I went in to get an international driving permit and was in and out of there in 5 minutes, I am not even exaggerating. They took my two passport photos, filled out some documents, gave me my IDP and was on my way!

They were a gift membership to me from my parents when I turned 16. I did the same for my kids and nephew and nieces.Its a bit depressing at the moment due to covid. Maybe playing some music could change moods in there. Not one customer smiling. Felt like a library. But they are being safe. Every other chair. Masks required and always appreciated the frigerated water while waiting.

I just want to say that Bryan in this office is awesome!! He is always always so nice and helpful! He treats you like a friend and always gives you the best advice he thinks would be the most beneficial for you. I really appreciate his professionalism and his kindness!! Went to buy my tags gave me tags and registration that didnt match had to go back there because of the mistakes

I got always a great experience, have never waited more than 5 mins to be assisted. They address all my needs right away plus bundle insurance are really affordable.

I have always had a good experience at this AAA. Nice people and the last time I was there, once I was called to the counter it took less than 3 minutes to get the paper work I needed handled and I was on my way again.

Fast auto registration... no DMV lines. One catch, you must be a AAA member. Its well worth it too, so many perks that I cant say enough about AAA. They have saved me numerous times. Like when my teen kept locking her keys in the car or when I got a flat on the freeway or when my car stalled on a busy road. Thanks AAA!

The AAA staff were courteous and professional. They followed the COVID19 protocols to the T and made me feel safe. They kept the line moving so the wait to get my business taken care of was m in animal and I was in and out quicker than a normal pre-COVID19 time.

Service was quick and very helpful all covid protocols were covered and its just a really good place to take care of all your needs

Due to covid they are doing there best to get everyone I was in there for about 25min but understandable its a Monday and we where taken cared of thank you AAA for being my insurance and having a great staff

They were really quick at getting you checked in & then taken care of. The only down fall is that you can not bring another person with you inside (COVID protocol).

New to the area, first time visiting this office. Walked in to renew my car tags. It was busy, the staff are friendly took my name down to sit in the waiting the line moved fast. The nice thing about this Tripple A site is if you have kids, there is a kid area and books for the kids to read. Which is nice to keep your kids busy while you wait to be serviced. I would recommend this site to visit.

Its AAA. They are there to serve a purpose and do so well. Way better than dealing with the DMV. The people are nice. At least the ones that work here. This one is smaller, and in an area where I havent seen it get too crazy. Did registration here on 3 vehicles, and upgraded some plates. Each visit was less than 20 minutes. They have a quick line, well not sure what it is called where you check in and pay registration changes right there.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, beat of all, even without an appointment, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Good job ladies and gentlemen! Im grateful for the DMV services. Insurance coverage is competitive and Ive been a long term member.

Their membership packages are a complete scam and waste of money. My husband has been on the phone for THREE HOURS, spoken to at least 4 different representatives and still does not have any answers. Last year we purchased the RV towing package as we were told it would cover our work vehicles. Well, today my husband spent 45 minutes on the phone making sure we were covered. When the tow truck company came out I was told AAA would not cover the tow and we would need to pay out of pocket. After talking to their supervisor, he was told they would tow it, but needed a larger truck. 4 hours later, no tow. Called AAA to check in and they said we were not covered even though we were talked into buying this extra service and assured our truck was covered. Now, he’s trying to get answers as to why we were duped into paying $750 for something we CANNOT USE! AAA representatives will LIE to get a sale. It’s disgusting, disposable and beyond unethical. Now thy are pulling up the original call because “there’s no reason we would sell a service you can’t use.” Such a scam. Cancelling and going with another company as of today.

Its crowded some days and others not at all. Its hit or miss with how busy it is but they are pretty fast in comparison to the DMV. I went here on I think Friday and they are nice enough. Seating is kind of awkward... Back to back with people and also facing them.. Would be less awkward to face all in one direction. The location also lacks packing and most of the time I have to park across the street at the food 4 less

Loved it. Did not know they had a storefront until I found this place walked in for a membership. Left within 20 minuts with a plus membership and a surprisingly low auto insurance quote. Am going back within the next few days to register and insure a truck I just purchased. Looking forward to a long relationship with this club.

I am a mber and was checking on Disneyland discounted tickets and rooms. They seem to have a good discount and looking forward to using them for our trip to the Disneyland parks.

The only reason they get a 1 is because of their exceptional DMV services.BUT their travel division is the worst - less than zero. After sitting with Laja, one of their travel agents, for almost a half hour working on a vacation for a group of 15, I waited two weeks for her to call me back with an itinerary of some sort. She never did. When I called their office, it took 3 days of holding and/or messages left, before I was finally able to reach Laja, who then said she did not have a chance to get to it. She had nothing. Unbelievable.

I wish I could give this insurance company no stars. They really need to retrain local customer service representatives. Every time my husband and I adjust anything to our policy we are told it is fixed and then we are charged the same rates. We have been dealing with this for the past 5 months. Every time we call in to speak to a customer service representatives here at Triple aaa they are very rude and unhelpful. I have even called at the corporate level and these people give you their direct lines but never return calls or answer their phones. We are canceling our policy for their auto insurance because of this.

Pleasant and knowledgeable greeting. Was assigned a service agent for acquiring an International Driver License and provided a comfortable seat while waiting to be called by name. Overall enjoyable and professional service experience. So glad to have this AAA club in Temecula!

Update of the review below: Came to get some documents notarized. Staff was very friendly, organized and knowledgeable. We brought the kids and when they were getting restless an employee brought them some crayons and coloring papers. It was very considerate of them.Came here to get movie tickets as Xmas gifts. They were very orgabized and friendly. We got in and out in just a few minutes.

Everyone is so helpful and so friendly! Line is never long and theres plenty of people to assist with whatever youre looking for. I love the DMV features like renewing your vehicle registration, its so fast and easy you get the sticker right then and there. You do need to use a debit or ATM card for DMV transactions, no cash!

Always there when you need them

Had a great experience today at this particular office! I had to get a Disabled Parking Permit and I had just checked in at the front desk and was immediately taken back to see Jai Patel who is a very nice, cheerful employee. Last time, I had gone to the office on Madison and had to wait an hour to (eventually) be helped by the front desk person that had checked me in an hour earlier! I have been a member for 50 years, since teenhood, and happy with their service.

Booked a honeymoon recently to Maui and our travel agent was LaJanea and she helped us from the beginning to the end! Super friendly and attentive to our needs and questions being that we have never flown on a plane or been to any of the islands. We recieved a rental car when we arrived and later I noticed they charged me for an underage fee when LaJanea had told us that we wouldnt get charged that since we had booked through AAA and they have a special relationship with the rental car agency. So I tried telling the rental agency but no luck in them taking away that fee, so I had asked her if she could assist possibly even though it wasnt a company she was a part of. I was very impressed when the next email I recieved was her notifying me my money was on its way back to me! Wow what great customer service stepping in to get me my money back when she didnt have to! Thank you AAA and LaJanea for all your help, Ill be back to book my next trip with her for sure!

I was actually very disappointed I went in to get membership and it was no different than the DMV I sat there for about a half an hour and had to actually get up and leave because of of my next appointment I was actually with AAA at one time when it was quick and convenient I think they need more staff to move the large amount of people they have waiting on them

I wish they could perform more DMV services such as real ID and new DL and permit tests etc. They are cash or check only for DMV services as well. But you can use plastic for insurance stuff though. The parking spaces are only made for smart cars and motorcycles. Which explains the three star review.
