This was our second time using them and we will always use them for limo service. I googled limo service for our anniversary and they have an huge inventory. I wanted to use local, but no one was available and had older cars. Merribeth in the office is so helpful and just nice to deal with. The first driver obviously knew what he was doing, had good customer service, I mean there wasnt anything wrong but I necessarily wouldnt request him. Last night Paul was our driver and EVERYTIME, we WILL request him. Punctual, PROFESSIONAL, dressed beautifully, easy going and accommodating. We could tell he has done this many times and his customer service is top level. We left coozies in the limo and he texted me this morning and asked me if I wanted him to mail them back. Hardly, do you receive service like that anymore. The cars we were both VERY, VERY clean and modern. One was a stretch and last night we had a Mercedes van, too big for 2 people but worth the price, I am definitely recommending All Access.

All Access is the best company in Tampa Bay!! Great Service!! Great Staff!! This company has exceeded our every expectation. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends.
