I signed up to be a member before they even opened. Also, had several other members sign up under me. Never saw those perks but also never asked. The gym was great at first. Love the equipment, the employees, and the cleanliness. After a while I stop going due to a sick family member and didnt want to risk covid and spreading it to them. After some months I was able to come back. I was surprised At how crowded it was. There were lines waiting to use equipment. I didnt see anyone cleaning anything even the employees. And it had a bad smell. Its great how popular the gym is but sadly its way to crowded with groups of people just sitting on equipment. If youre going to allow that many people in at one time you have to clean the equipment.

As a first time guess and a potentential new member. I was a little disappointed about the member service.the nonchalant attitude at the front desk specifically and not being able to meet up with Nikko for a possible tour of the premises. Hopefully tomorrow, Tuesday, will be a better experience with DavidThe 3 stars - I enjoyed working out on their exercise machines.**day 2**much better visit .Met with two friendly staff members (Christina and David) .David was very professional, courteous during the tour and answered my questions. I enjoyed the workout today as well.

Omg!!! I love this gym its like my second home!!! All of the staff are amazing. They are encouraging and keep you motivated!!! Matti, my personal trainer, is excellent. She is so great..my results are life changing!!! I lost 116 pounds in 5 months!!!!! You need to get this membership its definitely a life changing experience!!!!

One of the best gyms I’ve ever been privileged to be a part of. I took advantage of their 21 cents down and $21/month promotional package and I was able to get top tier membership with guest privileges; I also received access to the pool, hot tub, sauna, hydro massage chairs, basketball court and the first ever indoor cardio cinema (you have to see this, I was blown away by that alone). All in all, one of the best investments I’ve ever made. The best part is, they’re open 24/7.

My experience very bad, after 3 months they still taken my money from my Bank. When I signed my membership I asked if for any situation in the future I dont want to continue with and membership the person (Nicolas) and he answered Not PROBLEM with 30 cancelation. But they never did cancelation because still taking my money. I decided never go there the gym dont looks clean and comfortable.

If I could give a -5 I would. I. The beginning this gym was great and very convenient. It seems as though it’s turned into a high school locker room. Most recently the membership has tripled or more. Anywhere from 4p-midnight the gym is PACKED. Like 3-5 people using one piece of equipment. The younger crowd don’t really respect the weights (not a fault of the gym) but for an experienced lifter this is so unsettling. Staff don’t care or can’t do anything about it. I’ve wondered at times if capacity has been exceeded. That’s how many people are in there. I will update with photos soon.

At first this gym was great, lots of equipment, basketball, pool, sauna, at an unbeatable price. However as of late the gym is filled with a sea of people (mostly high schoolers) come 4pm to the point it is impossible to get on most any equipment easily. As well, the cleaning stations rarely have paper towels, nobody cleans their equipment, the gym is hot, and facility is not clean.

My personal trainer Gabby is awesome! I feel she is very invested in my health, wellness, and success in meeting my fitness goals. She is also very supportive and always accessible outside of my sessions. Personal training was one of the best decisions I ever made!

The options for working out are great. They carry Hammer equipment which I love and plenty of free weights and cardio to keep you busy during the visit. Nice pool to do some laps. Hot tub for after workout. New,clean and busy during my visits. Only bad thing is location for me, too far away. I would suggest you check it out.

While I do love my gym, they should vacuum the floors more often, and a deep cleaning is much needed.. bleaching certain areas and occasionally deodorizing would be a huge help in maintaining the cleanliness.. water fountains need some lime away..they just need a better cleaning crew.

Fantastic brand new gym. Absolutely love the cardio movie theater. Super high energy music during strength training, excellent Body Pump classes with a really nice lap pool. We really like our personal trainer- Brandon Hodges!

I am transitioning from NY to Florida and an avid gym attendee therefore finding the right gym climate is crucial. That said, I visited this gym and upon arrival I was greeted and welcomed which was a great start but thats where the pleasantries ended.I had to interact with and an employee by the name of Josh on my way in and to process the day pass paperwork. Unfortunately, he was extremely unprofessional. In fact he was, very confrontational and Confrontation is not what I am interested in. So, maybe Josh missed the orientation but I hope things get better.

The staff is unable to answer questions, as they are very poorly trained. I was asked to come to get my questions answered. When I said no he accused me of being rude, which I was not. Asked for a managers name which was refused. Tried to get questions answered some time ago and was treated very poorly by their staff. They give you the run-a-round and then accuse you of being rude when you persist in trying to get help. Very dishonest, unprofessional, lacking in proper customer service and knowledge. There are plenty of better gyms in the area that know the value of customers. Shame on you for your lack of integrity & care for potential customers!!! 😢😒

Great gym with a lot of options for working out. Management seems to really care about client experience. Just wish it were larger because the news has soread about how nice it is so it can get packed!

Signed up online and it was a great easy process. Went there to play basketball with a few friends and as we were warming up we noticed the floor was covered in dirt and dust which made it slippery. Not wanting to risk a bad injury I used the sweeper that was near the court. I couldn’t get much off to stop the slide so I went to the front and asked them how often they cleaned or waxed the floor. The guy tells me “Ah it’s been a while we have someone scheduled to do those things”. I said okay well do you mind having someone come and sweep it up( noticing there were several employees not busy) because there’s about 15 people in here wanting to play and we don’t want to get hurt. He said “it’ll take about 10-15 minutes”, I said that’s fine and I walk back to the court. I notice him walking past a minute later and just looking over and seeing people were about to play although they wanted him or someone to come help get it clean. Nope, didn’t bother since he saw they were about to play. I mean that’s COMPLETETLY unprofessional and terrible customer relations. The fact that I just told you someone is going to get hurt and instead of fixing the problem or at least shutting the court until it’s decent, you clearly see me and walk away from the situation. Highly disappointed after I just wasted money on a membership for one my first experiences there to be that.

This fitness center is great. The Zumba class is one of my favorites. Ive lost 9lbs and I like the results. Its been a positive experience for me. I recommend that anyone give them a try, you wont regret it.

Went in after not being there over a month. Not only was it crowded and dirty but what sealed the deal was the terrible customer service. Back to Crunch Fitness I go. Nice gym but not worth the chaos.

I visited this gym as a guest. I was impressed completely. Swimming pool, basketball court, and even a movie theater? Im definitely contemplating switching gyms.

Wanted to check it out to see if I would be interested in joining. But the guy seemed bothered to show me around first. He wanted to give me the hard core sales pitch first. I didnt want to sit through it if I wasnt interested in what they had to offer.I did not feel comfortable in there at all.

For starters, the trainers here are VERY rude. They have no regard for people and their things, as they just trample over personal belongings and use equipment while a patron is on it. They also are not well educated on workouts outside of a few basic things and shame people for doing their own thing.This gum also has hidden fees that are not disclosed while signing up. I was informed by different employees that I can cancel so long as I do it before the pay day and wont be charged. That was a lie, as now theyre telling me I had to give them 30 day notice. So now they want to charge me for September AND I WILL BE OUT OF THE STATE.This gym is not worth it as their competitors have better prices and nicer more educated staff.

Its a good gym. The pool and hut tub are a nice bonus but Ive never seen a gym where the patrons care so little about gym courtesy. Weights are everywhere, never put where theyre supposed to be. Theres Matts left on the floor everywhere and no one cares about putting the things they use back. It reminds me of a pre-school.

Before I came here I was at planet fitness but as soon as I joined EŌS I saw how wonderful the place was and how they have plenty of options such as equipment and membership plus coaching for people who need help

Quinton is the best personal trainer I have ever had. He is always friendly encourages me to keep going when I feel like giving up and pushes me to achieve my goals. He also is very knowledgeable about what exercises will work the best and is always willing to answer any and all my questions even when it’s not my session with him.

Honestly, if I could give a 0 star review I would. I have been coming to this gym for months. I had high hopes and was excited that a new gym was opening up by my house. But I literally don’t have one positive thing to say about this gym besides the fact that it’s new. It’s impossible to schedule a class, they just increased the number of available spaces per class to 35 students with no increase in space. What does that mean? It means you’ll go to class where there’s not enough equipment, ZERO social distancing, & nobody wearing a mask meaning you’re huffing and puffing on each other. For some reason they removed the tiles on the floor that tell people where to stand in order to maintain social distance so now everyone stands on top of each other. I asked at the front desk where I can voice any input or recommendations for the class since I was dissatisfied with the amount of people in that tiny space. I was told that someone would call me and I’m still waiting practically a week later. Every time I go in the gym I’m taken aback by the number of people who don’t clean the equipment when they’re done and everyone walking around maskless. I understand removing the mask in your own personal space but no. People legit do not wear masks at all in there. I’ll be going by the gym later only to cancel my membership and take videos/photos to show y’all I’m not lying or being dramatic. Let me specify that it WAS clean. When they opened. All these months later they don’t care anymore.

As a fitness professional myself, EōS is a pretty nice clean gym. Aside from all the great amenities, some of the staff go over & beyond while others arent so friendly in this commercial setting. Staff like Christine, JeSean, & Brooke are great & always go out of their way to make sure people are getting what they came for...a great quality experience where community & relationships can thrive. They like to play word games under contracts for their personal trainers. They don’t care that you dislocated your kneecap and can’t work out . They still charge you and don’t care about anything. I have medical papers saying about my knee and they still don’t care. Every gym is the same. So hungry for money that they don’t care about the customers.

Look at other gyms in the area. New equipment but way too many people in the gym. We started with a free trail for a few days to see if we would like the gym. Every time we went day or night even after 8pm it was so packed with people. Mostly a high school hangout. We found another gym down the road with a lot less people. We wanted to like the gym but 8:30pm on a week night should not look like 5pm in my opinion. Also no social distancing and very few people clean the machines after use.

Beyond equipped, super clean, very high tech, and the staff is beyond friendly. So glad they found a way to stay open and let us workout and take responsibility for ourselves and not harass us. Great community.

I have been a member to most of the big name gyms and by far this is the winner. I work long 12hr shifts so finding time to get to the gym can be hard. Not only is this gym 24hr which is key to my success and goals the staff is amazing. The floor plan gives you a great workout even if the parking lot looks packed I never have to wait on any machine and dont get me started on the low price for all the amenities you get at this gym is WOW...just the all you want in a gym thanks EOS please keep up the good work

I enjoy coming to this gym. I am here all the time. Christina is the issue. I have never had a single issue with anybody until I was harassed by her. I get along with all the staff, and enjoy the friendly environment. Other than christina, I would give this establishment 10/5 stars!

Great new gym! Tons of free weights and dumbbells for anyone! More amenities than some of the other gyms in the area. I saw a staff member wipe down some equipment, it seems like theyre required to wear masks, but members are not. I went in the morning and it was not too crowded. I am currently using the 7-day free trial, but they really just want you to get a membership there which is totally fair in my opinion.

They like to play word games under contracts for their personal trainers you sign up for a 3 months contract and they tell you that you can cancel at anytime and you must cancel before the three months, so we cancelled on month 2 and we got charged for four months and they told us Oh no it was a four month commitment and if you wanted to cancel you had to cancel at month 3 but when they explain this they explained it as a three month commitment not a four month. When you tried to get ahold of somebody to discuss the matters the person is never available or they tell you that you have to call back and talk to another person. Place is always packed, and you cannot get did any of the equipment and this does not matter what time of day it is. In my personal opinion their trainers are not trained my wifes trainer did not have a game plan for her at all they were just winging it as she said, my wife did not have no routine in her training it was not seeing any results at all.

No one ever answers the calls at this place. Couldn’t update my card I fb do so I get charged a late fee.

I love this gym and all the staff. It feels great to be treated like family. It’s sanitized regularly and I feel comfortable being there.

I was skeptic about all the nice comments about EoS Fitness-Carrollwood, so I joined EoS Fitness. Here are my opinions about EoS Fitness-Carrollwood: (1) the staff are very courteous and helpful with everything you need to meet your fitness goal, (2) the membership fee is fair and worth it, (3) its open 24-7 to fit anyones schedule, (4) there is no waiting for equipment (except when there is specific you want to use), (5) other members are mature and reminded of social/civil courtesy, and (6) theres indoor pool and so many classes for everyone (even senior citizens). So now, Im a believer of all the nice comments about EoS Fitness-Carrollwood...

EXTREMELY busy no matter the time of day -post Pandemic. Limited pieces of certain equipment make it difficult especially given the large crowds.

Love the facility and its layout. The locker rooms are also decent. They are one star higher then a signature LA Fitness and 2 star below of an Equinox!But obviously you cant beat the price! For sure best value for your $! I recommend this gym for sure.The only reason I am leaving a 4 star is because when I signed up I was going to go for the basic membership then I saw it does not have the Sauna included! So I then specifically said that I would like the membership with the Sauna and told the person that is a must for me. I even downloaded the app.After sign up I went to workout then after my workout as usual I wanted to use to the Sauna which is closed... nobody once mentioned that I can not use it or that is closed and yet I am already paying for it.When I asked when the Sauna will be available they said maybe in November. So I am having hard time understanding why nobody told me that its not available or I will sign you up on Basic then once Sauna is Open I upgrade your membership so you can use it.I don’t mind already paying for it. It just really robbed me the wrong way.

I really like this gym. It is like the Disney World of gyms. You can watch a movie while you do some cardio. Multiple different classes, including in the pool, and free weights, machines, etc!!

It can be a little crowded however, I absolutely love the variety of routines I can do and classes are pretty sweet too.

I am happy with this gym overall. Price is right, location is great, plenty of equipment, etc. My complaints may be typical of any gym but here goes...1. Patrons often lack the common courtesy of re-racking weights, wiping down equipment when finished, and/or won’t return the squat racks back to a usable state for the next person. (Safety bars up high and barbell holders left on the floor). If the staff won’t enforce their own “etiquette” rules then the least they can do is be more present out on the floor to keep things right.2. This location is new but many of the more popular machines have padding that is ripped. Some from the time I started (January) and others that have torn open more recently. The number of members can easily cover replacement.

There is not another gym like this in Florida. The facilities are amazing. This gym should cost way more than it does. Austin and Christine are friendly faces that love what they do. There is not one bad thing I can say about this gym. It offers everything you could want and more. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely horrible customer service! Natalie is the worst. Everyone is consistently trying to sell you something and unable to answer general questions. Eos is a lovely facility with some of the latest in technology, but not for you unless you are a gym rat. Getting a membership is worst that dealing with a sleazy new car salesman. DJ is also a liar. The 7 day membership has restrictions. Why have access to the services I don’t need and purchase? Only makes sense to try out what I will use.There are better facilities in the area. Buyers be ware and do not purchase.

I can not say enough great things about EOS. As a plus size person I am usually extremely self conscious and uncomfortable in a gym. This is the first gym where I feel completely comfortable (and I have tried many many many gyms). From the front desk staff to the trainers and even the patrons, you truly feel no judgement. The facility is amazing. The staff keeps everything clean and tidy. There is plenty of hand sanitizer stations and enough machine cleaning products so you are not waiting around to grab a spray bottle. The cardio cinema is a teenage parents dream. My 14year old asks almost daily if we are going back. Cardio workouts fly by. The staff is absolutely amazing. I honestly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a gym. Special thank you to Lisa, Michael, Emory, and Mattie. Lisa and Emory answered any questions I have ever had with a smile on their faces. (And I ask a ton of questions) Michael is an amazing trainer that will hold you accountable and keep you on track. And Mattie, Mattie is just a bright ball of sunshine and energy waiting to help you along your fitness journey. This is the place to be!!!!!

Very nice, clean gym with tons of new equipment. However it is very busy even through this pandemic. Due to the number of people (even at 6am) you sometimes have to wait for some equipment. I have not used the pool or basketball court but they look nice.

Easy to access. Variety of workout options. Fun group fitness instructors (Shawn Becklund, Yelena Sidorenko). I really love that the front desk says hello and have a nice night when leaving.

I love it! The team members specifically the night crew does a good job in keeping all areas of facilities clean. Much don’t realize the important role cleaning crew takes to keep everything clean for us. So a special thank you to the cleaning staff. I make it my business to thank them when I see them. The entire EOS staff rock.

Been going here for about 3 months have had a pretty positive experience overall and have enjoyed going to the gym. It makes me feel productive and I feel great after leaving there. The place is very clean and majority of the workers are incredibly nice!However, the reason I did not give this five stars is the following: when I first signed up, I was greeted very nicely by the workers and one of them happily gave me a tour of the place. Then after paying all the fees and signing up they kept pressuring me into getting a personal trainer. I was very persistent in that I did not want one, yet they wouldn’t stop. I found that to be very irritating and unprofessional because when a customer says no it means no. I was basically told I couldn’t achieve my goals if I didn’t get one but guess what? I’m doing it all on my own and am getting closer to my goal each day!

If a customer asks if a freeze can be done, that they dont know when they will start again, but supposedly to Eos that request is impossible and they will randomly start charging you because they do zero follow up on even if the request was approved or not, IMMEDIATELY TELL THE CUSTOMER ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO KNOW AND CHARGES WILL BEGIN AT ANY TIME vs say everything is taken care of and just come back when you want to start sessions again. Eos wont even tell you if freezes are approved? Eos cant give you any estimate of the length of time the freeze will be approved for??? If you request 3 weeks, maybe the request will only give you 3 days but no one will tell you??? Work zero certainty then clients have to call and ask every single day, otherwise they will have no idea anything you say happened or is true. If I dont grab the keyboard from your employees hands AND DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM if they dont enter notes, then what was discussed never happened according to Eos and they dont care whatsoever.

Good machines, even better environment. I dont talk to workers very often but when I do its an easy experience.

Nice facility with great accomodations. the people @ the front desk are a hit or miss. they are usually super nice + friendly, but some of them are always super standoffish or too absorbed with each other to greet you.the gym could have a more strategic layout, but for the square footage theyre working with, its pretty nice.since were in the middle of a pandemic, i do think that each members temperature should be checked before they are allowed to come in, but the staff does a great job of keeping everything neat + clean. so its not something im especially worried about.

I joined EoS prior to it opening and was happy to find out I could get a trainer twice a week for a decent price. I was set up with a trainer named Daniel who has been great! He pushes me to do my best, checks in on me even when Im outside of the gym to keep me accountable for my workouts and eating habits. I am glad I found EoS fitness and would recommend their brand new facility to anyone. It also helps they are open 24/7!!

Everyone there is super helpful & attentive. When I signed up with Kenner he made sure I knew everything I needed to know, gave me a tour and showed me everything they have to offer. Everything is kept extremely clean, there is enough room for social distancing even when its packed and the overall atmosphere is amazing. Definitely excited for my future workouts & highly recommend this gym to everyone in the area!

Brand new gym, beautiful and clean with amazing amenities. It seems a bit crowded, I just joined so I hope that it will taper down. However for the price and promotion they are running, I think membership is going to be growing and growing! But for the price you can’t beat the amenities!

I love the group yoga, but its literally a covid petri dish. Its a large facility with the most machines Ive ever seen and always crowded. Pool is microscopic. I would give it more stars if they made customers wear masks.

Way too crowded. I have been as a guest quite a few times with my sister at different times of the day...still crowded. Unless I go at 4am or 11pm, I dont forsee it being any less crowded. Equipment is nice though.

I love this gym. I love the spin and yoga classes. Its not your typical gym, everything is a step above. Theres a lap pool, saunas, so many machines and free weights youll never have to wait, and a movie theater you can do cardio while watching movies. It has good energy and nice atmosphere.

Kenner was very helpful and gave me a great tour of the facility! Whenever I have a question, I just go to him. The rest of the front desk crew is always friendly. The gym equipment is beautiful and there’s a great variety. Highly recommend!

Plenty of room and overall great first time gym experience while visiting Tampa Bay on vacation.

Its hard to put into words when you are excited to enroll in a new club and yet there is no much disappointment. Where to start, lack of customer service, misleading sales promotions (you dont join for $5 on a $9.99 membership, you join for $79 - just not honest business), unprofessional Manager who basically doesnt care and just spits our policy, or the lack of caring by the staff to Clean the club. Especially when are so many people in the Club. During these COVID times, just not acceptable to not be wiping equipment. Yeah its a new club but it wont take long when poor service and cleanliness catch up . Plenty of other $10 Clubs. Checked out Zone Fitness. Way better service, super clean, better Personal training options and more.
