Been coming to this specific location for 3 years and had originally left a 5 star review, new staff unprofessional, repeated what I wanted 4 times and was left with an awful haircut after an hour of sitting in the chair. Been a customer of the sports clips franchise for 8 years in various states, after todays experience I will no longer be a customer.

My family has been going to the Redhawk and Winchester locations for years. It is run by the same management and often staffed by the same ladies who are all kind and do a fantastic job. Yesterday I had a change of heart after deciding to try a new haircut to replace myQuarantine mop. So I wanted some changes. : ) They were super good-natured about it (I offered to pay for a full new haircut but they wouldn’t have it) and both ladies did a fantastic job. I highly recommend both locations and the double MVP!!! You really can’t go wrong with any stylist at either location. Thank you Sport Clips Temecula!

Megan was great, very professional and did a great job with my hair. My only complaint was I was told they would honor my coupon for a free MVP, but I was still charged $24.

My kids have been getting buzz cuts because of sports (at their request) for a number of years and never even wanted to go to a salon. My son was going to homecoming and I offered him the spa treatment at sport clips. I wanted him to have a nice cut, not just a “mommy cut”. He looks like a different kid now and he looks wonderful! His hair was pretty short but she styled it and he loved it so much. Thank you for making him look awesome for his special day. He will be coming back- he loved the “spa” treatment!

Update 12/30/19Today I went in for my regular haircut and had a very unique experience. Within 10 minutes of sitting down the power for the entire shopping center went down. Though the power went out, the staff working, made the best of the situation and made every attempt to finish my haircut. Though the power was out all 3 of the employees working worked together to hold camera lights to give light to the stylist cutting my hair (I was the only customer in the building at the time) which made me extremely happy with the amazing commitment and level of customer service given, going above and beyond what I could have hoped for in this situation. They apologized for the inconvenience, and made every attempt to do their best, which is all I could ask for. This particular establishment has always gone above and beyond in satisfying customer needs. I was more than satisfied with my haircut and even with minimal tools available, they did an amazing job which demonstrated to me the quality and level of expertise that goes into training Sports Clips employees. I wrote my previous review a year ago and the service has maintained its amazing quality. If I could give 6 stars as a review I would, and I continue to look forward to coming back this location for many more years, Thank you for your amazing level of customer service Sports Clips Team!This was my first time ever trying out a different haircut venue and it was probably the best experience Ive ever had getting a haircut. Best kept secret for women’s cuts! Lavender-mint relaxing shampoo, with a neck massage, and warm face towel if needed. Without the price and drama of a fancy salon. Staff here are friendly and efficient. My daughter and I have received great cuts here.

The only place I take the three boys for a haircut. They have grown up at this sports clips. I never have to request anyone because they are all awesome. The boys tell them what they want and their hair has always looked perfect. The staff interacts with our kids and make them feel right at home.

The customer service was amazing, employees are very helpful and friendly. Manager is willing to make sure that customers are happy with the service. The Tea Tree products are also worth a try. The scent fills the establishment and is very relaxing combined with the MVP haircut.

I had never been to a Sports Clips ever because I normally cut my own hair. Yesterday I decided I wanted a professional to do it since I have a special event coming up. I’m so glad I decided to come to Sports Clips because Evelyn was wonderful and she took the time to listen to what I wanted and made great suggestions. I also had the MVP, which added to the great experience. I’m definitely coming back.

There was some slight confusion about the MVP discount for first time customers. I have been to sports clips before but not at this location. So the MVP discount is for new people who have never been to any location. But they gave me the discount anyway which was nice.

My first visit, so I knew nothing. Evelyn did a great job of explaining everything in the process from checking in to paying. Along with that Im very satisfied with my cut. Ill be back.

Brought my daughter here because she had a free cut coupon from her school. Had a great experience, she got a hot towel treatment and neck and shoulder massage. The stylist was very good at listening to what she wanted... And found the perfect length for her... Cutting off sun/swimming damage but still retaining length. We would go back. Great staff

This place is very nice. The shop is clean and very presentable. Customers will feel right at home especially the male gender. Live sports on the tub, almost no lines to contend with. You can make appointments online. Facial and scalp massages, hot towel treatment (extra fees for this), and a shampooing afterwards. Theyll make you feel like a million bucks after leaving there.

Decided on a whim to cut my hair, and since i couldnt go to my regular shop in San Diego, I chose this place. I like barber shops because they are more no-nonsense, and dont try to upsell you on services like full stylings or products. Crystal did an excellent job! She asked me what i was looking to have done, and took her time making sure that i liked what she was doing. I trusted her skill and gave the basic layout of what i was hoping for. I was not disappointed! She did an excellent job and i love my haircut. I was nervous cutting of my length but she reassured me that it would be worth it, thank you Crystal!

The staff is friendly and inviting however I had to go somewhere else to get my haircut after because my barber missed the back portion of my head and I had a cow lick from hell, as well as the lines on my fade were not the greatest either. If you need a quick buzz its not the worst place to go but I will not come back

Yesterday was my first visit to Sport Clips on Winchester Rd. I went to continue getting my hair cut by Kristin, who moved from another company, so obviously very satisfied with the results. I enjoyed the cool up-beat vibe of the entire staff and will continue going there.

Came here for the first time and VERY pleasantly surprised! Breana is the best!My regular stylist moved out of state, so I thought that I would be on a very long and arduous task of finding her replacement. My hair is difficult to cut and is (unfortunately) mostly grey, so it is also wirey. It took me a long time to find my old stylist and have seen her exclusively for the past several years.It was such an incredible surprise to find Breana as she cut my hair just as good (maybe even better) than my old stylist! Search over! Thank you and I will be seeing Breana exclusively from now on!

I liked the atmosphere and the decor of the place and the stylist are nice but everyone has different types of hair and requires individual attention. Ashley took the time to try and do what I wanted my style to be but didnt really give her 💯 in order to make me feel like going back to her but I will try it again later to see if their attention has Improved....

Best haircut in the Temecula Valley area, plus youre just across the street from the mall and a ton of restaurants. The MVP is a great deal since a couple extra bucks gets you a refreshing steamed towel on your face while they massage your scalp, neck, and shoulders. Go see Jada if you want a quick & great haircut with a fun conversation too if youre not too busy watching sports on your own personal HDTV.

Sport Clips Temecula does an awesome job all around. They have excellent customer service, great stylist and amazing product. You can really tell that the store manager, Karli, takes time and effort to put into her store and employees to make a perfect experience for their customers. My husband love visiting this location and refers it to many clients.

I went there today (veterans day) because it was advertised free haircut for veterans. They charged me $23 dollars. The haircut was nice though.

Greet, register, 28 min wait, we had the full works, however I wont wash again, hair still on the face n neck of my 2 kids n they itched all the way home. I give the cuts 75%.

Place was very nice and staff is extremely pleasant. I waited in the waiting room a tad longer than expected. I would suggest the business get comfortable chairs.

Always get 5 star service at this location. We have been coming here for a couple years and is the only place my son is willing to get his haircut. Karli the manager runs a great shop and you can see that is the moral of her stylist and the fun atmosphere.

I barely have any hair but I am very adamant about how its cut. Sports Clips and every stylist there does an amazing job every time I go. Also the environment is a positive and friendly environment which makes it that much better.

It was really Awesome because if it is your first time there they upgrade you for free no extra charge for it and when you are done paying they give you a punch card and coupons for your next visit. It may be more expensive than a normal guy haircut but it is worth it

First time at a Sport Clips location. I was looking to get a bit more than a haircut in both service and treatment. I had Natalie, she did a great job. Took her time throughout the whole process. I never felt I was being rushed through the different steps. Its a bit expensive for a guys haircut, but worth it for the treatment and what you get.
