My wife and I brought her car to Red Hawk Auto for an air conditioner that was not working at all. Unfortunately when we picked up the car it wasnt working correctly.We live out of town and did not fully notice the lack of cooling. We brought our car back 2 weeks later and Red Hawk remedied the issue immediately that day that was missed the first time.........at no charge. Car is nice and cool now and we are very pleased with the experience and caring.

They did an excellent job. They fixed my rack in pinion steering and bushings on my control arm in just 4 hours. FANTASTIC. My 4 runner now drives like its brand new. I love it and I will be returning to have my shocks done real soon.

Replaced the radiator, 4 hoses, coolant, & thermostat.I brought my car in for a problem of over heating. It was detected to have a small leak in radiator & one of the radiator hoses. I dropped my car off at approx 8 am. And it was all done by & ready to go at 12:30. The management Sal & Manny were very polite & nice to me. They generously loaned me a car to use in town while waiting for my car. The parts were a little over $500. The labor charges were over $1,300. I questioned that high charge and Sal the manager gave me 3 generous courtesy certificates. Because he wanted me to be happy with his service! That attitude and proactive resolution has won me over. I will go back and also use those gift certificates as promised. THANK YOU SAL!

I am 67 years old. I have been looking for a GREAT auto repair shop for way too long. The minute I made my first appointment I had a good feeling about this shop. I have become a regular customer and cannot tell you how good it feels to know that my shop had my best interest in mind. Thank you Red Hawk staff. You are the best.

I called and was able to get a appointment immediately for a smog check. I arrived at my allotted time and was checked in and service done in 20 minutes. This is the second time I’ve used Redhawk for this service as well as air conditioning tune up. These people are quick, professional, and to the point.

I was visiting my sister in Temecula and my A/C in my car broke. With the scortching heat, I was desperate and needed my A/C repaired. Redhawk Auto Service was the only place nearby my sisters house that repaired A/C.Before bringing in my car I asked my two Brother-in-laws who live in the area what they thought of Redhawk Auto Service. Neither of them had anything good to say about the service they got from this place. One of my Brother-in-laws said that the person working on his car lied to him about the check engine light that popped up right after being serviced by this place.Despite the warning I received from my brother-in-laws, I was desperate and took my car into have the A/C serviced. My husband went to pick the car up. The A/C worked when my husband tested it before leaving Redhawk and he said it worked but not great. On our way home back to Culver City. We put on the A/C to cool down from The 108 degree weather outside. The A/C was not fixed and they charged me $500 dollars claiming they fixed the problem.I felt like I just put my hard earned $500 in the trash by trusting Redhawk Auto Service would provide me the service they charged and I paid for. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy let alone anyone I love and respect.

I came in for a fuel pump repair. They acted very professionally. What I liked about them the most is that they do go out of their way to make things right. You can not ask for anything more.

After driving 2,000 miles across the country from Wisconsin and arriving on a Thursday, we definitely know we had a problem to take care of Friday night before we could return home. Red Hawk took us in Saturday morning for a diagnostic and by 11:00 a.m. I had a problem identified, estimate in hand, and completion time to do the work. I gave them the green light to order the parts and do the work and my car was ready to go Tuesday afternoon, on time, as promised. I had no problems on the return trip. I cant say enough about the great service and courtesy from everyone I spoke with during a very trying 3-4 days, particularly Manny who oversaw my visit for the repairs. Thanks to all the staff and crew for a truly superior experience. If Temecula was my home, Red Hawk would be my go to place for service, maintenance, and repairs.

I just moved to the area and needed an emergency repair as well as a new auto shop. Ive been a loyal customer to my last shop for 20 years. I followed the good reviews and I wasnt disappointed at all. I showed up at opening and they took me in right away. The whole team that took my assignment were attentive and transparent. Micheal even brought out the damaged part (spark plugs wires) for me to see and explain why my car wasnt working. I have an 02 Kia Rio so shes doing the best she can on small repairs that I can afford. Sal was great about breaking down prices for me in a priority type list. Ill be back to have more repairs done for sure. The labor prices may seem a bit high but its good to know that they care enough about their employees to pay them well. Ill be hitting them up for my next oil change in a couple weeks. I think I found my new auto shop!

We had an engine light come on during our stay in Temecula on the day we were supposed to leave. Redhawk got us right in and took care of the problem. They did not try to sell us extra items or make us feel pressured in any way. Michael, the mechanic that worked on our vehicle, explained the issue well and was able to fix it without any additional parts. They got us back on the road in a couple of hours.

I decided to go based off the many great reviews on here and i was not disappointed. Manuel, my service advisor was very professional, and very very informative. I took my hybrid tahoe for a diagnostic for the hybrid battery and an oil leak. They sent me a link that had their findings and included pictures of what the issues were. It made me feel reassured. When i went to go pick up, Manuel was very straight forward about what exactly i needed and he didnt try to up-sell me. I also met the owners and they were phenomenal people! Great shop, great services and great experience!

My car was loaded to the gills with party supplies, a friend and a dog on my way to Idyllwild when the check engine light came on. Sal Hernandez quickly diagnosed the problems and repaired it for a fair and reasonable price. I was able to use one of his vehicles to get on with my weekend. My car was towed here by AAA after my oil pan was damaged. After being charged $150 diagnosis fee when I had already identified the problem I was quoted $1300 for the repair work. I contacted my local repair shop in San Marcos and they offered to do the work for $725. Redhawk auto attempted to take advantage of my vehicle being stranded at their shop. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager he attempted to tell me they quoted me so high because they were using Honda certified parts. After I notified him I would be filling a complaint with AAA He offered to come down to approximately $850 but this did not include the required oil change still. My repair shop (north county smog) used Honda certified parts and did the job for nearly half of Redhawks original quote. Buyer beware this place will try to rip you off and scam you.

Hailee is amazing! Had both my axels done and my car is running much better. I have been here twice and the customer service is too notch. However, I would like a more detailed explanation on what was performed after paying. I always feel rushed when I’m asking critical questions. Also the invoice gives recommendations that don’t seem correct. It told me to change my windshield wiper blades when I actually did so the week prior. I also wanted to have my fluids checked and I didn’t see that on my paperwork. I’m just a gal who knows nada about cars so I feel I like to know more about what was serviced. Im happy with the results - my headlight is rewired and my oil changed. The hardest part is that with COVID 19 restrictions, I couldnt sit inside in the AC while waiting. There were chairs outside but it got up to 96 degrees between the time I got there at 10:10 in the morning and when I left close to 2 PM. I dont know what else they could do given the COVID times. I am happy with the work and they were very friendly and helpful.

2010 MDX with Battery Low indicator coming on. A month prior to this visit, RedhawkAuto had previously done some work as the same light had been coming on and after extensive electrical testing they found a draw and fixed it. This time, with the same indication light, they found no problem, just a glitch that many MDXs have, but absolutely nothing wrong with the car. They did a lot of checking, a lot of work, and didn’t charge me a dime. Translation- these folks do excellent, HONEST work. I’ll return with my other card.

Since I am fairly new to this area and only have the one car, I chose Redhawk because they are a AAA recommended garage and they have a loaner car segment to their service. Even though I was a first-time customer, I was treated like I had been using them for years. They fixed my 4-Runner, kept in touch with me, and made sure I would come back again!

I brought my car in because it was overheating. Turns out my water pump starting going out 2 weeks moving here from Washington. They were very helpful and honest about what was wrong with my car especially when it came down to testing my head gasket that ended up being blown. Disappointing, yes. But they were up front about what I should do with my car instead of proceeding just to make profit. When I get my new car, I will most definitely be bringing it into them for regular and major maintenance. Good auto shops are so hard to find these days.

This place is GREAT guys!! My Elderly parents car just stopped being able to be started overnight (literally). So my trusting parents (against my suggestion) called and had there car towed into Temecula Toyota. With in a couple of hours Toyota called back and said that the main electrical system had to be replaced for a RIDICULOUSLY HIGH PRICE of$ 6500 dollars!!!! They took advantage of me it was the first time I needed to get my oil changed and I walked in and had no idea what I was doing. They charged me 80 dollars for an oil change.

I went in there one day before I was supposed to go on a cross country trip, Shane and the guys at Redhawk Auto Service had me in first thing the next morning and on the road by 11:30am. I got to leave the same day I was supposed to. Service was excellent and the staff bends over backwards to get you the parts and service completed on time. I recommend these guys to everyone.

Mr. Swindler was quite nice and accommodating. I brought my car in for a smog check on a Monday morning and he had me in and out in 25 min despite being absolutely slammed and down 2 people due to illness. He was multitasking answering the phone, working the computer, and checking me in. He never lost his composure and had a very pleasant demeanor the whole time. He also gave me coupon price without me even having a coupon!
