The service department has been great with replacing my brakes and tires on my used vehicle that I recently purchased from their dealership. I purchased the vehicle not knowing that one of the tires had nails in it & the rotors were worn from the previous owner. I called and informed the sales department & they got me hooked up with the service department immediately. Noli was my service advisor & he was very informative through the whole process. The service department did me right by not charging me for the parts or job since I just bought the vehicle from their sales department. They just wanted to make sure my newly used vehicle purchase was perfect and safe on the road.They have worked around my schedule and have made everything so easy and convenient for me.I wish all service departments were this great.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Jerry Ulm Service Center, specifically the service advisor I worked with, Ali. Absolutely fantastic experience- SO friendly and fair priced. I absolutely understand why you guys are so busy- for the first time since Ive had my Jeep I finally felt like it was somewhere I could trust. They replaced all of my rockers and the cam shaft- my Jeep is SO quiet now, and they also took care of my oil while they had it. Ali earned Jerry Ulm my loyalty from here on out, and Ill be back for service, and eventually back for the next Jeep I buy! Thank you!!!

I worked with Ryan Singer and he always appreciates that I stopped in to see him when we need a car. He stays on top of appointments and works to get me a great price on vehicles but also to get a quality vehicle and for that I am grateful for him. We will be back to Jerry home to buy from Ryan Singer again.

Well they do not take appts for oil changes. They make you use the express service. Went there today for first oil change on my Scatpack and they quoted an hour express????. two hours and 40 minutes later I had to hunt down express guy and he had paperwork on his desk. Not professional or customer oriented. By the discussion in the waiting lounge I was not only unhappy customer. This was worst service I have received in 20 years. My time is important. This dealer is not organized to handle its customers well. Will use another dealer. SAD. Big fancy showroom and poor service....not a good combo.

I’ve been coming here every since I purchased 2 Dodge Challengers with them being as the vehicles were under warranty, and nothing is ever smooth. They’re always saying something isn’t in warranty, but when selling the car they include it as so. I’ve gotten alignments and oil changes, just to get in my car and have the oil change required light come on when turning it on in the parking lot. Today I got an oil change and was asked to pay, and then walked out to the wrong vehicle! Mine wasn’t complete after 2 hours. They wanted to charge $200 for a headlight, when the vehicle isn’t even 2 years old yet... And has full bumper to bumper coverage including electronics. I personally have only had experiences with them trying to nickel and dime you any way they can

I had my oil changed on 11-6, which took about 90 minutes (a bit long if you ask me). They told me they did an inspection and found only a small oil leak (its an 09 with 100k+ miles so I wasnt surprised) and one headlight was out. They said it would take 2 hours to get the part for the headlight so I just replaced that on my own.14 days later, I went to stop and my car made the most AWFUL sound I have ever heard. I took it in early the following week (to a different place), and my mechanic told me the sound I was hearing was because my rear brakes were metal on metal.I called Jerrry Ulm service and asked to see a copy of the inspection report. My printout said it was included, but it wasnt. They told me they usually scan a copy of it, but they couldnt find it. I told the guy I didnt believe they did it because of the brakes issue. His response was I guess they missed that. Is there anything else I can do for you? Not an apology, nothing. I asked for a manager. He transferred me to voicemail. I left a voicemail. 2 weeks later, I havent heard back.Apparently theyre not concerned about employees claiming to do an inspection that wasnt done.

Service rep lied to me 3 times regarding when the repair would start. When I picked the vehicle up, repairs were not complete. I had to go to another business. 2020 pacifica.

Typical car dealer games. I inquired about a car advertised for $15,693. When I finally got the quote, it included a reconditioning fee ($1999), a doc fee ($999.99), and other non-tax fees ($483.50). So the actual price was over $19k then you add tax, tag, title and any trades involved. They were very quick to reply to me, but slow to finally give me the bad news of the additional $3500 in charges on top of the advertised price.

They screwed me over with the diagnostics they told me I have a leak on the transmission can however I had a leak in the oil cooler housing so I recommend to you guy pay attention to them because trey can screw you over too. Be careful wit them

Moe was great, he got us in the vehicle we wanted and really was able to work on price, worked with the price of our trade and really pulled off some serious magic getting us incredible financing. Even the usually TERRIBLE finance room was great and the finance guy was even able to work with us and negotiate the the gap and coverage plan we wanted!Honestly very good experience. Moe will work for ur business and they make they generally stressful parts of this process very nice.

Online appointment system is not used/honored by the service center. The system will allow you to make an appointment for a specific problem/issue, but then all service is first come/first served. Although the online system will allow you to setup an appointment for something other than an oil change, they do not perform any service maintenance on Sundays...this is not clearly marked/listed on the website...pretty much oil changes/minor issues only. When bringing up the issue of the scheduling system, there seemed to be little to no concern about the scheduling systems shortfalls...they also stated theyve received these complaints before..so what are you all doing about it? Its a meat grinder of oil changes.

I purchased my 19 Jeep Cherokee from Jerry Ulm back in June of 2019. Got all my services done here since I purchased the vehicle. I hired them to do a detail on my vehicle because some unknown substance got on my car. I was advised the detail would be able to get everything off no problem. My service advisor called me when the detail was “complete”. It was obvious the service advisor never once looked at the vehicle. There were orange dots still on my car and the entire roof was forgotten, which most of the spots were on the hood and roof. I brought it to the attention of my service advisor, who apologized for the incomplete work. They offered for me to come in the following Saturday and they would provide me with a rental while they completed the job by doing the roof and removing the remaining spots on the car. I was called again by my service advisor to tell me the work was done. I came back, there were still some spots on the car. The service advisor then told me I’d have to pay an additional $100-$200 for a detail to remove that. I was frustrated as I was told the vehicle was completed and it never was, so I drove home. I go to wash my car after a few weeks to get the bugs off my car. I went to dry off the roof, they again failed to even touch the roof which was my primary reason for being the vehicle back for a second time. Once again the service advisor failed to inspect the vehicle. I contacted the manager James Coyle who continued to say the detailing crew was not affiliated with Jerry Ulm. Not affiliated? I hired Jerry Ulm to complete the detail. I paid Jerry Ulm to complete the detail. It is not my problem who they sublet the work to. He tried to offer me a complimentary oil change and tire rotation and they would complete the detail then. Mind you, I got my oil changed about a week before having the detail done. I refuse to leave this stuff on my car until I get another oil change as it may not be able to be removed after baking in the Florida sun for 3-6 months. I advised them I want a refund as I will not be driving 30 minutes each way for a 3rd time for them to correct their mistake. James Coyle told me it’s unlikely I would get a refund but would review it with a director. I sent him emails of a full time line of the events and evidence to support they failed to do the work they were hired to do. There has been no response from them and I have been forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Keep in mind I purchased my vehicle at this dealer and had every service done with them and I have been let down. JERRY ULM DOES NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM OR UTILIZE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

Con of a place. I had my car serviced there as Ive been doing for the past 5 years. They give me a green check for everything including my coolant and all my fluids. By Halloween on a same month this year, I was getting an error message that stated that my engine coolant was empty. I checked in my engine coolant was empty and my AC wasnt working and I was getting an error message on my dashboard with a check engine light. so they lied when they said they actually topped off all the fluid. My advice whatever service they said they do, double check it yourself. As for me Ill definitely wont be going back for service. The code I was getting was P0116..Added coolant, problem solved.

They have so many deals and offers for Oil Changes they cant answer over the phone the deals they have it is very frustrating. I had received a flyer but tossed it and they told me they had no idea of the deal I mentioned. Two days later I get the same offer in an email.

You can build a large beautiful state of the art facility, but if you dont have any competent management, then you just have Jerry Ulm aka Morgan Auto group. Went for service and they passed me around like a hot potato until I walked out. Ill head up to another dealership. There was a reason I drove over the bridge to purchase. May have to for service as well.

The service staff was helpful and friendly when I was there to get a tire repaired. It was late afternoon and I was able to get service even though it was late afternoon. There is construction going on there these days so it was confusing to get to the service department from where I drove in. The service writer was helpful and courteous in spite of the construction on the property. I guess that could be stressful for them. I cant wait until the construction is done.

They do a complete check of your vehicle. Inform you if something needs work or you can get bye. Overall they are pretty good bunch but get there early or itll be a long wait.

I walked in and immediately was shown that i was “less than” the manager. He brought up the fact that I was a woman, the sales guy kept commenting on my looks. The manager and sales were literally screaming about me in the lobby, loud enough to where I could hear it. They wouldn’t even print me out a quote. After the visit, i got a text from someone’s PERSONAL phone saying “I’m sorry about my manager blah blah blah”. VERY unprofessional.

I wanted a quick oil change, waited around for 20 minutes was asked 5 different times hey has anyone helped you while no one actually did a damn thing to help.After all that I was told to go next door as they were too busy. All in all done with this place.

Great service department, my service writer is Jim Coyle. He makes sure its right the first time. He had me in for oil change and tire rotation, recall peddle work, and some trim needed repair, replace. I was out of there in an hour and a half. Thats really fast compared to some dealers,( Fermann, Andrews)

I reluctantly took my Jeep Grand Cherokee here because it’s the closest dealer to me, and I needed recall work done. My reluctance was due to the Google reviews, but it seems all major car dealership service centers have bad reviews. I arrived at 9:30am on a Tuesday without an appointment because when I called the day before, they said I’d have to do express (no appt) since I only needed recall work, new set of lugs installed, and oil change. I waited 3 hours, which is kind of a long time, but I still had a great experience. I felt that David cares about his job and his customers.
