My friend booked a spa package for us that included 1 hour in the wet room, 1 hour facial and a hour and a half massage. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and offered beverages. The wet room was very relaxing, the jacuzzi jets didnt work but the manager offered a massage upgrade for the inconvenience. Maria did my facial and Kristen did my massage, and were both very professional. We both left very relaxed and pleased with our experience!

I usually don’t write reviews but this place deserves one. Tabathea (spell check) performed my manual lymphatic massage yesterday & was completely awesome. The ambiance is very welcoming. I had massages before but never was I given a robe/flip flops & handed a glass of water prior to the massage. I was very impressed.

I had a facial done by molly, and she was amazing!! My face has never been this smooth she was nothing but nice and truly cares about making sure she does her best for the client, I highly recommend getting services at this spa!

Wonderful spa! From the cozy relaxation room to the mimosas to the outdoor zen space to the spa professionals, an all around great value for the money. Ive not had many deep tissue massages, but Tabi (sp?) was by far my best. Staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, and excellent at what they do.

I came here with my fiancé for a day of relaxing & pampering before our wedding weekend. We were greeted with champagne and super plush robes. Our couples massage was one of the best we’ve ever had! We will definitely be back.

This is the only spa I go to for a massage. They are well organized and professional. Each masseuse I have had were well trained and did excellent work. I had a facial there as well which was amazing! The whole atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. Online booking is problematic but that may just be me. I call to make my appointments and that works fine!

I dont often get to treat myself to spa treatments, so when I do I want the whole experience. SB provides that and more! I felt so pampered when I was there and my massage therapist was excellent. Will definitely be back!

Dual massages with wine and mimosa followed up with a relaxing time out on the private greens enjoying some sun-could not have asked for more!!! Things that mattered to me: GOOD dual massage (both of ours were great!), shower, relaxing space, flexible scheduling, reasonably priced, close to the airport... This had them ALL plus more and without compromise! This is by far my favorite place and will definitely be coming back!

Relaxing, pleasing atmosphere, a fantastic spa to come and unwind. Professional personnel. I have been coming here for years for facials and massages. I truly enjoy this spa!

I was so excited to use this establishment and intended to proceed with individual Endermologie sessions over the period of several weeks for a cost in excess of $3,000 that I was assured would result in spectacular results. After a series of 4 sessions, I saw no results. I chose to discontinue services due to a change in financial circumstances stemming from the pandemic and was then advised that they would offer no reimbursement for any unused sessions. This has had a profound impact on our family, so please understand what you are signing up for.

So I scheduled a time together spa package a month ago, paid in full $640. (Which is a massage, facial, body scrub and garden lunch a 4 1/2 hour day.)Went in today to celebrate my 40th birthday with my best friend, filled out paperwork received a massage and after it was done was told to wait in the hallway.No one knew what was going on, then 15mins later the front desk girl said ooooh Im sorry were double booked we need to reschedule you No, I had babysitter and my day lined up due to having this scheduled for a month and it being my 40th birthday.I had my doubts in this spa since the 1st time I called and asked for them to email me packages that they have and NEVER received anything. I still gave them a chance.So much for South Tampa Never again will I visit that area for a spa!!This will be posted everywhere to make all aware of them. They are AWFUL and rude!!!

I’ve been customer here for the last 5 years, signing up as a member shortly after my first few massages. I tried a few other places when I moved to Tampa and this one by far had the most professional staff and has grown into an even great place with a quality experience every visit.They have the highest quality massages I’ve had anywhere - true pros. They only have tenured and experienced masseuses. If you tell them what you are looking for when booking, they will out you with someone with the that specialty. For example, I travel a lot for business and recently started getting neck pain, they changed my regular and booked me with someone who is really good at deep tissue therapeutic massages to work it out. My wife is recently pregnant and booked her with someone focusing on prenatal massages.The owner and staff are all great, helpful and friendly... you won’t be disappointed!

I absolutely loved coming to SB Health & Beauty Spa! The receptionist was very polite and knowledgeable. My massage therapist did a wonderful job with my hot stone massage. She asked before if I had any injuries or anything she should be aware of and also asked if I wanted her to spend more time on a certain area than usual. Since I have chronic lower back pain, this helped out immensely. Their sauna was very small, and I expected a large one that I share with others, but I didnt mind how small it is, since that keeps it private. I will say that I did expect to use the hot tub, but thats probably my own fault because I didnt read what came with the sauna package. The lady who gave me my pedicure was also great and very nice. I loved every second of being there! Ill definitely be recommending to friends and coming back myself!

The service was top notch and they did an amazing job. They are a full spa with a variety of services. A step above many of the spas in the area. Extremely clean and you are greeted with hand santizer at the door and a mask if you dont have one. The service was so good that I fell asleep twice😅🤣 #christianfrazier

Id been thinking about getting a facial for a couple of weeks, but havent had the time. However, coming back from Vegas with really dry skin gave me the extra push. I chose SB based on the types of services they offer and was definitely not disappointed.The first reason for my review is the service provided. I got the Gentlemans Facial and am completely satisfied. Julia is incredibly friendly and calming, but her flow and technique proved that she knows what she is doing. Throughout the process Julia educated me (when I asked), gave me tips, and made me feel relaxed. Afterward, my skin looked and felt great.BUT, the second reason for my 5-star review is that they didnt try to sell me on every product they carry. They recommended two products - which werent outrageously priced - then sent me on my way. I will definitely return and will recommend SB Spa to everyone I know.

This place is amazing. As soon as you walk in youll feel relaxed. Theres an amazingly comfortable sitting room with pillows and throw blankets. My friend and I loved it so much that we stayed an hour after our service just chatting and enjoying the peace and quiet. They even offered to order us lunch! The place is QUIET and CLEAN and RELAXING. All important things I look for when booking a massage. We seeked them out because they have the pregnancy massage tables with the belly cut out. My friend said it was amazing to enjoy such a a relaxing massage AND she could lay on her pregnant belly. She was so relaxed she was giddy after. Love this spa! Just wish it was closer to home as I live in Land o Lakes. But it’s worth the drive! The front desk girls are always helpful and friendly. I’ve gotten a handful of lymphatic massages which were great every time! I do a monthly membership with them which gets me one service a month at a lightly discounted rate :) I’ve also gotten the endermologie 10 sessions package which helps with cellulite and I definitely noticed an improvement after just 3-4 sessions and it gets better with every treatment! My friends have also noticed an improvement in my cellulite so I already bought another 20 session package that I can use for maintenance. Nice ambiance, the waiting room area is very comfortable and relaxing. Great experiences every time! I’ve already been here about 10 times and don’t see myself stopping any time soon :) thanks girls!

The first time that I visited this spa was about 2 years ago when I got married, my husband and I decided to spend the day at the spa and I can tell you that it was a great experience. All the services that they provide are great waxing, massage, facial and nail care. Beside that EVERYBODY was very kind, polite and very friendly I have no doubt that I would recommend this place. They make you feel that they are very happy to have you and the treat you with pleasure and respect. Best haircut Ive ever gotten! I wanted a new style I hadnt tried before, so I brought some pictures of some sample hair styles. Monica helped me choose which would work with my hair. She did a great job, and gave me lots of advice on how to style it. It came out great.My last haircut was at Edo, and was very disappointed with how it turned out. Ill be coming to SB Health & Beauty Spa from now on.

I came in for a prenatal massage on 3/12/17, and have to say I was very impressed with the facility, the atmosphere, and all the services the spa had to offer. I was taken back to the relaxation room to fill out the massage intake form, and shortly after, tabatha, my massage therapist came to introduce herself and bring me to the massage room to start my service. All I can say is that Tabatha has magical hands, she worked thoroughly on my sore areas, and I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep during my service. I left feeling like a million dollars, she is extremely gifted at what she does, and is an asset to this facility. I am excited to return and try out more spa services. However, I am only giving 4 stars, because the young lady at the front desk (Dara, I believe was her name), although perfectly polite and informative, just didnt seem very warm or engaging. It seemed as though she was just going through the motions of her job, with out a lot of sincerity. This small little detail will not deter or keep me from returning though. All in all, it was a very positive and relaxing experience, and I will be returning in the future. It is just important that I am honest in this review, so that areas which might need improvement can be addressed. This is still a very well run spa, and I look forward to returning in the future.

I called here to set up an appointment for my boyfriend for his birthday. Never booked a massage at a spa before, I had no idea what I was doing. They were beyond helpful, helped me pick the best type of massage for his problems and aches.It was a wonderful experience, especially seeing as Im 1500 miles away. I was in Tampa visiting and do not know the area. The hotel we stayed at recommended SP Health & Beauty Spa. I was a bit apprehensive because I was not familiar with this spa at all. I had a hydro facial with Maria and a 90 minute deep tissue with Tabatha. Both services where beyond spectacular!!! Dary at the front desk is so kind and welcoming. Great place for you and your significant other. It has a private outdoor area for lunches and private parties. Rate are reasonable and they also take same day appointments too which is super convenient. All rooms are spacious, which is very hard to find here in South Tampa.

I had the best experience at SB Health. I took my mom there when she was visiting me as a treat. We got the hour and a half facial. It was amazing! I highly recommend. It was beyond relaxing- they also gave us a great back, neck, leg and foot massage. They even honored a coupon that I received a week later. They are very professional and booking is easy. I dont usually write reviews, but wanted to take the time to write one for SB. I first went to SB for a facial on a whim. It was one of the best facials I have ever had. I have recently begun going to Diana for regular massages and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is absolutely wonderful! I became part of their Membership program because the deal was so good and the massages have helped me immensely. I have only received facials and massages here, so I cant personally attest to the other services but I am sure they are just as wonderful.

The spa was founded by a mother-daughter team (Sarah and Bianca, hence the name), and the business has really grown over the years while still maintaining a quiet, tranquil atmosphere in which all guests can easily slip into a momentary reprieve from the busyness of our hectic world. Tabby and Mirna have been our massage therapists for the last few years, and if you ask for either of them you wont be disappointed!

She was super nice and patient as I told her my previous bad experiences with other brazilian waxes. She made me feel extremely comfortable by talking to me the whole time and before I knew it she was done! I should also mention that she took me the same day I called and parking was not a problem either. I recommend her 100%!

I visited SB Spa as an anniversary gift from my husband. The steam room was wonderful, as well as the body exfoliation and hot stone massage. Vanessa was my therapist, she was very friendly but did not attempt to chat with me throughout my massage, which is exactly the way I like it. I prefer to relax and zone out, not carry on a conversation during massages. The spa is very quiet, I literally only saw one other client during the 2 and a half hours that I was there. Everything was top notch, very clean and comfortable. The glass of wine was a nice touch, though I`m not much of a wine drinker. Looking forward to returning for another treatment!

My friends and I did a spa party at this location today and it was amazing. It is a beautiful location, we received messages and facials which we all enjoyed. We had mimosas throughout the experience and enjoyed lunch in their beautiful garden afterwards. I am so sorry we thought we had another friend coming and really inconvenianced someones day who came in unnecessarily- we all felt awful about that. I cant believe I only just now discovered this hidden gem! I went in for a Lymphatic Drainage Massage due to a chronically swollen ankle. It really helped tremendously! The staff is very welcoming and I can hardly wait to go back for another service! So many to choose from!

Im om vacation. Me and the wife decided to go to this establishment to get massages. This is my first time ever getting one. We walk in and everybody at the desk greeted us and were really friendy. Filled out paperwork and walked to the back to get changed into robes and slippers. Then we were taken to the couples room for the massages. Both ladies were awesome with the massages. Felt like a new man walking out . Awesome place and would recommend this place.

I called here for a question about the couples massage packages to see which would be best for me and my S.O. but the front desk lady hung up the phone on me. This experience solidified that I should take my business elsewhere. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I got my nails amd feet done there and it wasn’t the best. the property is beautiful but as for the experience, the woman who worked with me didn’t speak very much if any english, so it was hard for me to communicate with her. also, she was very rough with my toes to the point where it was extremely painful. i’ve never gotten my toes done before so i thought this was normal, but it has now been three weeks and my toes are puffy, sore, and one has even scabbed. not very impressed.

I used to do Endermologie LPG in Europe and SB Spa is the only place that could offer this treatment in the entire Tampa bay area. I visited the spa and I was sold! They excel in anti aging treatments : Hydrafacial, microneedling with Skin Pen, and the Oxygen facial is amazing. I got compliments on my skin on a daily basis. The staff is amazing : I have been going to SB Spa for 3 years now and they treat everyone with courtesy and respect. They are always helpful by knowing what I need and their different products. Always honest ! I sent friends, family and colleagues they wanted to try some treatments and massages : they were all so happy with their results! From the front desk to a massage table, these are the people who would always go that EXTRA mile, above and beyond to make you feel special, relaxed and comfortable. The real definition of a luxury Spa the atmosphere and the facility are remarkable : spotless, peaceful, always smelling so good. You can have lunch in the backyard after using the sauna ! Also, I enjoyed every month the fact that they are very consistent : they let me know what they have going on. We had a bachelorette party and the experience for all the girls was great. Getting nails, hair, massages, facials all in one place not to mention that the food was exquisite. The owner Bianca made sure to be present to greet us and made everyone of us feel so special that day. SB spa thank you for all you do and an outstanding service through the years. Guys If you have the chance to be in Tampa try this place its MY GEM !

I have been going to SB Spa since I moved here from Chicago, approximately 7 years ago. From day one they have ALWAYS treated me like a member of the family. And even during those instances where I have been away from the spa for months at a time, I am treated like family upon my return! I love the owners and the staff....nothing to say but great things about SB - Its my spa home :-)

The atmosphere is pure tranquility. The peaceful music and quiet, professional setting allows for true relaxation and pampering.

I went to this Spa last year because of the great reviews. I had some bacne and scarring on my back that I hope to get rid of with their help. A blonde lady at the reception talked me into buying me a Very Expensive treatment plan (hundreds of dollars) and guaranteed that it would help make the hyperpigmentation and acne scars on my back disappear. If one treatment wouldn’t work, we would try another. After the last visit and a harsh micro-needling treatment, I was in so much pain for the first two nights, I had to take pain killers and couldn’t even sleep on the side. I called them and the young guy at the reception reacted rather arrogant than compassionate and client-oriented. I asked him if the owner, who seemed like the only professional and client-oriented individual there, could please give me a call back - but that never happened. The worst thing is that there’s No difference in the appearance of the scaring or skin, so I endured the pain for nothing. Also, my back looked horrible for weeks after the treatment, I uploaded a picture.

Love this place. The staff is friendly, professional & knowledgeable. The ambience is soothing.

Ive been going to the same shopping center nail salons since I first got my nails done and after terrible experiences and being overall unhappy with the result when I walked out- I finally got fed up and started looking for a spa to go to.. I am so glad I found this place to go and get my acrylics done RIGHT. Regina Reeves is a perfectionist and I could not be happier with the result. Im never going back to a typical nail salon again. Already set up for another appointment in two weeks. SO pleased!
