Booked a few days before in preparation for a nice birthday surprise for my bosss son. The limo never showed up. My boss called to see when to expect the car and they said they could not find the driver. Supposedly there was a discrepancy with the owner of the limo and the driver. They had to drive last min to the special dinner. I called the next day and they still had no straight answer, nor did they offer anything to make up for it, only refunded. Unreliable and unprofessional company. They even charged us twice - refund pending...

I felt Covid safe with Skyline. My driver wore a mask and gloves and provided a clean environment. When my flight landed my driver contacted. They met me at baggage claim and the service overall was amazing.

Would highly recommend Skyline! We rented a shuttle bus to make surprise deliveries of new bicycles to kids for Christmas. Our driver was on time and very professional. We had a lot of stops to make and at times things get chaotic, but our driver got us everywhere we needed to be on time, which made for a great day that resulted in lots of happy kids!

We had a party bus for my friend’s 21st and it was part of the highlight of the night! We all had a blast dancing on the way to dinner. He texted me to let me know he was on the way, arrived early and had plenty of water in the limo. Used their sedan service to get a few family to and from TPA to St Pete Beach for a wedding. Needing multiple cars at odd times throughout the day and even a early morning 5:00 am pick up the service was perfect. All the drivers were on time and from what I gathered friendly and professional.

I also am having the same problem as the previous review. Emailed them to cancel a reservation for a wedding that is no longer taking place and I got a confirmation for the res being cancelled but no credit back to my credit card either. Very unprofessional.

We had a bus rented for an outing for my company but we had to cancel due to Covid. They said we would get a refund but would take 60 days. Its been 5 months and we have not received our refund. I have called and emailed non stop with no response from anyone. They will never get our business again.

I canceled a limo service from this company last week because the Kenny Chesney was canceled next month. I received a confirmation of cancelation but my card has not been credited, I understand that the concert is a special event, but if it is canceled I should get my money back. Very disappointed at this point. Also, no one will call me or email me back!

Thefts, lairs all the team working with skiline limo I use them and they comes late he was so disrespectful and we drop jewelry was so expensive in the limo we call the driver few minutes later he said he has it and we went to pick it next day he said he lost it absolutely theft and lire’s bad team and company Evrey body please be careful and stay away from them plus he flat tires lol was worse trip ever

Rented the stretch for my daughters Sweet 16 and it was perfect. Our driver (Ahmed) was early and patient when she wasnt ready :). The experience was fantastic. All the girls had a great time and I felt comfortable knowing they were in good hands. The driver kept in contact with me and even helped me pull off a part of her birthday surprise:). I made a last minute (day before) reservation with Skyline. I needed a limo for 6 from Riverview to Orlando for the Jennifer Lopez concert which started at 8PM. The reservation process was awesome. They confirmed and quoted within a few hours for a pick up a 6PM for the following day.The Day Of: The driver sent me a text to let me know he was in route. Then he said traffic was backing up on I-75, I accounted for this and know Floridta traffic is crazy. He arrived about 15 mins late - no big deal. We walked out to the car and he was in the back seat of the limo and told us he was cleaning up after his grand kids. My friend mentioned one of the tires looked really low as we got into the limo but we didnt think anything of it. We stopped and pick up the rest of our party and were still scheduled to arrive just after 8PM (according to WAZE). Then the tire blew out while on Hwy 60. We pulled over and he said the replacement limo would be there in 10-20 mins. I asked 15 minutes later and he said 10-15 minutes as they were now gassing up. - almost an hour passed with us waiting on the side of the road. I told him I would be calling Uber shortly to get us there. Once in the new limo, no ice and not ready for customers. We had brought champagne - drank it luke warm. Needless to say we were late to the concert arriving around 9:30PM. We did have to make a pit stop for bathroom break after having waited on the side of the road for so long - some of the guys went on the side of the road. After the concert, we had trouble locating the limo and had to walk quite a few blocks to get to it. Once inside the limo, I rolled down the back window and then it would not go back up. The driver had to pull over and try to get it up. It made it just over half way - so the ride home was filled with a mix of AC and humid air entering the vehicle. I am disappointed that no one reach out to me the following day either responding to my email which I sent while the issues were going on or by calling me. The driver was very unsympathetic to us being late to the concert and was heard laughing on the phhone with someone about it. I read the terms and conditions and noted that skyline is not responsible for mechanical breakdown nor am I seeking a reimbursement. An apology would have gone a long way the day after....One star because we made it and one star because we got back home.

Very bad service they are unprofessional driver name was Ahmad came 2 hours late and he charged my card twice never return my money they are thiefs !!!!

The problem is they don’t know what kind of car they will send to you, I ask for new car he says that he’s not sure it’s black car service they have 2014 town cars (for Orlando trip) 2016-17 Chrysler 300 but he can not promise type of the car. I ask I don’t want dirty, old seats car and he says not promise. He could tell “our all cars are clean no worries” he did not. ALSO MY HUMBLE ADVICE; IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH CUSTOMERS ON THE PHONE OR ON THE RIDE, BETTER WAY TO TRY TO RICH THEM, TRY TO UNSERSTAND THE PROBLEM, SOMETIMES LITTLE APPOLOGY CHANCE THE OPINIONS. AREOGANTLY RESPONDS ARE NOT PROFFESIONAL AND NEVER SOLVE THE PROBLEMS!!...So why am I paying more than UBER select??? (uber select, ask car, you will see the driver and car, if you don’t like cancel in same minutes no charge, than do it again. Easy way to select car in UBER SELECT)

I used Skyline Limousine service on December 16th to transport my groomsmen from northwest Tampa to downtown St. Petersburg. We were in a very new, clean & comfortable luxury van. At the same time my soon-to-be wife and her bridesmaids were taken by a beautiful, black stretch limousine from the Vinoy Hotel to our event venue in downtown St. Petersburg. Then the guys all got the limo for the final transport.The drivers, with Mark Anthony the owner supervising, all performed like clockwork. The experience and the care was FANTASTIC.
