuesday, he provided courteous and efficient service while assessing problem and installing a temporary portable air conditioner.On Friday, Fernando, Ricky and Jacob arrived to install new roof top air conditioner and new inside blower. I am still amazed at how quickly and smoothly the entire operation went. When you look at the completed work you know youve dealt with professionals. Matt is excellent!!! He actually solved the difficult issue with my AC unit when other staff at a well known company could not figure out and making me look like a simpleton. Matt actually took the time to observe the problem and pin point that it was the over heated AC unit that causes intermittent problem. He actually preventing potential fire hazards from over heating AC motor that kept running quietly and not blowing any air. TSC technician practice infection control; we feel safe around Matt especially during Covid-19 pandemic. Their staff get immunization against Covid as well. Cant say enough about how great the staff of this company. TSC Excellent service, courteous, competent, and knowledgeable.

Last summer, we had our air conditioner go out. We have a home warranty so I called to submit a claim. They approved my claim and gave me a company to call. I called the company they referred me to and they said it would take two days for them to be able to come out. Not ok in the middle of an Arizona summer. This summer, my daughter’s AC went out and it was the same drill...”call this company...they can be out in two days”....with two babies in her home! How many AC companies in the valley can you find that have 5 stars? I waited a few months after having my new AC unit installed to write a review to be absolutely sure.We live in the Ahwatukee area and when I was looking at different companies, I randomly reached out on the Next Door App and asked for a professional AC company recommendation. I received several responses, but TSC was the most popular. I had three companies come to my house and give me quotes including Don with TSC. Don seemed very trustworthy and professional, his price was reasonable and he is a local resident.Within a few days, my new AC was installed. I have two systems and they revamped my other AC to work more efficient as part of the deal. Their work was thorough and all communication was prompt...no waiting for call backs or emails.We went with the Amana and so far, this AC is great.Also, Dons son was a big part of the installation and was very polite and professional. That is another thing....typically you will get better quality and service when its a family operated company. TSC seems to be a good example of that.I will recommend TSC Air to my family and friends for sure.

I referred this company to my place of employment to install two new AC units. Before they did so I explained the issues we were having and told them that two licensed contractors told me what needed to be done. They disagreed and decided to just move the thermostat. The problem still exists today. When I called them when we had no AC in our office they said that they would be out the next day then they put me off for four days more days. I called someone else and it was fixed within an hour.

He did a great job but he was very disceptive with his pricing. He did an extra nearly $300 worth of service without telling me that these services were extra. When he told me how much I owed at the end I was shocked and explained to him that I thought these services were included in the original service and he said: thats not normally included. Im sorry you didnt know that. That was extremely condescending since it is his responsibility to make sure his clients know these things before doing the service! I will not be using his services again.

Today the AC went out at one of my rental properties, and I called TSC Air for help around 9am on a hot June day. By 1pm they had arrived, and by 2:30, my tenant had cool air. The price was fair, they took payment over the phone, and emailed me an invoice and receipt. Easy, reliable, quality work. Exactly what you want when your AC goes out.

I called Goettl air had the guy come out, he said my ac would cost 1800.00 to fix, no joke. He mentioned all kinds of things that needed to be done. I decided to call TSC since I had a friend that used them and loved them, I sent them the invoice that Goettl gave me and immediately Don the owner wanted to come take a look. Don showed up not 45 min later to look and only found a few issues, he fixed my ac and only charged me 590.00 compared to Goettl this was night and day. They also offer a service where they come out twice a year to inspect the unit for 13.00 a month. Don was polite, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, I seriously have a AC repair service for life. Don’t waste money on other companies seriously go with TSC they are amazing.
