Cant even start to tell you guys how awesome Barneys Tires is. They are by far the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly tire shop Ive ever dealt with in my life. We faced a small issue with my vehicle that we couldnt really figure out and they spent 3 weeks trying everything until they managed to solve the issue without making me pay an extra dime. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone! You guys rock!!!

I ordered tires for my 09 Fit via TireRack.com and had them delivered here for installation along with alignment. I believe their prices are fair and I experienced no problems at all with their work. Service was prompt despite their being busy on a weekend. I wish only two very small things: a) that the guy handing my order better knew what prices they had listed as a TireRack Recommended Installer, and b) their parking lot is painfully -- almost comically -- small. It may sound petty but it matters when youre trying to find a parking space at a busy establishment. Definitely would patronize again.

Went to barneys and told them what I wanted on my 66 chevy caprice. They took my info and research there stock and the next day I came in and right away they went to work on car. Hands down barneys prices and selection coupled with excellent customer service will keep me coming back.

I bought new tires at Tire Rack on 07/28 and had them installed at Barneys in Temecula CA. This was the worst service experience Ive had in recent memory! The guy on the desk was arrogant and argumentative. After 83 minutes I was told my car was ready. Half to home the low inflation light came on in the instrument panel. when I got home I checked the inflation and found 3 tires at 40psi and 1 at 34psi. I called and complained and he said I could bring the car back if I wanted to. I took my car back and even though they were not busy it was another 15 minutes to fix the pressure. There was never an apology and, in fact, the desk guy acted annoyed that I was upset. They did not reset the low inflation indicator, I had to do that when I got home.Overall a terrible experience.

Not the Barneys I used to know. I called them one afternoon about new wheels and an alignment, and I was told the wait would be 1 1/2 hrs. However, the wait would be short if I came in at 8am the next day, which I did. At 8:00 am, there were only 2 other customers in front of me, yet I was told it would be 1 1/2 hr wait, but maybe less. While I sat in the waiting room, I could hear loud bass music playing from the shop, and occasional hoots and hollers from the technicians. After waiting 1.5 hrs, at 9:30 I asked how much longer, and they said another 35 minutes! I was now 30 minutes late for work. At 10am I asked about my car, and I was told that it was still waiting in line for the alignment machine! I then overheard one of the front desk guys complain to another guy, “…it’s because their working on cars they’re not supposed to work on!”, and finally I understood: the tech’s in the shop are rocking out to loud music, and having a blast working on their own cars! While us customers waited! My “short wait at 8am” had turned into 1.5 hrs, then 2 hrs, then who knows how long, and I couldn’t wait any longer (I had to get to work!). I asked for my keys, paid for the wheels, and left without an alignment. They didn’t even bring my car around (I had to walk around back, and weave my car out from the line in front of the alignment machine!) As I was leaving, the other 2 customers caught on, and they got up and asked for their keys. Whatever professional magic Barney’s had is gone. The tech’s have been allowed to do what they want, when they want, and they chose to rock out to loud music, hoot and holler, and work on their own rides first.

If your car is low and need an alignment this is the place to go!I took it to a shop and they quoted me $250 dollars and about 6 hours of work to get my camber corrected.Barneys took it in for $120 and 1 hour of work got my camber corrected. These guys are awsome.

I was recommended Barneys by another Corporate tire company to get an item that they didnt carry. Having aftermarket wheels can be tricky sometimes. I was greeted respectfully when I entered the establishment, and from there on. Jim, Andrew and Shane helped and assist me and listen to my situation. Evaluated it and then solved it. I let me tell you, my drive today to work was super smooth and nice. I am bringing all the vehicles their for shoes now. Tha is guys!!

Had a flat on the road and they plugged it for free. Great customer service and fast. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is the assistant forgot to put air in the tire after plugging it. When I put it on I had to drive a few miles on a very low tire to put air in. Cant complain too much it was free 🤙

I walked in and was immediately greeted and helped. While i was waiting for them to look at my tire the friendly rep assisted with quote of possible tire needed. Was able to get patched quickly and back to work. Theyve won me as a customer there from now on Im sure!

I bought tires online and called around to get them installed. A lot of shops seem annoyed that youre not buying tires from them. Not Barneys. They gave me a price, and did everything possible to make it a smooth process. They were a bit busy, and I didnt make an appointment, so it took a bit longer than expected. Without even asking, the employee offered a discount and apologized multiple times. The new tires were shined up nicely, and I was on my way. Dont waste your time calling other shops, just go to Barneys. BTW, every customer that came in the door was treated so nicely. This is just a really great shop!

I got my tires and alignment yesterday from Barneys. We ran into some technical issues but Shane and Jim took great care of me in a not so great situation. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and the quality of work they did. Its rare these days to find a business that desires to have relationship with its customers and is willing to go above and beyond to establish and maintain that.

Came after I was told at another place it was going to take too long. Barneys was pretty busy, but got me started in less than an hour. The nail in my tire was removed and plugged in less than 10 minutes. The other shop tole me it would take at least one hour to repair the tire. This place has always performed top notch.

I take my vehicles here for custom rim/tire work, lifted, lowered, not an issue. Laser alignment rack, fast turnaround time given how busy they are! They can straighten steel wheels and deal with your beadlocks. Highly recommend!

My rear tire had started to leak. I brought my car over and not only did they inspect all the tires but they changed the stem (which was the problem) and filled all my tires at no cost at all. I was expecting them to try to sell me all 4 tires plus 2 more, like all these tire shops are but not this one. It felt genuine and Im grateful for their help. Ill definitely come back for tire needs.

Very courteous staff. I ordered tires online and had them shipped to Barneys for mounting and balance. I had the serviced performed in the afternoon on a Wednesday and didnt have to wait very long. They performed and alignment and provided a nice color printout of the corrections. The service was much better than at the local chains. The prices we very reasonable for the quality of the service provided. Recommended.

It’s rare to find an auto shop that honest with great customer service and these guys are on point. Their prices are more than fair and you can tell they really value their customers. I waited for my truck on a Saturday and was in and out in less than an hour! I’ll never go anywhere else for my tire needs.

Normally I dread going into any tire/ brake/ oil shop but the guys at Barneys were awesome! I saw great reviews and they were all right on. Very friendly staff, did great work, great price, very fast and even cleaned my wheels! (They were filthy before I went in!) Please keep up the great work!

Rear tire blew out a couple of days ago. The AAA tow guy from Blacks towing helped me find a place that had my specific tire, after trying most of the big name tire places he told me about Barneys Tire and Wheel, called them up to see if they had mine, which they did not but they were awesome enough to order it and have it be there the next day.A day later and at a lower price than what I was expecting, my car is back on the road. These guys are well mannered and straight to the point. Ill definitely consider getting my other rear tire replaced very soon.

Awesome people. I came here today for the first time just to get some tires balanced, wait time was approximately 20 minutes even less I would say. They told me the balance was not off by much. I asked how much the cost would be and they said its complimentary because they did not make a massive adjustment to their current balance. I Definitely would recommended them to everyone, I will be back! Thanks again guys I really appreciate it.

I brought my 2016 Scion iM for alignment. The technicians did a very good job. Steering wheel is dead center and car feels like brand new off the lot.

My experiences here have all been great. Bought tires 6 months ago, better price than anyone else in the area. Just had a rotation done this morning. In/out in 20 minutes, even swabbed tire dressing on the tires.. Its all first come, first served but you can always call to learn wait times before you go. Best time seems to be when they open, 7:30. Steve and Matt both very helpful.

So the 3 stars is for the fact that I previously had a great customer service experience from Matt, the owner, when I had my new wheels and tires put on..unfortunately, this was not the case when I attempted to go back for my complimentary tire rotation /balance today Since I’m not one to assume anything, I called ahead to verify that I could bring in my vehicle right then . They close at 5:30 and I called at 4. He said “no problem come on down !”. So I hurried and drove 30 min to get there and arrived at 4:45. The guy at the counter said “oh sorry we can’t do it today . Nothing past 4:30”....umm, WTF!? I called at 4! WHY would you not say this to me when I called !? That’s WHY I called! He apologizes to me and says “I wish you’d let us know!”... WHAT are you talking about ?? What do think the phone call was !? I am livid because I’d gotten off work early just for this purpose and rushed from work to get there . Luckily, I was able to go elsewhere with the same closing time and a busier garage with no problem .This same individual actually did the same thing to me when I went In initially for the wheels. But I overlooked it because the owner had given me such great service .So free or no free, I’m not coming back.. I simply can’t trust that my time won’t be wasted since it appears calling ahead is meaningless . Super lame.. love my wheels though ..EDIT:This edit it waaay overdue .. I have to add to this that literally 3 minutes after I posted the initial review, the owner called to humbly apologize . I was floored. NEVER EVER has that happened before . I was so overcome with awe that he is A: that diligent about reviews and B: to personally call me to apologize. Not only at but he PERSONALLY offered to pick up my car FROM MY HOME, service it, and return back to me....Now THAT, ladies and gentlemen ... is how the customer service game is done.. color me impressed ! I enthusiastically give you your two stars back :)

I bought a used Sorrento from my local KIA dealership. The front two tires had lock lug nuts on, and little did I know that there was no key to get them off in the car I was sold. When I got a nail in one of the tires, and my mechanic couldnt get them off to fix it, I hit up the dealership. They couldnt get them off either, so I was referred to Barneys. Front desk was kind and understanding. Beat the quotes process that the dealership quoted me for a job they couldnt do anyway. Ended up getting a quote for replacement tires on the way out. Priced very well also. Highly recommended.

Most places in the area wont even consider working on our cars because of how low they are -- these guys never even bat an eye.So far, theyve had no issue doing VERY aggressive alignments (-5+) for my friends and I. No problem working with complex control arms, camber places, etc..Friendly staff, quick turn around times, best in the area.

My Daughter recommended that we go here since she does, so I went since I got a nail in my tire. I went in and was fully taken care of by Steve and Matt. They took my car into the back right away and was done in about 15 min. And the best part: They didnt charge me!! Then the next week I had a flat on another tire and brought it in. I wanted to get the same tire to match all my other ones, and they had it in stock! They gave me a better price on it than I had paid at another tire place, and I was in & out in about 30 minutes. Not that I cant wait to have another tire issue, because who does, but I know exactly where I will go from now on. I cant recommend these guys enough!!

I went in with front end vibration. I had gone to a competitor - TWICE- it still wasnt fixed, they suggested I get a front end alignment. Barneys said you have a wheel balance problem. When they were done, they said thanks for stopping by, there was no charge. It was FREE and the problem was fixed. There was no vibration and car rolls smooth. I highly recommend this place.

This place used to be the shop I took all my cars and referred family and friends. The owner Barney had a stroke and his son Matt is running the shop now. Since this unfortunate incident has happened its gone down hill!!! Barneys son has no idea how to run a business and seems to concentrate more on his body then his fathers once successful buisness! Ive had to take my cars back time and time again to fix what should have been done right the first time. Plug tires for free but plugs should only be used for temporary use. My tire was leaking air thru the plug. I spoke to Matt about this and he blew me off! This is the service I get now for being a long time customer! Buyers beware!! This isnt the tire shop it once was!!!! I took my car down the street to best 4 less and they put a proper patch and plug in my tire and its been fine ever since!
