Ive hired Tampa Luxury Service a few times, both business and personal, and Im planning to call them up again next month! Their prices are always so reasonable compared to the exorbitant ones charged by the other local guys. Im not exactly on a budget but I dont like to waste money. You really get a lot of value for your dollar here and they deliver such incredible service. Very timely, very responsible drivers, and just an overall positive experience that was deserving of a positive review. Amazing vehicles. Very nice staff. Great company. I would recommend them to everyone. I will use them for my personal needs as well.

I declined a quote from this company because it was higher than a few quotes that I already had received, and I said thank you for your time. They were absolutely RUDE! Just leave it alone already, they just kept making rude remarks. I will not contact them for a quote again, Good Luck!

Great experience with many of the upscale touches that are hard to find in this area — a spotless V8 sedan with a spacious backseat, a quiet driver who doesn’t ask personal questions and opened doors/took bags, commercial-free music, use of blinkers (LOL, finally somebody). This is genuinely what this experience should be every time. Will be booking again.

Excellent service! Great price! Terrific Dad jokes! The ride from Tampa to Orlando with Doug was one of the best parts of our vacation! He entertained us when we were all tired and stressed out and helped us all get in a better mood. He was courteous and loaded our bags in and out of the car. He also went the extra mile to provide car seats for my grandchildren. I highly recommend Doug and his car service.

We had Manny pick us up because we heard such great reviews from our friends about this companys friendliness and professionalism. The prices [also] are very competitive and fair for a limo service. Again, as you read comments below many people rave about Douglas [driver also] but Manny as well was spectacular. Best company hands down.

Had a wonderful experience with tampa luxury service. I live out of state and had searched them on the web. Called up and was treated with kindness and friendly service. Even when for a call back stating was going cost little more due to the distance. I really appreciated that and didnt mind paying the small difference. Mistakes do happen but was so happy with the service the driver was very kind and funny and made it being a relaxful trip to where I had to go. Most definitely. Anytime I fly down to Florida and need a car service. I am definitely using tampa luxury services. They made it worth it using a car service. Their friendly and polite. And I respect that the most its worth paying to have a great service and a great driver.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this co, the guy name doug made me feel uncomfortable to the point he became flirtatious with me. I tried to be friendly and downplay his advances but he just kept up the whole trip, trying to pick me up with dumb jokes that I laughed to try and downplay the situation but he kept on looking at me through his visor, i felt uncomfortable. He even said I smelled good and i had a nice dress on, this is NOT professional

This car service company is Fantastic! Douglas was Amazing! My daughter flew to Tampa by herself, traveling for the first time alone. He picked her up from baggage claim, he contacted me multiple times during the pick up to let me know he spoke to her, they were on their way to the hotel and that he dropped her off at her hotel. Terrible service. Called Monday at 0900 talked for 5 minutes reserved SUV for Friday morning 0630 pickup, 4 adults, 4 checked bags, 3 carry ons for a week long international holiday to the airport, assumed everything was set since at 0905 I received email and text confirmation of payment. Fast forward to Friday morning 0632, 4 adults, 4 suitcases, 3 carry ons standing in the driveway wondering where our ride was. I called, no answer but returned call immediately. No recollection of speaking to me Monday morning, no car available to pick us up. This could have possibly derailed our whole vacation. If you want the added stress of perhaps not getting picked up use this company. If you want to actually get picked up I’d try another service. They have offered me a discount on another trip however I will not be taking them up on that. Strike 1 you’re out. Update May 17th just logged into my credit card and they still haven’t credited my account. Terrible business

I have always used the SuperShuttle App to book private cars, until I ran into a situation 12/23 booking a car to take me and my vacation guests from Clearwater Airport (where I flew in to and rented a car) to Tampa Airport (where we were flying out of on Christmas Eve morning). The app didnt let me move forward to book without a flight number and no flights were arriving a t the time we absolutely had to leave.I called Tampa Luxury Service and spoke with Doug, who was with a client and politely asked to call me back, which he did promptly. Not only was he waiting at the airport when we arrived 10 minutes early,entirely professional and personable, but the trip was comfortable and in the same vehicle I was prepared to pay $30 more for through the app (which I will never use again).I highly recommend this company and this driver and will absolutely book all my rides with them on our visit next year.

Was picked up at St. Pete Airport, this driver was very late. So I wanted to work as he drove to my hotel. This guy would not shut the hell up. Stupid stories and jokes that made him sound like he was 16 years old. I told him quiet is nice and just drive, lets just hear the road under us. Finally made it to the hotel. I could not wait to get out of the car and get away from him. Never again!

Called this co on July 5 for a pick up at the airport on july 14 going to Siesta Key for $140 plus gratuity .the clown i spoke to on the phone said np I will be there, i called him the day when I left to confirm, give me an attitude and says I said I will be there. I get to tampa and I call him to tell him I landed, no response . texts no response, finally he calls me back and says WTH are you doing blowing up my phone. Real loud mouth this guy the owner Doug is, bad attitude on the phone and his prices are crazy, i ended up calling another provider who was nearly $40 cheaper and a much nicer vehicle . This guy has issues stay away, read his reviews, there is one there from himself lol he must think people are pretty dumb.....

I used this company twice, the first time it was avrage service, the guy was late but it worked out, however my wife and I used them again recently and it was a disaster. douglass showed up late again this time he had an attitude with me like it was my fault?? He seemed mad about something, his truck was dirty inside and it smelled of excessive body odor, i know these guys are in their vehicles a lot but take a shower or freshen up before you pick up a customer. He is also very conceited thinks very highly of himself. I am not so sure about those positive reviews after looking up his name and on facebook he seems to have people that he knows leaving reviews, how is that an unbiased review? I would not use him again and he was referred to me by someone who I used once before but unfortunately that guy moved out of state. I would be cautious to use him and check out the people leaving the reviews they are on his facebook, can we say scam??
