I reached out to clean my pool to get an estimate. The service has been amazing and Sunny has taken care of our pool in a timely manner once a week without any problems for three months now. Any questions I have he’s been able to answer and figure out the solution in for a cheap price. A+ service would definitely recommend!

The guys are awesome! They are always prompt and thorough. I love how I was offered classes on how I can keep up with the swimming pool by myself, which shows me that it’s not always just about their bottom line. CleanMyPool even reversed an auto payment for me which I did not intend to go through. I am extremely happy with their services and feel like they are already part of the family.

The most knowledgeable guy on pool cleaning. Outstanding professionalism and great work ethic. I currently have a service recommended by the landlord and they have failed to get the pool cleaned and broke one of the pipes. Xavier fixed it and explained the process. Very happy and definitely will have him service our pool.

These guys are awesome! I like to call them the Pool Geeks. They have the professor (chem guy) they have the engineer ( installed a new filter system) and the Pool Doctor ( diagnosed and explained prognosis) Thanks to Clean My Pool we have a super clean and healthy pool!!! They know pool systems they are truly geeks..they get excited when they accomplish a challenging task. I have had pool services in the past and these guys are unique. They exhibit a real pride and joy in their work. They will stop by and make sure all is good just because they happened to be in the neighborhood. They are honest and very intelligent! Thats why I like to call them the Pool Geeks! And as a plus their fees are the best in town. Shop around!! You will be highly disappointed if you go otherwise.

Cannot recommend to hire.We are not friends or family so rating reflects customer who attempted to help a local business.Issues happens when dealing with businesses, but it’s how they respond that keep or lose customers.Positives:• They were at first very pleasant when attempting to get our business and just after hiring.• Showed up constantly until the month they pulled a no notice no show two of the four weeks they charged their services.Issues:• Charge a full month even if at their choice only service 2 weeks.• Dont clean filters.• After servicing months left the pool green and dirty a couple times where I had to call them back out.• Attempted to resolve the issue of them charging and not coming out to service, but they became combative and unreasonable.

These guys were great! Came out at a moments notice to clean my filter. Showed me how to do it and talked me through caring for my pool. Friendly, fast, and efficient!

These guys are awesome! Extremely professional, polite, and thorough. They came out same day. I just purchased a home. This pool system has all sorts of valves, pipes. They walked me through EVERY valve, how to use, what they did, etc. How to use the vacuum system, change the filter. They not only helped me with what I needed, they also told me what I dont need. Highly recommended!

My husband and I are very happy with this company. They have the knowledge, skills and proper equipment to get and keep the pool crystal clear. It has never looked so good! They are very responsive to our needs and provide great customer service.
