10 stars!!!!! We used VIP Limousine this past Saturday Night May 8th for my wife’s birthday. Highly recommended driver Karl and the black Mercedes sprinter party bus. Karl is very professional cordial and kept everything on point. The Sprinter holds roughly 12-14 partying adults comfortably. Vehicle was clean inside and out. Only suggestions I would have for the owners is update the sound system and add a subwoofer for some bump. The ceiling could use a roll bar across the top to hold onto and a stripper pole would be a bonus for all the ladies. Outside of that phenomenal thank your teamDave Z

Went out in a limo for my birthday the service was great. My uncle Eddie the business owner made sure that the beautiful black stretch limo was immaculate. We had great service from Karl and for my next birthday I am definitely taking one of his limo’s.

Marie is who I booked the limo with and she was so kind and thoughtful. She offered some very helpful planning ideas for homecoming. We got the extra long hummer limo which was incredible and Eric was the driver. He was the nicest and most respectful man imagineavle. I felt totally safe sending a large group of beautiful young ladies with him and to take home that evening. I have no idea how they have such a low rating. They were referred to me by a close friend and I in turn will refer them to anyone I know. Thank you guys for making my daughter and her friends Homecoming an Amazing experience!!! 💗

VIP Limo has been In Tampa for 30 years. My parents has been using this service and now I am using this service.. I can always count on Eds Drivers to be punctual and polite. They treat you like royalty! I strongly recommend them..

Good prices But SO RUDE! and they with-hold information. I was told a price and gave my credit card info and then was told after the fact that I could hold it with my credit card but I had to pay cash. When I called back asking questions some guy answered and was basically pushing me to cancel my reservation. They need to be more upfront with customers. They will not have my business again.

Wish we could give this company a zero. My sisters 50th birthday which they made it a disaster. The bus is not in safe condition per the owner. Per him I dont recommend you go to Orlando, we dont have a spare tire and it will take cost us more than what we paid UNProfessional. Please whatever you do dont rent from them. Very rude owners. Thats why they have a 2.8 rating, which should be lower. Bus has mildew and smell like gas!!!!! Pleade dont do it. You will regret it.

Had a wonderful ride for my graduation celebration with my friends

We rented an 8-10 passenger stretch limo from VIP for our daughters prom. I called around, did some homework, made sure the company I went with was listed with the Hillsborough County Public Transportation Comm., etc. I started my search a few months before prom, so I didnt get caught last minute with nothing. To be honest, I went with VIP because they were a neighborhood business and I like to give as much business as I can to those close to home. The price was right, the customer service was friendly and I thought all would be fine. The night of the prom came and lets just say that when the car pulled up in front of my house I was LESS than pleased! The black paint was noticably faded in several sections, part of the back passenger hub cab was missing (theres a nice big rust spot in several of our pictures) and the window tint was bubbling!! The driver was nice. We have nothing bad to say about him, however; if I would have known that the car we were going to get was this old, broken down looking piece of crap I would have gone somewhere else or if need be, driven them myself in my old Ford F-150. I dont know if they were trying to pull a fast one and thought that since it was for prom, the kids wouldnt care. I called enough ahead of time where I should have gotten more than just the leftovers. The kids even decided to come home an hour early, so I ended up paying as much if not more than if I would have gone with another company. Ive called into VIP twice since prom and spoken to 2 different people and explained the situation. Both times I was told they would have the owner call me the next day. Its been 3 weeks now and Im still waiting! So...word of advice, go somewhere else!!!

This company claims to have 24hr service, with a dispatch thats open 24hrs a day. call at 230 to setup transportation for airline crew and get chewed out because they BABY owner is sleeping.will be removing from our company directory and making sure they never get airline crew business.

I booked with this company and cancelled the next day. They were so rude on the phone when I called to schedule. The lady I spoke to acted like she was annoyed that I was calling and asking her questions. When I called today to cancel, the man seemed like he didnt know what I was talking about when I told him my name and that I needed to cancel. After about 10 seconds of silence he just said ok bye. Maybe the limos are great but the customer service was awful. Thankfully I found a VERY nice man from another company that has done everything he can to make my plan possible!!

I called one of the numbers for Hillsborough county to get a quote for a limo, and the man that answered the phone was extremely rude! I was inquiring about availability for my wedding and he apparently was not in the office and could not answer my questions, which is all he had to say in the beginning instead of giving me such an attitude. I would recommend that VIP Valet & Limousine, Inc take any numbers off their website for people who are nasty, unhelpful, and give your company a bad name.

This location is very unprofessional! Even though the website says they accept cards, they do not! If their services are anywhere close to the customer service than instead of being a night to remember, it would probably be the night from hell!

Chauffeur Arthur was a very nice guy, even sent someone to rescue me and my family when the city Scat (bus) never showed. Thank you!!

I called looking for a limo for a friends wedding,and the lady that answered the phone was rude, the price was great however, I will continue to shop around else where, because I dont want to run the risk of having my friends wedding day ruined by attitude.
