Trash pickup is fine but the driver of Truck 2213 in Turtle Creek/33625 honks his horn constantly at kids at 7:45 in the morning. Some people work evenings and are asleep at this time. Other neighbors have a very ill person in the family and are sleeping in shifts. It would be nice if the driver would show consideration beyond the child hes honking at.

THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL!!!! If you have ANY other option do not choose this company. They only pick up when they feel like it. You call to report a missed pick up and they tell you they will send someone out but no one ever comes back out until your next scheduled pick up. They do not care about their customers at all. Should be ZERO Stars.

Have branches that have been missed consistently

I had too much garbage after I moved in, or so I was told, Called the number to schedule a pickup for $10. Gave my name and info, including checking account and no one showed up. Called the office and they failed to create an account for me, called a private company to remove for $50. Would have done that to avoid this non-sense. I guess the key is to not have waste, because this was a waste of time and energy.

The trash service guys literally drive past my house constantly on trash pick ups days when I have NOTHING in my can that is against policy. They never leave a note.. NOTHING. I have 2 bags of house trash and some pine shavings from my guinea pig. I called to speak to someone an got “supervisor” autumn on the phone. She began laughing at my issue and yelling over me. I tried to explain that it’s NOT SAW DUST it’s from my guinea pig and I’ve lived here for a year and it was never an issue before. She cursed at me and said that basically my issue means absolutely nothing to her because my tax dollars go to hillsborough county. WHAT? I asked if they had a green can and she screamed at me and said they don’t offer that.. even though it’s on the website? I’m reporting this company to the county and recorded the entire phone conversation. Autumn is not only unprofessional but she is also miserable clearly with every aspect of her life outside of her job. LOL

The sales team will try to strong arm you into using their service. Buyer beware this is not a company you want to do business with.

Unfortunately my town uses them for garbage and we are constantly stuck with late and missed pickups. Call their service and you get no where. They pickup when they want to pickup and they dont care about customers. Everyone should stay away from this company and use someone more reputable who cares about service.

Terrible customer service! Stay away from this company if you are trying to open a business account! They will never listen to what you want. They just here to rip you off！

They are constantly skipping pick-up dates. I live in a deed restricted community. Leaving your lawn bags of debris for 3 weeks on the curb is not acceptable. They need to pick-up as scheduled.
