Usually are able to find what I need here and this was no exception. Preparing a gift card box for a graduation. Found card box and I will further decorate and personalize it.

Got last minute balloons for my high school grad! They were prepared for us last minute mommas and was in and out in 10 minutes.

Always friendly service here. The staff is always very welcoming to my kids and always keep a cheerful face on when my kids roll up to checkout.

They got what you need

Only 2 aisles of Halloween stuff. Prices seem more reasonable than Halloween Express if you can call costume prices reasonable anymore🤦

Only customer in store because it just opened up. I asked a question, cashier directed me to an isle, asked again because I couldnt find item and she didnt seem to offer much help. I just left.

I took my grandson here so he could pick out a Halloween costume, wow was it busy and fun. You look at a board of pictures to pick out a costume that you find fun, from there a employee calls to the back who them brings you a fresh unopened package. This is a far cry from the other stores that put everything out where customers tear them to shreds before you get to see them.

Quick service and nice associates even the week before Halloween

The staff here is very nice. The store is kept neat and they have a large selection of party supplies here. This store is better stocked than the Menifee location. I was shopping for items for a baby shower I was hosting, and found almost everything I needed at this location. Prices are a bit steep, but that is expected. Overall a decent store with nice employees.

Not my kind of party supply place

I gave them five stars specifically related to my visit at Halloween. They were very organized this year! Even though the store was crowded things were moving.

This place was great to me. I came in for a specific Christmas present that was Halloween related. So they took the time to help me find the right costume my child wanted for Christmas even though ALL of their great Halloween costumes were all packed away in the back. That’s customer service.

Affordable, spooky during the Halloween season, and thats all you really need from a Party City. I only wish they had more decorations which is why I give it...four stars. At least two full aisles of seasonal decorations!!

Came for a Holloween costume for my daughter. They were very helpful and the store was very well organized....usually it looks like a tornado went through most of the costume place.

The store is just not organized very well and the lack of service is a bummer considering they are supposed to be “The Place for party supplies”. Store survives almost solely on halloween and birthday parties. As such- all the items prices are jacked up. 5 dollars for a plastic mask, 20 for a feather necklace. Im poor and want gucci. reee

Good, not too crowded. But the Halloween selection is starting to dwindle, so go sooner rather than later

Called to place an order (5 balloons) and they told me they didnt need to place the order because it would only take a few minutes,so just to come in the next morning. When I came in they told me it would be an hour wait. I even told them I called the night before and they told me I didnt need to order and they didnt care one bit. Dont trust them if they tell you this!

This place was okay. My friends needed to stop by for some father’s day balloon. Staff was inattentive and weren’t greeted when entering the store.

This place aint so bad. Its kind of dirty, but you can almost always find what youre looking for when it comes to parties and Halloween costumes.
