Best gym in Tampa. Not a lot of machines, just functional fitness and all of the essentials. Also, home of some of the best trainers in the Tampa Bay area.

Great gym, unfortunately they lock you into a year contract if you want the cheapest rates, i think a 6 month contract is much more reasonable

Love this place, Advance Rehabilitation inside of the academy is absolutely amazing.

If youre looking to take your training to another level, this is the place. All the weights, turf for agility training and a track for sprints. The staff is extremely knowledgeable in physical therapy, sport rehab and personal training. This has been one of my favorite places to train over the years.

Jeferson is the reason I frequently this establishment for personal training but it is still great all the same. I was in need of a new gym when Power House downtown closed and this place quickly became a new home. Staff is always friendly. Locker rooms and facilities are always clean.

Worth every penny! Beautiful facility with every functional piece of equipment needed for training. The personal training staff is well educated and focuses on making sure you exceed your personal goals. The cafe smoothies are great too! 😋

I have worked out at nearly every gym in the Tampa area and none compare to TSA. If you want to improve yourself this is the place to be. Everything you need and the best and friendliest staff around. No standing around here. If you come, come to work and sweat. Come and experience how good you can be.

By far one of the best customer service experience Ive ever had with any gym. Its refreshing to be treated like a person and not a membership number.

Highly reccomend them for physical therapy. Had a complete hip replacement and they helped me get back to better than new.

Buyer beware of unethical billing practices pushed through 3rd party billing service. No fun putting this facility on blast after being a member for almost two years. Sorry guys, I hope you can get your billing issues resolved.

Beware! This place ripped off my son! I signed him up for a monthly membership with a promo code from his football team before the gym opened. They switched his membership term to annual and charged him $200 to cancel after being with them for 7 months!!Update: Tampa Sports Academy contacted my son and said they made a mistake and refunded his $200. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

Beware of signing anything with this Gym. I play football in the CFL and came to the understanding from management that I would be able to freeze my acct AND PAYMENTS while I left for my season although when I came back I realized they have been sneaking and charging my acct still and adding additional “annual” fees and just saying “it’s in the contract”. Management also refuses to address the issue in any way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM
