He did everything he told us he would do, and was extremely helpful and patient in the process. Both he and his staff worked very hard for the entire day, and came back to finish up the next day. Amazing customer service! Detailed work! Competitive prices! Shane came to my house and provided a free estimate. A month later, i hired him for the job. Have Junk gave me a two hour window and even called when they were on their way. They took the junk but also took time to blow the area clean also. After they left, i called back hours later asking if they could come one more time, as we had another 1/3 of a trailer worth of yard waste and they came back the same day! Shane was super nice and helpful. I had a dresser with a mirror that I needed to be taken out of my apartment. It had a broken leg but he was able to get it out really fast. I like that when I called he offered to pick it up the next morning. The price was really good. I will definitely be giving his information to my friends and family for any type of junk removal.
