I have used this company for trash pick up and for construction debris prior to my employment. I have been working now for the company 8 years and can see how we have improved. Our drivers are very courteous and the office has the best Team ever. Our Division manager with his Operation managers and routing supervisor are the BEST. We have a very professional office manager as well. After all these years I can enjoy going to work with the Clearwater team.

Wonderful company. Had a small mishap with our company and theirs but they took care of it immediately and continued service without issue. Great company to deal with and friendly customer service.

Wow where do you even start with this company, they could never hit the scheduled pickup, never return phone calls, try and over charge, and then have the the balls to leave a card on the holidays so you could tip them. Heres a tip, WORK.

It has become ridiculous how they cannot hit a scheduled pick up date!! On their make up days, they put recycling in the same truck as garbage!! What a joke!!! They are making Palm Harbor look gross!!! Apparently they are in the process of restructuring but the customers shouldnt have to know that! It should be seamless from our perspective. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!

Asked if I could pay for a non scheduled pick up and their response was they don’t. Since I had more trash than the garbage can will hold I asked if I could put my garbage next to the can and was told that they will not pick that up. They do nothing to help if you miss a scheduled pick up.
