We were already in the middle of getting the cartridge out of our shower when it broke off inside the valve. We called other plumbers that weren’t able to come out on the same day. We called We Care and said they could fit us in at the end of the day. Omar came out as soon as he could (just a few hours later). We are so grateful he could come by to help us. Our home involved a very complicated installation. We had a 12-year-old water heater inside the house that was removed and replaced by a tankless water heater outside. We had a 1979 furnace in the downstairs room with floor vents that was removed and replaced with a furnace and purification system in the attic with new registers, returns, & ducts. We replaced a 15 year old A/C unit that had to be routed to the attic where the new furnace and purification system were installed. Additionally, we wanted three distinct zones that could be controlled separately. Each zone can be controlled on digital panels or on our phone. This is an amazing system! This job could not have been done by anyone other than these professionals. I want to thank Broc, Raymond, Brad, Jesse, and the whole We Care Plumbing Heating & Air team! It was a team effort and they did an amazing job!

So after throwing out the first person that came out to create the quote and leaving a bad review I get a call from Karen asking if I had received and what I thought of my quote. I explained to her that I didnt get a price because I asked the first guy to leave. He was sarcastic and unprofessional.She said he finished the quote and asked if I could speak to Darrell about the quote and being that I had already spent some time and really did want to know what it would cost, I accepted her request and made some time to see Darrell. He came in and was very polite and professional. He taught me the different options I could choose from and gave me some pricing. I explained that he was the first person I had received a quote from and that I was already planning to meet some other people. He was pushy but asked me to give him a call after I had received some other quotes.Both Karen and Darrell made up for the first guy that came out so I had to change my review. Carlos did a fine job cleaning and testing our air conditioning unit. He could not find the u v light in the attic above the forced air unit. The original installer must have put it in a very hard to find place.

It was 60 degrees in the house and my family and I were freezing. I called we care and at first, they couldnt come out until the next day because they were very busy but I told them how I have newborn and how it was freezing and they took that into account. They were able to get someone out to my house within 2 hours. Darrell Henry got my heater working within 30min. furthermore, he also provided me with options looking forward. I have a relative who owns a Bradford White unit and learned from his research that the BW will cost a few hundred dollars more, but it will be worth every penny. So I like a company that cares about quality and wanting customers to be confident with their equipment and service.Jason helped us with a couple of other plumbing needs and immediately became a trusted service technician, a real pro.

My maintenance monthly fee saves 10% off the cost of annual inspections and repairs. Since its pre-paid, the visits are transaction free, but also critical to ensure the heating and air conditioning are functioning perfectly, and healthy for the next decade. There was a small splinter in the heater exhaust fan. Not critical, but would have eventually led to complications and expenses. I may not have ever called anyone for an annual inspection, only repairs. So the monthly subscription fee is valid and cost saving in many cases. Its also one less stressor in the budget and safety realm. Thanks, We Care for providing such a value based service.

George came and performed our Heating/Furnace maintenance this morning. Our house is 7 and a half years old as is the Heating/HVAC system and it has performed well with no issues. George identified a worn flame sensor that would have shut down the system, he attempted to clean and repair it however the part was done. We decided to have a new sensor installed as we believe in keeping a well maintained home and all associated systems as well. He also recommended we install an overflow sensor in the condensate line to prevent damage due to any unforeseen clogs which we had him install too. George was great and performed all testing and work efficiently and clean.

We had the ac and havac replaced 4 years ago and are happy with the service and units so also use the routine service plan. We are frustrated with the aggressive sales pitch during the routine service appointments, but are otherwise happy with our purchase.

Buying a maintenance agreement is important for me in order to keep the equipment running at its peak performance. Unfortunately, technician comes out to maintain my tankless water heater in which he only visually inspects. Nothing opened and no components checked or cleaned. I was told that there are other services that can be performed and he would email them to me on the invoice for today’s call. This to me is a waste of my time and theirs to come out and look at the tankless which I could just send in a picture and email to them to tell me it looks good. Why include the tankless inspection in the maintenance agreement if nothing is going to be worked on. I feel a bit taken advantage of by paying for this maintenance agreement.

Did heating maintenance and installed two surge protectors on our condenser units. His heating maintenance was very thorough. He was also very considerate with foot coverings and mask.
