I just left I got a manicure. This is my first time coming here and when I walked in the sign says manicures are $12 but when I was done she said I owed her $17 ???? I’m a classy man so I shot her the $20 but I won’t be returning. Manicure is about a 7.5 out of 10 worth the $12 plus a tip because I always tip but not worth what I was charged especially because I was up charged. I guess on to the next nail shop to find a place to get my hands done.

I used to love this place. The owner recently stopped taking cards she has a little sign posted cash only now, that you dont notice until you attempt to pay, AND conveniently had an ATM installed that charges you $4 for cash, so the kick back to the owner is substantial.Credit card fees are a part of business, the reporting also keeps the business owner accountable for reporting and taxes.If you come prepared with cash, the women do a good job on your nails, the owner however............................

I came here for the first time & I really like this place. Kim was very nice she welcomed me right away & asked what I needed, She showed me the new designs they had in and gel colors. I recommend to come here if you are in the Temecula area. I will be coming back here.

I havent gone anywhere different for 2 years they are the best!

The manager is very very rude. Went there had a pedicure the following day out in the son the color had actually changed & noticed black marks showing through the polish.I went in showed her the problem. She tried to clean it off I explained to her is was coming from underneath the polish. She kept making excuses. Finally agreed to change the polish asked me to wait.My sister & I sat there and watched her play with a dollar bill folding it one way then another. Another gal there was cleaning the tubs for the following day.After waiting for 15 min. Watching her sitting there doing nothing we left. We will never go back.I guess just two much for her to lift a finger. Never apologized not once. She just kept trying to indicate it was something I had done. I have never had experience like that in my life. I can only guess there was something wrong with the polish. Certainly no service there.

Ive been going here for 7-8 months now. I love them. Julia is super sweet and always does a great pedicure and Lana is amazing too, she always does my pink n white acrylics. I always being my baby with me and sometimes I have my toddler. Ive always had great service.

I asked for a coffin shaped full set as well as my friend and every single nail was terrible and crooked, the paint was thick and took an hour to dry. while they were filing my nails, she cut 2 of my fingers and had to reglue another one of the nails. my friends nails turned out worse than mine, she didn’t take all of her nail polish before doing her set, she also didn’t do the right shape and all of them were clearly crooked and way too thick. the manager claimed the reason for that was the fact my friend had “no nails”, after being extremely rude to us when we asked for a refund. we also tipped them, they refused to give us our money back. the brand they used for the acrylic powder is also illegal, i looked into the chemicals and at least one of them was illegal. she also used tools that were labeled in a “soiled” box. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Joann is fabulous! She is so friendly, gentle, and always does an amazing job on my nails! I live about 45 mins from the salon and I will always make the drive for Joann!

Been giving them business for years. Until of course, I had a complaint. My polish was done poorly as I noticed the next day that my toenails weren’t even fully coated, just a thin layer and bumpy. The owner refused to even look at the work that was done and that’s when they lost my business.

I have been coming here since I moved into town 3 years ago. Ive mistakenly gone to other places to do my nails once or twice. I regretted it and learned my lesson. Never again! This place is awesome all around. All the women are super nice and make you feel like they know them for years! I seriously can walk in without appointment and they make it work and dont make you feel bad.They make you feel like you matter as a customer! So Amazing Customer service,Friendly, and nail service is amazing as well, I always get compliments on my nails. Best Temecula Nail & Spa business in Temecula!

I went in to get a full set and pedicure and I am so in love with my nails and toes going in to get a refill soon they are so nice here the only down side is that it’s cash only lol so you better stop at a atm before going in lol

I take my wife here every 2 weeks. The people are very friendly and my wife loves it.

I just moved to this part of town and this was going to be new spot since I love the Nekter juices that are next door. I took my 10 year old daughter here as a treat for being a good sister helping mommy with my newborn daughter. I had her toes painted with a flower design and stepped outside with my 2 children as I was watching her thru the glass window. It turned out regular and neat I have no complaints of the nice worker who was told to assist us, but the service is the worst by management. The manager was the rudest woman I have ever encountered at a nail salon. Does she know how many competitors she has?? She should be grateful for our business as new customers. Upon exiting, my son stepped on her pinky toe by accident and my daughter was oh no because it was not dry. They didnt place her under lights or a fan or anything so they were fresh. I asked them very politely if they can please repaint her pinky toe nail. And was even going to tip them extra.The managers outloud response was: ugh!

Tried several places around Murrieta and Temecula, and although there are many places nail places between my house and Nail & Spa, I chose this one as my favorite. Bao always does an excellent job.

Poor customer service. Came in at 6:30pm (they close at 7) and they turned down our business because the salon workers were busy doing each others nails. Very rude (especially Julia), I dont recommend this place at all.

Not happy with how my pedicure and full set turned out. My full set has bubbles in each nail, one is lifting. My pedicure was horrible because the paint was layered too thick and did smudge on both feet.

They dont answer their phone so we just showed up. They didnt close for an hour and a half but turned our business away because we didnt make an appointment.

They are very nice, accommodating, and they take their time.....

NEUTRAL about this service, BAO is O.k, may go back again. Not Sure
