Rachel is great! I moved down to Tampa a few months ago and knew I needed to find a new waxer. She is prompt, knowledgeable, makes the waxing service a breeze and her prices are fair. I have been struggling with hormonal acne for the past few months, and my feelings of insecurity were extremely overwhelming, especially for someone who has never dealt with stubborn acne before. Rachel listened to my concerns with so much attentiveness and made me feel very comfortable in my own skin during my facial. She not only provided a lot of helpful information as to what products will help with my acne, but she also is very easy to talk to! My skin has been a work in progress but it is definitely improving all thanks to Rachel and her knowledge!
