Synfast —name says fast. 40 minutes for oil change. No discount when I complained. “We don’t have your oil filter, we can get it here in 10 min”. 40 minutes later.

The fastest oil changes Ive ever had done! Literally in and out in 10m for a full synthetic at a great price. These guys work quick and efficiently and dont miss a beat. They even included 25 point inspection, after which, they were upfront and honest with me about what services my car needed next and which ones to prioritize, like my brakes. On top of all that, they told me about the coupons they had available and added them to my total without me even asking. Eddys and everyone else in this shop are excellent mechanics, thank you guys very much.

This place is amazing. The employees always greet you with a smile. There was little to no upselling tactics like other drive thru oil changes tend to engage in. They kindly filled my tires for me when it got cold and probably saved me from a flat tire driving down to San Diego. I’ll be back for brake pads whenever I get a free day. There are coupons on their website. Don’t forget to screenshot them in case you have service issues.

We are pleased with their service but we went last week and neither of the two attendants wore masks and one stood close to drivers window and in order to hear him the window had to be down. We feel they are not taking their customers safety into consideration by not doing so. At least the one man by the window could have worn one. We.are looking for another place to take our other vehicle in soon. We like this place and wish we could take it here.

I went in today to get an oil change in my moms jeep. When I pulled up to the lane and he met me, took all my information and his technician performed the oil change. He was very polite and pleasant to speak to. Great service and didnt take long at all.Thank you!

I got an oil change and a 25-point maintenance check in less than 10 minutes, and they also did me a huge favor in fixing the connections for my brake lights free of charge. Best experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change! Eddie was super friendly, and he thoroughly explained every service he was performing on my car. While inspecting my vehicle, he also noticed a few of my light bulbs were out. Not only did he show me the burnt out bulbs, but he showed me the new ones he was replacing them with, which I really appreciated. For what was done, I was impressed with how fast they had me out of there, especially because I had five kids in the car with me...Thanks guys! I will definitely be back!

I couldnt have been more pleased with the service and the gentlemen who took care of my car today. They were responsive to my questions, made sure to actually show me why they made recommendations, and never veered into condescending territory with me (it happens frequently and its infuriating). On top of that, the price for the extremely quick service is a steal. I was given a recommendation to check them out; even though I still have remaining free oil changes through the dealership, I will be heading over to see these guys again instead. Why accept sub-par service, impersonal interactions, and the frustration of waiting for over an hour for an oil change with the dealership when I can go down the road and be in and out within 15 minutes having paid a very fair price and with a smile on my face because of how pleasant and accommodating the technicians were? They were very professional; not pushy at all which I really appreciate. They did offer suggestions with their safety check items that I already knew. I declined and they did not keep suggesting. Great price, however I used a living social coupon and forgot that I was still responsible for tax and hazardous fee. I didnt have my wallet so they said no problem you can just swing by since you live locally. That was great because I forgot to bring a tip the 1st time!You dont even park your car to check in... just pull it directly into the first open Bay and stay in your car while they perform all their services.Great guys and Ill definitely use them again‼️

I just got my oil change here and am really satisfied with the whole experience. I do my own small maintenance work, but with the rain I really didnt want to change it myself out on the street or wait till the weather cleared up. Found these guys on groupon and saw their great reviews so decided to give them a shot. They were quick, very thorough and so professional that the extra things they found upon inspection, which I already knew about, I ended up telling them to take care of it all. They are in the business of stealing advertising on groupon and then not honor the groupons they sell saying we no longer take groupon but are still on the website... wait groupon paus in advance before selling them on the website.. thats called stealing...DONT GET RIPPED OFF!

Good experience. I asked them how much for an oil change they told me around $50.00 so I asked them if there deal was over because they had someone holding a sign last week offering it for about $20.00 so they said they would go ahead and give it to me at that price. Plus they are fast the guy changing the oil was done with the oil change and checking the other fluids and air in the tires before we were done entering my information in there computer.Now they did try to up sale me on other stuff which is part of their job but not aggressively like a lot of other places and they didnt try to sell me things that I didnt need like the air filter he looked at it and just put it back because it isnt that dirty. Plus they gave me some coupons for another $20 oil change.Very friendly and fast maybe around 10 - 15 minutes tops in and out.

My work hours prevent me from getting oil changes as often as Id like, but this place has fantastic hours and are conveniently located off Winchester. On my way home from work, I called them and found that they were able to provide an oil change despite me not having an appointment and them being close to closing time (5:20 pm). They were extremely kind, quick, and efficient. I dont think Ive ever had such wonderful service at any other Oil Change place and they even provided me with a coupon for my next visit! The price, location, and speed is too good to pass up. Bonus for me was getting my oil changed instead of sitting in rush hour traffic. I highly recommend Synfast Oil Change and will return to them for all my future oil changes.

This place has a dont give an F attitude. This is probably my 4th time here and service today was really bad. I had previously bought a Groupon that I couldnt use because I bought the same day so I held on to it . I was told today that I couldnt use it anymore because they are no longer part of groupon which is not true. Randy said to me that the reason they are no longer accepting groupon is because they are losing money by using them and now I have to dispute my purchase between my bank and groupon. This business has a 1 limit per customer advertised on groupon which I didnt see at first and that is my fault. What is upsetting is that this place only had 1 customer and they are unwilling to help and let a customer walk because they just dont care. I told them to do the oil change anyways because I needed it and they gave me a discount but really bad customer service and attitude. These employees should be grateful they have a job during hard time like now. To them its just a job and unfortunately all I can say is that the business is only as good as them.

Great customer service

They were polite but kept pushing to get more services other than an oil change. They tried to push this gal next to me to get additional services. They started at $300, then up to $500 then finally $1000! I convinced her to walk away. This is an oil change place but they push too many services on you. I will not return. They also took longer than they said.

It really was a drive thru oil change!! I didnt get out of my car and it only took about ten minutes. Eddy, Giovanni, and Eric were so kind and helpful and made it a positive experience.

I had the worst experience with these guys!!they lied and told me I had a oil leak in my 2015 vw then they broke the drain plug by over tightening the bolt..this is the worst place in the world for a oil change. I will never step foot back in the place again
