This Mazda dealer was very clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming! Prices for service are great as well. Better then other Mazda dealers.
Been going to Mazda service for awhile now so I know what to expect. I felt very taken advantage of at this location. Arielle did not inform the add ons would take my oil change from 100 dollars to 400. I asked at one point what the total was and was informed that she didn’t have that answer for me as she was going to apply discounts and do my a favor. If you can, go out of your way to a different Mazda dealership that is honest and upfront with their customers.
Carlos was my sales person he was great patient kind my experience was awesome Carlos is a great salesman
The worst service I have every experienced in a car service center. We have been trying to have a vehicle serviced to repair a recalled airbag part. We schedule an appointment in Sept 2020. We spent 3-4 hours dropping off the vehicle only to get a call telling us they can not make the repair because they do not have the parts. It in now March 2021. We have made multiple calls since trying to discover if they have the parts and if we can schedule the service. After several calls and inter-company transfers, we were told multiple time they would have to check and call us back. No one at Westshore Mazda returns phone calls. No one have called us. So today, I tried again only to have the service scheduler tell me she did not know if they had the parts and maybe I should just go to a different dealer. I then called the Service Manager. It took three calls to get to him. Finally, he point-blank explained we do not have the parts. We are jammed into a tiny trailer and struggling to handle customers. Wow. He was completely indifferent, ...look I can not poop the part you need. I explained I understand that part of the scenario. I explained my concern for how his staff was handling us, the customer. I asked what if my son get hurts due to Westshore Mazdas inability to service the recall. He went on to tell me if my son gets hurt, that was not his problem it would be between me and Mazda. I have operated my own business for 14 years. If you want to remain in business, this is a great example of what NOT to do. Poor communication, no returned calls, treating your customer with disdain. Westshore Madza has some fundamental and systemic bad culture problems. I do not recommend Westshore Mazda based on this experience. ~Joe W
Great service. Waiting area is comfortable. Snack stand is a tiny pricey.
