I cannot say enough positive things about bay to bay pools!! This is my first time owning a pool and was nervous about maintaining it. However the owner Lisa has been amazing and responsive and has made owning a pool a breeze! Adam does an amazing job with the cleaning and servicing of the pool. I highly recommend bay to bay for all of your pool needs!

This pool service is without a doubt the worst company for servicing your pool not only in Tampa but anywhere. I have lived all over and have had my pool cleaned and services by many company but dealing with Lisa who is the manager is a nightmare. The people who actually come to your home are awful. 2 weeks ago Todd spent 4 minutes cleaning my pool. I have it on tape as we have security ca,eras on the property. They NEVER check the chemical balance. I have a bad heart and we told them how important it was to make sure the pool was cleaned properly. They really d not care. Just make sure you pay your bill on time each month. That is what they are interested in. Last week Todd accused my dog of breaking the cleaner. How silly. How can a dog break the wheel on the cleaner. When my wife asked him about it he started yelling and screaming at her. We had guest so she she asked him to leave. The next thing we get a email from Lisa that they do not want to clean our pool any more. Go anywhere else to have your pool,cleaned but DO NOT use Bay to Bay Pool Cleaning unless you want problem and issues

NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!Their truck was the only other vehicle at the time and location where my daughter’s car was parked.We believe their company truck damaged my kid’s parked car and they refuse to be held accountable.After denying involvement and then refusing to pay for the damage...and then being terminated as the pool service by the homeowner my daughter was visiting, they were arrogant enough to advise they didn’t need the business anyway.IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY LIKE THEM, YOU’ll DESERVE ANY MISTREATMENT YOU GET!
