I live out of state and needed to clear out a property in Tampa on short notice. I contacted several companies in advance to obtain quotes prior to my arrival in Tampa.One company never responded to my voice and internet requests; another one responded but couldnt meet with me until Monday. Another one returned my call on Wednesday.A JDog Rep agreed to meet me on a Sunday to provide an estimate. Since I needed the work done quickly, they were able to re-arrange some other jobs and start the work the next day. The entire job was done the following day.Every aspect of the job was professionally managed and executed.I recommend 100%

I think it says a lot about a company when things do not go perfectly. We ordered 3 units and filled them all during a clean up of our business. It was all in preparation for a meeting that was very important. They were so busy they said they could not pick up the last unit until the next day. It was imperative that our place look its best. Well, the owner called us and said he understood out predicament and rushed someone over to remove it in spite of how busy they were. Our meeting went great. Thank you for going the extra mile.

I was getting about 110 feet of old wooden fence surrounding the house removed. It was covered with thirty years worth of intertwined dense vines, plants, thick roots, all knotted together. I needed it all removed before a new fence could be installed. JDOG was reasonably priced, on time, and either answered the phone immediately or called you right back. In a time where we sit and wait for contractor appointments who dont show or call, JDOGs responsiveness was excellent. The estimate sheet is detailed and professionally done and spells out all work to be completed.Anyway, they removed the fence but a few cut posts were still a few inches in the ground. I called them, they scheduled a second round, and were on time and completed the work and cleaned up well. If you are tired of waiting for no-shows or ineptness try JDOG....from the initial estimate to the final product the contact is excellent, the workers quick and polite, and they actually call you before arriving!

We highly recommend JDog. We used them to remove a refrigerator that the freezer had gone bad and the meat had spoiled. This happened in our condo in FL in July and we were in PA. My neighbor found the problem. Due to the smell, obviously, we wanted it removed ASAP. We called on Monday morning and within 2 -3 hours JDog had removed the refriegerator. As we have several family membes in the military, we were very pleased to use JDog due to their involvement with Veterans and their families.
