Im so glad I gave this place a try after having a bad experience elsewhere. They were courteous and helpful. They didnt judge me when they found out how long it had been since I took the car in for an oil change. And they didnt try and up sell me on anything I didnt need.

Very nice people here. Pretty quick and do a lot more than I thought. JusT know if your transmission fluid is special like mine call first to make sure they have it in stock.

Everyone was very good and throughly explained what was going on and if I needed to do any maintenance on my vehicle. They did not try and sell me on anything but my oil change. So great to go somewhere, get information that you need able to ask questions and not feel like they are trying to add more services for no reason. Yes even with a coupon it can be pricey but it is worth the extra $30 or so extra.

Pulled in was #2 in line. Both other 2 bays were serving there 3rd car and I was still waiting. Honked my horn. Said to girl who came to car, You moved cars from line to other bays and we are still waiting. Well that car is also having a transmission service and it will be a little longer. After waiting 45 minutes when I pulled in and commented about wait, service guy said do you Want to continue with your servive. They also lied on bill saying tires were checked. I have 4 cars and Valvoline just lost my business. To many other places who provide good customer service.

They need to work on their customer service. Oil change lasted less then 8 minutes. New guy on training accidentally spilled the oil all over my motor which started to smoke. Another senior employee with the attitude started washing my motor with the high pressure pump water and when I stepped out of the car to see whats going on he strikes me with the attitude asking what..charging his services and sending me away. I came home, motor still in heavy smoke and fluids burning inside..will see what will come out of this when my car cools down.

Excellent customer service - they do a full check and were able to tell me exactly what I needed. They are honest and transparent, and its obvious they really care about their customers. Couldnt be happier and I will be bringing my car here from now on.

They are GREAT!! Especially if you are a single woman, they literally share all they check! Plus note on your receipt what they reccomend based on your car mileage! I came around 11 on a Wed and there was no wait. They were able to change my oil for my Nissan NV which is 71 in height. They were unable to rotate my tires because of the weight of my vehicle.Service was quick and thorough. Not getting out of the car is convenient too. It cost about 110 for an oil change alone for my vehicle.

May be a few dollars more than others quick change joints but vastly superior service. Very informative throughout the whole process and show you your dip stick and air filter. Also, check and inflate all tires. Awesome service. In and out in 15 or less.

Went here yesterday 8/16/2019. Pulled in the bay and they had me pop the hood and started their inspection. Then the lady ask me what oil I want (already in their bay with my hood open I felt inclined) I tell her full synthetic. $100+ dollars!!!! For an oil change less than 5 quarts!!! I’ll never be going back there! Save your money and go to reasonably priced facility. After this encounter I called around to local shops and discovered the average is about $50 for what was done.

I just went today for my first time and omg!!!! Phenomenal job!! They do all the inspections right in front of you and show you everything! I absolutely loved it!! I felt so involve and they also checked all my lights front, brake light ect witch is amazing! I is the best place to get and oil chance honestly!

These guys are great. I always avoid getting my oil changed because I just dont have time to wait, but these guys have really optimized the whole experience and made it as quick and painless as possible.My last oil change took a grand total on 9 minutes. Never got out of the car.By far the easiest way to get your oil changed!4 stars because the prices could be a little better on other services (air filters, transmission service, etc.), but still a pretty good value on oil changes.

Fast and friendly service, they actually do check your tire pressure, used to go Wal-Mart for oil changes but stopped going due to horrible customer service. Valvoline is quick you get to stay in your 🚗 and they give you coupons, call and ask.

Have used this location since we moved to CA three years ago. Service is very consistent, professional, and timely. Great technicians that will let you know if there are any issues with your vehicle, but will not pressure you into buying their products. I highly recommend this shop to friends and family.

This place was great! I was in and out fast. I had a good coupon. They dont try to upsell you as much as a lot of other places.

Professional and great work every time I visit. Today I went to get my fluids checked in preparation for a cross-country road trip. They checked fluids and topped them off, checked tires, and did it for FREE! I expected to have paid at least for their time. Always a courteous staff.

Had me in and out in 8 minutes! Oil change, check fluid levels, check battery, check tire pressure. Very friendly and professional people. Will definitely be back it was a pretty awesome experience!

My review is almost identical to Mikes. When I went in for my oil change, 2 weekends ago, I was told by the guy on the computer that I had a significant leak. I asked of what and asked if it was oil because as of that moment, NOTHING ever leaked from my car. Now keep in mind my car is only 2 years old with only 40,000 miles on it. When I told the guy that would be peculiar since I park in my driveway and have no oil stains the guy under my car chimed in to say something which I could not understand but the guy at the computer then said that it was my oil pan that was leaking and they would replace the plug for me. Whatever that is exactly. So, I leave and start to notice, now I have oil spots on my driveway! Are you kidding!? Very suspect that I had ZERO oil leaks in my car, I take care of my car and now all of a sudden I supposedly had a significant leak that didnt exist and now after I kind of called them out on it, I now have a leak. Did they not replace the plug properly? The O ring/oil filter? I dont know but what I DO know is that this was caused by them and I will not go to them again. Sorry but no. I dont need the hassle of going in there with no leaks to leave and notice oil on my driveway the next day. I dont claim to be a mechanical genius but lets see, no oil leak before I went in, told while there had a leak that didnt exist and now after leaving I have an oil leak. Seems pretty legit that it was caused by them in some way. And I doubt calling them to voice my issue will do any good, seeing as how they have poor customer service in dealing with Mikes issue. Seems like they have a problem since 2 people have identical issues in 3 months. Again, doubt saying anything will matter or that they even care.

I agree with the fact that this is the easiest way to get an oil change. Pulled up, didnt even have to get out of the car. Was done in about 15 minutes and we were driving off. No pressure, just helpful suggestions. The only reason it didnt get a 5 star rating was the fact that we could have gone somewhere else for a $20 oil change. Okay we would have had to wait a little longer, but I have more time than money. Would have like to have paid less but we had to try it. Convenient, yes. Pricey? Yes. Looking forward to getting a coupon for next time. Thanks.

Quick, however I question whether thorough. Not one day after oil change my check engine light appeared on my dash. Little concerned since Ive never had an issue before in the past. Diagnostics will soon tell.
