DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Save your money & peace of mind. The man in charge is not mentally stable & very aggressive. He does not know how to communicate & would rather be confrontational. He has no problem getting in your face & using vulgar words. Check Yelp reviews before making your decision. There are other horrible reviews on the services he offers. It’s 2021, there is no reason ANYONE should put up with a person as disrespectful as he is.

Hearing that a business doesn’t value great customer service and instead uses vulgar language toward its customer is very unsettling as a potential customer. Please look at this locations YELP reviews and you will see that this is NOT the first time they have done this before. Now to hear that you wanted to physically hurt a paying customer is unacceptable. Hope this serves you as a lesson learned and you will learn from this experience and better your work ethic or simply not be in the customer service business.

This was my first time ever leaving my Jeep at a shop to get worked on. For the past 4 years of owning my XJ’s, I’ve always been the one to work on them. After chasing a heating problem with no results for so long, I buckled and brought her here.I was anxious at first, but after talking with Mark on the phone, I was at ease. Mark and his entire crew are incredibly knowledgeable, and honest. After working as a mechanic, I know some shops try to pull small stunts to get some extra money out of people.Mark and his crew were 100% transparent, helpful, and honest. They have the customers well being both financially, and mechanically in mind.I would absolutely bring my Jeep back here if I ever had a problem I couldn’t fix.

Went to this place a couple weeks ago to get general maintenance after my car hit 60k miles. Terrible service, they kept my car for over 3 weeks while giving me excuses. I called to ask 3 times over the 3 weeks and on the last time someone (the owner?) called me a racial slur (c word for asian). When I went to pick up my car, I tried to talk to the owner but he called me a liar and started getting physically aggressive so I just took my car and left.Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I’m still worried they might have messed with my car.

To begin with, I would never come to this place to fix my car or give business to this aggressive man. The owner of this place is discriminating apart from the fact that in his reviews people say that he does not know how to fix cars and it is very problematic. Be careful with him he is a maniac!!!

Mark and his team have been working on all my cars for over 25 years. They have been my go too for every car related issue from custom builds to normal maintenance and repair issues and have always provided the best advice and repair services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them over dealership service department.

Mark and Bob are top notch. Very good, quality, custom work. Guys who know mechanics, and racing culture. Great guys to deal with and honest. Told me up front what the price was (this was custom work too) and stuck to it. Would go back and in fact am going back soon for more work.

Terrible service 7 hours to do a standard oil change, and an extremely rude staff and my truck was just sitting there with no one touching it every time I went back to check on it

Spoke with Mark who yelled and attempted to belittle me on the phone and was the rudest person I’ve ever spoke with. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I had a problem with water spewing onto the passenger side floor from air conditioning system. They quickly found and fixed the problem and sent me on my way. No charge. They won me over for any future work I may need and I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Ive had both my vehicles worked on here. Service is fast, everyone is helpful and friendly. Theyve always offered advice regarding what repairs, in their professional option, should be done but they will happily do only the work you want done. No high pressure to up-sell or run up your costs. (Obviously, if the repair is an issue of safety, they will be clear about the urgency to do the repairs).If you wish you knew a good mechanic that wont rip you off or scare you into unnecessary repairs, youve found them.
