I usually go to amazing lashes, but the last 2x I’ve been my lashes haven’t been long lasting at all...anyways, lash resort is so cute inside, the staff is very professional and they gave me a goodie bag, that include sample of lash wash, eyelash brush, and a eye brush. I got the classic mink w/ a 14 length and open eye style, next time I’m going to add a little volume. Jordonna did my lashes and did a great job.

I want to say I think the lashes look great. But the only issue is I didnt know what shape I wanted or length. I wasnt showed any pictures to help me decide... when I was asked what I wanted I told her I wasnt sure... and she said she will do a full regular set... I figured she knew what she was doing... I was freezing the whole 2 hours I was there I should have been warned how cold it was lol. When we were done I liked the look but I was also ready to go.. I was so cold and sleepy. I got in the car and realized my lashes were short and had a few spots where I had no lashes... I figured it was due to some missing lashes and went home... I also didnt like the shape.. they went from long to very short and didnt gradually get smaller... its very noticeable... overall Im happy with the service... but I spent almost $300 and wish I had some options to chose from so I knew exactly what I would be getting.EDIT: I am very happy that their customer service is so amazing I will be calling back after work to set an appointment to get them exactly how I like. The customer service deserves more than 5 stars. Amy has always been so accommodating and professional. Through the Covid shutdown she kept clients in the loop and up to date and even offered discounts to clients that needed full sets after the shutdown. The service and attention to detail by the Lash Queen Szilvia is above and beyond every single time. Thank you ladies for keeping my short little lashes always looking fabulous!

I went in for a brow tint and lamination and walked out looking completely crazy. Cried in the car when I saw the results. The technician made 3 attempts to tint my eyebrows appropriately, but I still left with black eyebrows. I appreciate the fact that she offered for me to come back and fix it if I ended up unhappy with the tint after 2 days, but I live almost an hour away. After spending all that money, I would have expected to leave the salon feeling and looking great. So disappointed by the results. I am so embarrassed to show my face at work today like this.

Updated Review 11/21/2016: I was contacted by one of the owners who issued me a refund of the services provided and offered me a new set of lashes if I choose to do so when my natural lashes heal. She apologized and assured me that this would never happen to anyone else.READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!!! I paid $175 to this place just 6 days ago for eyelash extensions and eyebrow extensions and my eyes are very damaged and having to HEAL now!! I dont even have extensions on my left eye at all anymore!! Heres what happened: When I got to my appointment I was not offered any lashes to look at and I was not offered what type of curl, thickness or length I wanted. The technician, Natalia or Tali, picked everything and did not ask me what length, curl, or thickness of lashes I wanted or even show me the lashes she was using! She put all of the eyelash extensions on my eyes with her BARE HANDS with no gloves and I did not see her wash her hands or sanitize before touching my eyes. BEWARE that you may get EYE INFECTIONS or eye diseases spread to you since they use their bare hands to touch your eyes!! Who knows if they even wash their hands in between appointments?!?! After my lashes were applied, I was not happy with them because it was not the look I wanted or the lashes I wanted! Even though I was unhappy, when I went to pay, I offered Natalia a tip, but she said she had already run my credit card and would have to run it again for me to leave her a tip. I told her that was fine and that she could run my credit card for a $15 tip. She acted irritated at having to run my card again for HER $15 TIP and did not even say thank you!!! When I got home, 5 eyelash extensions fell out of my left eye immediately and I realized I had big clumps of hard super glue stuck on my eye lid. I saw that 3 eyelash extensions were glued TO MY EYELID and were poking into my skin causing pain, and I saw that she had glued eyelash extensions to clusters of 3 or 4 of my natural lashes!! On top of that, almost all of my eyebrow extensions fell out and I had big gaps in my eyebrows! I called them the next day to try and get in for an emergency appointment and they WOULD NOT SEE ME. They scheduled me for an appointment 5 DAYS LATER!!! I called again after that and asked if there was any way I could get seen sooner and they said NO. So I suffered for 5 days with hard super glue stuck to my eyelid, 3 eyelash extensions glued to my skin and stabbing into my eyelid, clusters of my natural lashes glued to eyelash extensions, and holes in my eyebrow extensions. I called them on the appointment day that was 5 DAYS LATER and asked them to please see me that morning because my husband had gotten called into work and I really needed to get seen, but they WOULD NOT SEE ME and told me I could only come in the evening, but I couldnt even go to the appointment because my husband was gone and I was alone with the kids and I explained that to her! She still would not get me in for an earlier emergency appointment. Today, 6 days after getting the eyelash extensions, they got so painful and so uncomfortable that I had no choice but to sit there with olive oil on my eye and try to remove the extensions myself. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER!!!!! They literally stole $175 from me and damaged my eye!!! I tried to get a picture of the super glue clumped in between my lashes and on my eyelid. Now just 6 days later I have nothing to show for $175 and my eyes have to heal! :(

I have been going to Szilvia for 3 years and she is amazing! I was looking for someone to fix another technicians shortcomings by another salon. I hit the jackpot with Szilvia! She can do no wrong and has never disappointed. In addition, she is always on time which is a huge factor in my loyalty to her. Your lashes will look BRAND NEW every time as she has over 10+ years experience. I would highly recommend booking her services!!!!!!

She takes her time on your lashes and knows what’s best for each individual client. I’ve never had my extensions last so long and look so amazing. The vibe is overall very relaxing and the place is very clean. Everyone is very professional and work very hard to make your experience the best that i should be. These women were so professional and attentive. I got a really bad set somewhere else and I needed to get them removed asap. They were able to book me a lash removal appointment the same day and they spent almost 2 hours helping me and they even stayed after closing to make sure I was well taken care of. They were so sweet and kind. The facility was very very nice and clean and relaxing!! Will definitely be coming back. Fantastic service as well as an amazing atmosphere:)

I got my lashes done for the first time here and I’m obsessed! I was so nervous to get them done, but the place is so clean, everyone is super nice and helpful, and they spent so much time making sure my lashes were done properly. I love the Lash Resort Lash Studio. I was at two other establishments for lash extensions before this and was extremely unhappy with the results. Here they make you look natural, the lashes last for a long time, and they are very comfortable. The studio is clean and comfortable. Everyone is super nice and professional. Five stars for sure.

The facility was very nice, relaxing and clean. I signed up to be a model for the classic eyelash extensions. I received a call asking to come in early if possible, which I was able to do. The appointment said it would take 3 hours. We began around 3:45/3:50 pm and we did not finish until 7:50 pm. My back was so sore from laying there for so long. Also, whatever she was using got into my eye and it burned for a good hour while she was still working on it. I laid there hoping we were almost done for what seemed like forever. When I got up my eye was red around the iris. Also, the left eye looked great, but the right eye, the lashes looked clumped together and some lashes went sideways, which was easily noticed by friends. I waited the 24 hours to shower to make sure I wouldn’t get the lashes wet, but the lashes were falling out and falling into my eye which would hurt really bad. The technician I had was very nice, but I would not get this done again.

Booking the appointment online was extremely easy and convenient. Amy called me he day before just to confirm my appointment but also to give me a heads up that they had changed products for the service I requested and that the new product was not up to their usual standards. She offered me the option to keep my original appointment or to change for after they got their old product in stock again. I went with my appointment anyway because it was my first time doing any sort of lash lift. I saw Hannah who was extremely sweet and professional. Im extra happy with my results. Amy went over my next appointment and all of the loyalty perks The last resort has. Im more than satisfied and happy with the WHOLE experience!

I did a lash lift and tent and it was AMAZING. Since it was my first experience they spent time explaining what they were going to do and how to properly care for them afterward. Event laying there for over an hour, I never felt uncomfortable as everyone was super friendly. The results were amazing and lasted well over a month!

My lashes always look absolutely amazing when I leave! The atmosphere is very chic and relaxed, with great music playing at a perfect volume. All the lash experts are very professional and attentive to detail, in addition to being ready to answer any questions.

After several applications, I can confidently say that the quality was consistently top-notch, the lashes outlasted themselves, and the application was so soothing I had to fight falling asleep in the chair. My first time at the lash resort, but not my first time getting my lashes done. The lash outcome is always great anywhere Ive gone in the past and prices are generally the same. What makes the lash resort stand out is they are way more personable. I enjoyed going. I initially wanted mink lashes (which cost about $150 more than the synthetic), but Christina suggested the synthetic. I felt that was great customer service. Its not about the dollar for her, its truly about making you look great and whats best for you. Christina has been doing this for years and she just has an innate knowledge of beauty and lashes. Loved her! I think this will become my lash home.

LOVE MY EYELASHES! I went in to get a lash lift by Kassandra, and I love the results! My eyelashes look like they have mascara on them, but they dont. I love that theyre all my lashes, no extensions and the procedure was so relaxing. My mom was so impressed with the results that she went and got the same treatment from Kassandra the next day! I will definitely be back!

I got my eyelash extensions from Hannah at The Lash Resort and Brow Studio for just under a year before moving to Mississippi to complete a graduate residency. I have been tirelessly trying to find a place in MS that can match the prices and quality of the TLR&BS, but all of my attempts have been unsuccessful. Hannah is incredibly meticulous and talented and gave every visit the same amount of attention to detail as the first. The ladies at TLR&BS are second-to-none. If you are in the Tampa Bay Area looking for lash extension, look no further. They will take care of you without breaking the bank.

The prices are decent for what is available in the area but after 2.5 hours I looked like I put on mascara on my regular lashes. It cost $115!! I requested longer than my lashes and a car eye and I got “lashes” that’s 3 cm from my actual lashes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

First of all, the place is absolutely adorable!!! The decor and set up are so charming and comfortable. I had a full set of lash extensions done and they look fantastic and so natural. Natalia was super friendly, fast and efficient. This is the second time Ive had this done, only the first time at this studio. I would never go anywhere else!! I came in for the model special and the student did an amazing job on my lashes. She gave me the length and fullness that I was looking for. The environment is nice also very clean.

I went in for a consult with Tallia regarding eyebrows ( I have very little left after chemo). She recommended a hybrid treatment for me. She was extremely professional and helpful. She answered all my questions. I am still in the process of deciding to take the step. However, I felt so comfortable and convinced that she is a true professional that when I decide to go forward, she will be the person to go to.

Amazing!! I had a lash lift & tint about 3 weeks ago with Molly and my lashes still look amazing. Unless I’m going out for the night, I don’t even bother to put on mascara. (But with mascara my lashes are soo stunning!) Definitely recommend! I also recommended the de-stress facial which I got a few days after. Very relaxing and made my skin feel like new :)

The practices and policies are not fair here. I have been getting my lashes done for years, never have I come across policies that only benefit the business at the clients expense. I am willing to pay for services rendered not extra cost for services not performed. And no, I am not referring to the cancellation policy. I am referring to the request to pay extra for upfront for something I did not need, as they put it, just in case I need the additional service. But the funds were non-refundable! Why should I have to pay upfront for something I may or may not need. How about assessing first, and then charging me for it considering it’s nonrefundable! Only use this place as a last resort.

The studio was very accommodating for my visit as there was a bit of a mix up during my visit (totally my fault). My full set was quicker than when I got them done before elsewhere. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet as I was getting my lashes done. I will definitely be returning for lash fills!

The place is beautiful and the staff and friendly, the lady who did mine had no problem adding some more lashes towards my inner eye to create a more natural transition from the inner to outer eye. And the result was much better. I have had eyelash extensions done before and though the place wasnt as pretty, the job done was ten times better. The lashes I got from here barely lasted a week before the fullness started to die from lashes falling out daily. The last place I went to lasted me a solid 2 months, before you could start to see I needed a full, and she was less expensive. Sorry to say Im really disappointed and wont be going back.

I drove an hr and 15 mins to have my fill done and I couldnt have been more pleased. It was worth my drive. The salon was so pleasant and clean. My experience was amazing and Sylvias work was beautiful. My lashes look outstanding. Thank you for my wonderful experience. I will be returning.

Ive gotten my eyebrows done a few times here and I have no complaints. The process for making an appointment is so easy. They listen very well to what I ask for and are always very friendly and attentive. Definitely will continue using their services.

I had my lashes done with Alece and she is absolutely great. Gave me exactly what I wanted and spent extra time with me just to make it as thick as possible like I had asked for. She pays attention to fine detail which I find important. They came out really great and full. The place is also very cute and clean.

Very professional and they do a wonderful job. I had my initial visit here & have had 3 fills done since then. My lashes tend to last between 3-4 weeks. If you follow their instructions the results are very good. I highly recommend them.

The location is cute and sweet. This was my third time giving this business a try with a less than desired outcome. Im not sure how its possible but my brows looked worse when I left than when I arrived. The service I booked was a brow shape and tint. NO shaping happened whatsoever but plenty of skin tint (Brows not so much) occurred. Color all around the outside of my brows. I left looking like Groucho Marx. Im sorry to say I wont be able to to give it another try but hopefully others have more success. The staff is pleasant and the place is pretty (though lacking in privacy).

She was professional, timely, and delivered amazing results. Great location with posh decorations. Will be rescheduling on a regular basis. Would strongly recommend for mens services!

LOVE this place! I had called to see when my appointment time was for the day of and I was actually scheduled for the following week. They made it so I could still come in the day I thought I had booked for.The receptionist was awesome.Mary was the one who did my eyelash lift and they look AMAZING. She went over every step she was taking. Very professional and such a sweetheart. It was a very relaxing treatment.I highly recommend this place. Ill be back for sure!

I really did my research when looking for a place to get my lashes done. I chose The Lash and Brow Studio and am SO happy I did. My lashes looked so amazing, Im obsessed. The ladies there were also so sweet and the place has such a cute vibe going on. Highly recommend.

My lash tech is Maya. She does a great job. Ive tried more than I few types of lashes and lash techs. Luckily Ive always been happy. These lashes are the lightest ones Ive worn. Sometimes I forget I have them on until I see my reflection.

My eyebrows fell out while pregnant so I got them tinted until they grew back. They did such a great job & gave me the boost I needed to feel cute with my belly.

Updated Review 11/21/2016: My wife received a refund and was offered another set of lashes. The business apologized and assured my wife that this would never happen to anyone else.This place did a terrible job on my wife and she tried to get them to fix it 3 times but they never got her in to fix the issues. The eyelash extensions looked no different than her regular lashes did and they caused her pain and were falling out. She even had super glue stuck on her eyelids! This place did a crappy job and cost us $175 and my wife has nothing to show for it! I feel so bad for her because she was excited to try out eyelash extensions but this was a terrible experience and her eyes are needing to heal from the damage now. She deserves a full refund for our $175 we spent. Thats a ridiculously expensive amount of money for all the pain and discomfort and tears she has cried over this place!

I wish I had before and after photos - Alece did my brows (thread/tint), and when I saw them at the end it was a literal miracle. They were so uneven before, and she had such attention to detail - she spent a lot of time figuring out the shape before even starting anything. Ive been so nervous to even get them done after someone at a different salon screwed them up and I was waiting for them to grow out. This place looked and felt comfortable and high-end, and I had an amazing experience. I never post reviews but honestly, Alece deserves it, ask for her specifically! THANK YOU !

Best lash place in Tampa! Ive been a customer since the Lash Resort opened. The studio is beautifully decorated and maintained. Owners have been great about scheduling. Szylvia Kiss is the absolute best. I had someone else do fill-ins once and those lashes only lasted a week. There is a difference in estheticians and Szylvia is terrific!

At first I was a little apprehensive about lashes because I had stop wearing them for few reasons. Which my sister convinced me to try Silk/ Minks lashes therefore I did & every since March I been coming here @ Lash Resort & completely satisfied. I purchased a Groupon for a full eyelash extension set. I booked on line and revived confirmation email confirming the appointment. I took 2 hours off work and drove there for an hour. Only to get a call at my appointment time that apparently the owner had no idea that I made an appointment. I explained to her that I received confirmation via email and took time off work to get there and drove for an hour. The owner did not seem apologetic at all. Saying that she didn’t get a notification and that I can get my refund from Groupon. Her exact words were “I don’t know what to tell you”. She did not apologize for wasting my time and her attitude was of it’s not her problem. What a horrible way to do business and treat your potential customers. I will ensure that Groupon is aware along with anyone who may need the type of services that she provides, or rather lack there of. I would give her zero stars if I could. Stay away.

I love this place!! The interior decor is sooooo adorable! Wouldnt trust anyone else with my lashes... I recently started seeing Tara because my other lash lady is no longer there.....and I couldnt be happier she is just so sweet and her lashes are amazing.... I go 5 weeks sometimes before I need fill!!!

Really easy to get an appointment as compared to other places...My lashes turn out great each time and the prices are competitive. I love the location, too (Yogurtology is right across the street!). Highly recommended!!

Worst customer service, will never recommend this place to anyone.I thought I would give this place another chance and I regret my decision to. Amy, the owner is the one who assisted me and created my appointment for a lash lift and made it seem promising that if anything happened that she will assist. I was Wrong.So, I Got my lash lift done and after I looked In the mirror it looked a little up but barely and it didn’t even look like she put the tint on it. I left And the next morning my lashes are down and I questioned what was even done. I called And the young lady at the front desk let me know that she would let Amy know the situation and I even sent a picture of what my lash looked like. And after the other techs reviewed the picture she said that my lashes are brittle and thin and just didn’t accept the perm. WHY DIDNT THE TECH THAT DID MY LASHES LET ME KNOW THAT BEFORE SHE EVEN did the lift!? I dont Understand why the tech couldn’t just tell me the truth that it’s not guaranteed or how it won’t work for my lashes! Today, it took the salon almost 5 hours later to contact me. And she said that I have to be the one to contact amy for further questions? Why couldn’t amy just call me and I have to be the one to go out of my way to contact her? As her being a business owner that’s unacceptable and the front desk assistant said how “Amy is her own person and I am my own person”? Sorry it was such a waste of time to be a client. Who will never come back ever again!

Went in and got my lashes done yesterday. Love the way they look and Renee was wonderful! I had my two kids with me and even though our family was all over the place the staff was super friendly and accommodation. The nice girl at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating. She answered all of my questions and helped whenever she could. My prearrival experience was amazing too. I let a voicemail since I called after hours and they called me back right away the next morning. I also checked back in for an earlier appointment and they got me scheduled the next day! I looooove my eyebrows and eyelash lift and tint!!!! This was the first time I tried any of these things and no more eyelash extensions for me.

I just had my lashes done for the second time yesterday with Christina and she does a great job!! She is also excellent with brow waxing. Highly recommend her and I will certainly be coming back!!

It was comfortable and clean and technician was nice. I wish I asked for a little more natural look for my extensions (I was not shown the different options beforehand), but that is my preference on appearance. I had lashes applied less than a week ago, so it is still TBD if they last like they are supposed to.
