I had the most amazing experience with Rancho Towing service technician Larry!! After being stuck on Hwy 79 in the center lane for 50+ minutes with a completely dead battery and no hazard lights during rush hour traffic Larry went above and beyond to be safe, helpful, courteous and make me feel at ease during an extremely tense situation. His professional approach and kindness was greatly appreciated. He sensed I did not feel safe and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. He is a very nice man and needs to good things to happen to him in return for literally putting his life on the line to make sure I was removed safely from a difficult situation. I was stranded on the side of the road today with truck and trailer and was so greatful on how professional and friendly these guys were during this unfun time. I highly recommend I really wish I remember the guys names that helped because they need some recognition

First they said 45 minutes then an hour and a half then 2 hours and then they said they didnt have my call.. rude on the telephone. I spent 3 hours waiting. AAA should terminate them.

Very unprofessional!! Horrible customer service and punctuality is always questionable. They are late to show up if they show up at all and once took over an hour to deliver my truck to the shop that was only 10 minutes away. When asked what took so long the driver said he took another call while he was in route (knowing that we were there waiting for the truck to arrive). Be careful of overcharging as well. I was told today they were charging me by the hour not the mileage. 👀

I called AAA for an issue with my car battery. The techs dispatched from Rancho Towing showed up as soon as they could and diagnosed the problem. Lucky for me they had the right battery with them and were able to install it right in my garage.

Hello, i would like to leave this review on behalf of Rancho Towing. My pickup had to be towed because of an overheating problem, and Rancho Towing came out to tow me. The driver (Henry) was very nice and well informed on the proper way to tow my truck. Ive had bad experiences in the past, so I tend to be very critical and keep a very watchful eye. Surprisingly, this driver was fast and efficient. They got me towed to a local repair shop, and it wasnt too expensive. I was happy with my service. I give them 4 stars overall

Got my RV towed and they were one of the only local companies that would tow it for a decent rate. Some of these other companies are trash and price gouging. Rancho Towing took care of me and at a fair rate. The driver was really nice and experienced. I appreciate quality service at a good price. I rate my experience 5 stars

Very unprofessional. My car was towed after being parked for 2 hours. I tried to show pictures of the area where I was parked to show there were not visible signs. The driver tried to talk over me and continued to cut me off as I was speaking. Very unprofessional.

Had to have my car towed because I hit something in the road. I called several tow companies, but Rancho Towing was the best price. Driver showed up before the quoted time and went right to work. Got my car hooked up quickly and without incident. Driver was super chill and professional. I was a little worried because his shirt was so clean, but we joked that it had more to do with his adeptness to maneuver within the Matrix and avoid dirt and grime. LOL! These guys are cool, and I would use them any day of the week. Much respect to my driver Manny for being cool and down to Earth. Rancho Towing gets my stamp of approval.

I would normally never write a Google Review for a towing company, unless it was to write a bad review about how they damaged my car etc., but my experience with Rancho Towing, specifically their driver Gil, was one of the best experiences Ive ever had in any capacity, not just when it comes to towing companies. He was on time, had a very difficult job to do, as my dads Ford Edges wheel was hanging on sideways. He used all the tricks in his back pocket to get the car onto the flat bed without causing any more damage than the previous towing company had. (For context, my dads cars axel snapped in the middle of a busy street and the Sheriffs called a random company that charged us $255 to move it from the street into the parking lot we were 10 feet from by dragging the car by force onto the truck, carelessly with no regard for destroying the car). Gil was so concerned about causing us more damage that he tried multiple approaches to the dilemma before gracefully getting it on the truck. He then proceeded to drive us nearly 3 hours home, the whole time playing good music (softly), and indulging my dad in great conversation, even offering us his snacks for the road. Once we arrived in front of our house, getting the car off the truck was a whole knew problem and took just as long to get off the truck as it took to get on, possibly longer. Gil didnt just rush to get the job done and get back home (after likely a 17 hour shift), he took his time and gave his efforts 100% until the very end. I was truly blown away by how good this man is at his job and his level of dedication. All companies (towing companies or not) can learn something from the way Rancho Towing and their driver Gil conducts business. Thanks again for everything, Gil.

Had to share a warm thanks to the driver from Rancho Towing. I had a blowout of my front passenger tire and wasnt able to pull completely to the shoulder, so I was partially blocking traffic. It became a really scary situation. The driver showed up within 10mins, which seemed like an eternity. He was very professional and put safety concerns 1st, by allowing me to get into his truck. He also put out cones to divert traffic around us. I was so pleased with how much care he showed. Thanks so much from me and my family for your professionalism and timeliness. Called for a quote for a ride from Temecula to LA and was treaded rudely and non profesional from the very beginning. Decided to give my business elsewhere.

These guys kick a$$! My RV had 3 different issues and they were able to resolve them all. I was impressed by the patience and expertise the driver showed. Hooking up one of these big Class A RVs is no small task. If you have a RV and need to have it towed, call Rancho Towing.

I was wrongfully towed by them and charged $477.00. Nothing good to say about them.

Most towing companies stick to the basics and only tow cars and trucks, but Rancho has the capabilities to tow big rigs, RVs, buses, tractors, trailers, etc... I have an older trailer that needed to be towed down to San Diego, and nobody had the ability to do it, except Rancho Towing. It can be a little pricey, but the distance is the key factor. I actually scheduled an appointment to have it towed, which made the whole process smooth. They showed up right on time and got on the road. Delivery was uneventful and my brother in law was happy to park it up for me. These guys made everything seem so easy, and thats the way it should be. I give my stamp of approval.

Let me start by saying that Rancho Towing is a good tow company. I respect what they do, and in all my dealings with them, I have never experienced bad service, so for that I am thankful. My only gripe is why is takes drivers so long to arrive when you have a flat tire?! Especially during the Corona pandemic, there are hardly any cars out on the road, so I cant fathom that they are overwhelmingly busy. Thats all I have to offer.

Working in the construction industry, we have HUGE tractors that need to be towed from job site to job site. We also, on rare occasion, experience flat tires on some of our equipment. Rancho Towing has helped us out several times when we were in serious need, and so I think its warranted that I leave them a 5 star review for their efforts and consistency. We have always been really appreciative of the work they do, and the flexibility of their heavy haul drivers. Moving these tractors around is not easy, and there is a level of experience required. Rancho Towing has all your heavy hauling needs covered. Great tow company!

I called AAA and Gil showed up promptly. He took a look at a couple of things to see if he could get my Ford F-150 started before loading it on the flatbed. I really appreciated that! He seems to know quite a bit about cars. Unfortunately my truck would not start so Gil towed it to the repair shop. This is the second time he has helped us with our vehicle in Temecula. I got locked out of my vehicle yesterday and AAA sent a tech from Rancho Towing to help me. The tech was prompt and professional. He got into my vehicle in no time and saved my day. I highly recommend them!

These dudes are awesome! I had some kind of exhaust problem where smoke was billowing out from the the tailpipe. HUGE clouds of smoke were overwhelming the car and the street. I called AAA and a driver from Rancho Towing responded. The dispatcher told me 30mins or less, and my driver showed about 10mins later, so I was impressed. The driver was amazed at how much smoke was coming out of the tailpipe, and he advised me that it would be better to tow it, then to risk it catching fire or worse. So he towed me to a nearby shop, which he told me he knew the owner personally. I was shocked when we arrived, because my driver unloaded my car, but also went and spoke with the mechanics. In an act of good doing, he gave me a 30% discount on the spot for whatever services that would be rendered. I am so appreciative and thankful for the generosity of my driver. I promised the driver I would write a great review and that I would refer all my friends and family to Rancho Towing in the future. Rancho Towing rocks

Man these tow companies are all alike. Take poor peoples money and deliver mediocre service. On this specific transaction, I have to say Im pleased with the service and the price. Doesnt change my overall opinion about tow companies though. I wish we didnt need them.

One of the best things about Rancho Towing, is that they are familiar with the area, so they have a ton of connections with repair shops, tire shops, and the like. They towed my vehicle and referred me to a local repair shop where the price was fair and the service top notch. Theyre a great local tow company. I support our local businesses and encourage all Temecula residents to do the same.

As a woman, getting a flat tire on the side of a busy road is nerve wrenching, and scary. I called AAA for service, but before their driver could arrive, a guy in a Rancho Towing tow truck pulled over and assisted me. I was so surprised that he would provide service just to get me out of a scary and potentially unsafe situation. He changed my tire with lightning speed and got me out of harms way. I told my husband what happened and he actually called their office to thank the driver himself, as he too was surprised a driver would offer the service free of charge. Its a reminder that good people do still exist out there. Im greatful for Rancho Towing for employing thoughtful and considerate drivers. Theyve gained a customer in me and everyone I know.

Had to have my husbands old hobby clunker towed to his friends shop. We had never used Rancho Towing before, but they showed up 5mins early and the driver was polite. Im not sure why men drool over these clunkers that look terrible and consume gas like a whale swallows plankton, but they do. The driver admired the junk, and got it hooked up without incident. Him and my husband chatted about cars the entire time. My husband actually exchanged numbers with the guy, so I guess he made a friend. Nonetheless, the service was great and I had no complaints. Ran out of gas and called AAA for emergency roadside service. The original driver didnt arrive within the quoted 30mins time. I called back 3x and was finally told a driver from a different tow company (Rancho Towing) would be there in 5mins. I was already upset at how long it took, but then the driver pulled up and said he didnt have any gas! I thought I would lose my mind. So he towed me to a nearby gas station, where he filled up his gas cans. I was so disappointed. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because I complained to the driver and he said he wouldnt charge me for the tow or deduct any service use from my AAA account. I figured that was the least he could do.
