Yes, the doctor was very Personable and informative. The staff were all very friendly and courteous. It was a very comfortable visit. I would definitely highly recommend Northwell urgent care to any family or friends.

I am giving this one star because I have to give something. NEVER EVER going here again! There are so many urgent care places all over the area that there is no reason to go here. The staff is EXTREMELY unfriendly and dismissive. I brought my dad there as his leg was bleeding out. They would not treat him because THEY told US it was a workplace injury (it was not). They would not accept that it was NOT a workplace injury and that they dont treat workplace injuries. We kept telling them it was NOT a workplace injury but they did not care. There are plenty of other Urgent care places to go to. Went to Urgent care of Westchester a mile away and got great treatment and a very friendly doctor instead.

I wouldn’t come here for a hangnail even. I called up to ask if I could get a rapid test COVID test, they said yes come over, I asked if they had the rapid COVID test in stock and they said there not allowed to give that Info over the phone( are you kidding? Your going to make someone drive all the way there to find out you don’t have it??? Anyway I drive there, only to be told they don’t do the rapid only the regular 2-3 day results. This to me is pure bait and switch, they don’t give you the info on the phone so they can try to upsell you. Also, the staff that answered the phone sounded like she would have rather been anywhere else. on the planet then answering calls that day, so luckily I found another Urgent care which was fantastic( friendly, kind, great communication) and got my Rapid test. My advice, go anywhere else but here and thank me later. Also the owner seems to give the same canned generic response to all the one star reviews( and there are many, I got a better idea, instead of writing responses that you don’t follow up on “ FIX THE PROBLEM”

When I came in the office there was no one at the front desk. But a woman yells loudly can I help you from a desk towards the back . Instead of yelling back I waited until she came to the front. Because yelling across a room is straight hipaa privacy violation. Then when she got to the front desk, she acts as if I was disturbing her. I told her my situation and she was so nasty and mean . She had no decorum, and her customer service with a potential patient was horrible . In today’s times one would really need to be kind and understanding when patients come into this establishment. She needs a refresher course from HR.

Dr. Benjamin Chang very thorough and helpful. Spent a good amount of time listening and giving guidance. Very happy with my experience here.

I am from out of town and had a UTI. I was having the worst week of my life and the staff made me feel really cared for. Brittany was amazing! She was the sweetest person I had met in a long time. Dr. Abel was a saving grace for me! Not only did he address why I originally came in for but he also coached me through a mental break down and made me feel so much better! If it wasnt for this awesome staff I would have had an even worse week than I was already having!

I was in a car accident and needed to find out if I had a concussion. The first employee was happy to help me and asked me to sign in after I provided my health insurance. Then another employee chimed in and said I needed my health insurance, the car insurance and the police report. Mind you, I told them i was a passenger of the car and it didn’t belong to me. When I asked them why they needed the car insurance of a vehicle I didn’t not own they just said it was policy (which I’ve never heard of or had to go through with any other accident at this same location. I asked them why exactly they need that though. And they refused to offer “urgent care”. The people working here clearly are just too lazy to do their job. I highly suggest firing whoever was working there Monday June 28th at 1 PM. Again, I was REFUSED care because I asked too many questions that they didn’t have answers for. You’re better off making an appointment at the hospital, pay the hospital fee than work with these asshats. It’s an urgent care you would assume that means they care but clearly it’s too hard for them to accept my health insurance (which was already on file). It’s just pure laziness at its finest with the urgent care at 650 white plains road.

Good evening to anyone reading this post. Today I waited to go into Northwell urgent care. Myself and and a group of coworkers waited outside to enter the building. As the workers walked in we were told to wait and someone would be with us shortly. There was a woman at the front desk named “Georgie” she was a blond haired woman. She was extremely rude and seemed very frustrated with us for no reason at all. The issue was that we waited outside like we were told and a random woman walked in before us. We simply asked do we have to wait outside or go in and we were pretty much attacked because we asked a question. “YOU SEE IT SAYS 8AM RIGHT” we explained that the previous employee told us that we had to wait outside. “WHO TOLD YOU THAT??? NO WE OPEN AT 8AM” I think it’s very rude and unpleasant.

I go to the one in Tarrytown NY Ms Elloris better known as Ellie Francis. Was so warming and Efficient!!! She always greats me with a smile and calls me by my last name good afternoon Ms Sims she makes me always wanting to come back.. Great Staff👋👋👋👋

I brought my son here in an emergency because he stuck something in his ear. PA was great with him and the staff made sure to take him ASAP. I had A pleasant experience and it was my first time there. Also two minutes from home, can’t beat that!

Your NY location on 119 in tarrytown lists working hours from 8:00am to 8:00pm, I arrived at 7:55 pm and was told that everything was put away and urgent care was closed. The African American lady was definitely set on that everything was closed and per her own words “yeah it’s 7:55 and doesn’t doesn’t mean...we are closed”. My mother had an eye hemorrhage and leaving the country tomorrow She was seeking medical care and was denied. That is not good practice. I would recommend perhaps putting a sign that states we are open until maybe 7:55 or we stop seeing clients at a certain time. Very unwelcoming and unprofessional. I wish I could say it was one person, but it was all three staff members I saw behave that way.

The Physicians Assistant AND his assistant were FANTASTIC!!! Just really nice guys. And the care I received was 5 star👍🏻

Although I did not have an appointment I was taken pretty quickly. My doctor was extremely thorough, and drew a diagram of my problem so that I would understand.

Ive been going here since i moved to the area. My last experience didnt make any sense. I was told they could not call my insurance company, which they have before, and verify. I explained to the receptionist that my insurance doesnt verify online and a simple call would prove that. According to the receptionist protocol doesnt allow them to call. Lmao. Imagine that and hospital cant CALL to verify insurance. I was just here for a covid test weeks ago now this.did i mention i was with my 3 year old and 6 month pregnant wife. Last time ill visit this place.

I was under the impression that Covid tests were free. Not here. They dont take insurance and told me it was $75. Not sure what is going on. Went to Citi MD in White Plains instead and they took insurance and no out of pocket expense.

I went the other day with my 10 year old. Idriss at the front desk was kind, professional and warm- he asked my son what he was listening to on his headphones and went the extra mile to be friendly. Michelle was the PA and she was fabulous. She was professional, very nice to my child and made him comfortable. Overall a VERY pleasant experience.

I would have given them 5 stars as Nurse Donya was amazing but they never answer their phones at this location which was frustrating when my 85 yr old mom couldnt get her covid results online and for two days no one picked up the phone it went to a full voicemail.

Excellent all around. Prompt, attentive, caring doctors and staff.

The woman who checked us in was kind and efficient.

The staff is amiable, but the visit is expensive. The visit alone is $400, as you can see from the image Ive attached below. My son came in for a bug bite which ended up being a mosquito bite. The doctor simply identified it as such and our visit ended there. Be wary of costs and dont expect any help afterwards from their billing department.

I had an appointment for covid tests and they were on time and efficient.

If I can leave 0 I will. First off, my husband, myself and brother went to them back in March and they sent us home stating we had the flu, not even running a test on my husband. I asked if we possible could have Covid, he said he doesnt think so. Days later, he went back because he was having difficulty breathing, only for then to give him steroids. Got worse. We went to the emergency room only to find out we all had Covid. Very incompetent people. My husband was admitted and was almost put on a ventilator.Fast forward to today. Went in for an appointment for my daughter for a rapid test. Told me my insurance doesnt cover it. I told her I have a secondary insurance, and she denied it. Told me I had to pay for it. I never heard of any doctor or place denying to take my secondary insurance. Will call the state to complain.

I have used this Urgent Care facility three times. Twice for broken bones. Both those times the X-ray machine was not working and I was sent packing without any care.

Staff into the consult are really nice. But over the phone is other subject, no empathy, rough, and just want to get rid of you. It And to contact somebody over the phone because trouble with portal has been a nightmare, I have been like 3 hours total in hold and nobody unanswered and no solution online when you do not have access to portal.and are the results of my child! I understand high volume on calls and people are nervous and scared, but this is terrible!

Called today to make an appointment. Horrible service, the male receptionist that answered was so incredibly rude when he answered the phone and his tone truly shocked me. No one should have to feel like they are bothering when you call for assistance. I asked if this was urgent care since I was being transferred from somewhere else and he took a deep breath and said yes you are calling urgent care aren’t you ? In a nasty tone. This person needs further training on customer service. I decided to call another place, I refuse to allow this kind of behavior. It’s unacceptable.

PA Abel Bencosme took his time and gave me the best treatment I could have asked for. The man attending the front desk was great too. They treated me like family and I’d bring my family to this place for great care.

Rude female staff, the way she speaks her tone and face was so intimidating she asked me why I am there and then she keeps talking but I couldn’t hear clearly because of her face mask so I asked her again, now she sounds more irritated. Before I left I confronted her and this time she shouted hysterically with her two hands waving up like crazy. Never gonna comeback there again!I went there today around 5:15pm

Stay Away, we went there for high fever as it was new. Doctors are good but billing is not.They charged me very high bill (>$300) for a simple check of temperature and no prescription, while they said there is no co-pay or deductible.The customer care for billing is of no use. No one picks the phone, stayed for hours on multiple occasions. Ironically the recorded message says “we value your time”. Doesn’t seem like that, based on how long they make you wait.

Great experience. Friendly staff. PA is very intelligent and had great bedside manners. Clean and nice medical rooms. I highly recommend if you need a urgent care to come to this one.

Went to urgent care because I fell down stairs after being clocked at of work at my work building. It is not considered a work related injury due to the fact that I’m clocked out. I wake up early to go in and get some much needed help due to the fact I have no crutches, boot, nothing. Because I said it happened inside of a work building I was refused to be seen by a younger male who sat at the front desk. Reminded you I literally hopped in the door because I can’t walk. And you know what he says? “You can go to another one and hopefully they take your work story” excuse me? How insensitive and disrespectful. We are humans. Not robots or corporate machines. I would recommend staying clear of this one due to the fact that rules are bent because of whatever discrimination they decide for the day.

This place is AMAZING!! What a fantastic staff. Lauren and Dr. Abel were so helpful and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole visit. The place is also extremely clean. I was also in and out super quick. Will definitely be recommending to others.

Went for an illness, arrived shortly after opening time, one person was ahead of me, one person came in immediately after.Check-in wast fast & efficient, sign-in on a tablet by the door. They have an option to check in ahead of time online, good to know for next time.Wait time was 5-10 minutes before being taken back to a room, about the same time before being seen by a PA. The PA had a nice bedside manner, appropriately diagnosed and had me out the door within 15 minutes and feeling better within a few days. Will recommend to family and friends.

Great place. Never met a smarter and more down to earth doctor. He was epic, and helped me. Great nurses, the entire staff was fantastic.

The services were great, however it would be nice if there was a receptionist to do certain tasks to free up the medical staff to care for patients instead of taking appointments, answering phones, and managing patients insurance, etc.

Had a wonderful experience at the tarrytown location! Visited with the NP KAREN Pellegrino she was absolutely amazing. She truly cares and listened to what I had to say about my sons health. She took his blood pressure checked his temperature and even swabbed him for strep! He wasn’t even afraid and he and I had the best experience! I would highly recommend going there for any of your emergency needs!

Spent 50 dollars on copay for the doctor to tell me to just take Tylenol. I had flu like symptoms and told her my boyfriend had the same thing and had a bacteria infection. Still wouldn’t prescribe me anything. Stayed out of work for 3 days and went to the white plains emergency room. Sure enough I had a bacteria infection. Waste of money and time and suffered days for no reason. It was a female doctor. I will never go back to this place.

We were seen by Dr. Nabegh at the Urgent Care facility located at 650 White Plains Rd. in Tarrytown.Dr. Nabegh was very thorough and diligent in his examination and diagnosis. Suspected I had gout in my toe and went to Northwell Urgent Care. Location is perfect and space is brand new and clean. Every employee was friendly and knowledgeable. NP confirmed diagnosis of gout, prescribed meds and called into pharmacy. Already well on my way to recovery and grateful to the Northwell staff!

I met with Dr. Benscome. He not only told me what he thought was wrong (a common cold) but he went on to explain all the reasons why he didnt believe it was something else (like strep). He was very kind and suggested over over the counter medicines may help and not just prescribed things. The receptionist was also very friendly. Will definitely making this my go to for urgent care needs.

Of course going in to a Dr one already doesn’t feel well and facing a new Dr and support staff can be difficult. The person doing the paperwork was ok, but as soon as the first technician came out to take vitals through the last words of the Phisician I felt taken care of. I felt it was speedy and through. The NP who saw me, Karen Andolino, was very friendly, comforting, helpful, and professional - as were the other staff - I came in last week at 7:30pm and was seen almost immediately. The care provided was great & diagnosis was quick and accurate. The nurse answered all of my questions and was very attentive. Would absolutely recommend Northwell GoHealth Urgent Care.

The PA that I saw was very nice. I made an appointment online, which was a very simple process. Was taken back within 5 minutes of arriving.

From the moment I walked into this facility and met Mo who did the original intake I felt this urgent care was the right place for me. The experience was professional outstanding and I was spoken to with respect and all three staff members were exemplary. William the medical assistant who took my history and took my vitals actually listened to me and understood my concerns. The physicians assistant Sandra rechecked everything and was able to assess what form of treatment I needed. Plus they appreciated my sense of humor and were just so intelligent and caring. Excellent location! Always super fast, nice ....and knowledgeable!

I had to take my 97 year old mother there last summer. They had no customers so the receptionist/x-ray tech came out to meet us. She had to type in moms medical history and insurance info. We had to wait a while for a nurse practitioner who eventually prescribed four drugs. The next day my moms doctor told her to forget about 2 of them. They got my moms insurance number wrong and billed $475 for a new patient intake which they got wrong. I wouldnt take my dog there.
