Worse job ever, i recommend never working for them for if they mess your money up. Nearly impossible to contact help. Their customer service can do nothing but relay massages. Wish i had never worked for these people because i am still owed money. Work for them if you enjoy working for free.

I have worked for NdS for the last year, in Plainfield, Indiana. It’s been such a great company to work for. The people are all very friendly and welcoming, the communication is never lacking, and they make you feel like a part of the team from day one. I recommend working for them to everyone.

I drive for national doorstep its a good part time job 2 hours of work and the pay is better than a ton of other jobs. The work isnt bad just alot of steps 😄 but good workout. Their very understanding when it comes to your vehicle problems. And if you cant make it to your site that night thats definitely a big plus. Im in Maryland at forte meade. I would and actually do recommend to friends to try and apply for a position. Your basically your own boss little to none supervision. Thats about it

I have worked for National Doorstep Pickup for the last 2 years and I can honestly say its been one of the best companys I have worked for. They have a lot of experience in the business and have created solid systems and tools that help you stay effective and consistent. I highly recommend working for NDP .

I manager an apartment community in Denton, TX At first service was great, but after just a few months we started having issues. Our porter wasnt showing up at the proper times, or not picking up according to the rules NDS set forth. The porter leaves trash that is within the guidelines still outside apartments. He refused to use our trash compactor most of the time, and left trash bags all over the ground near our dumpsters for our staff to clean up. I have nearly 800 residents and they are complaining daily. When I brought it to our national reps attention, after a few complaints service would improve, but after just a few months it would begin again. Id have services completely skipped without prior notice or explanation. After 2 years I finally gave my required 60 days notice, and immediately stopped receiving any service whatsoever and our rep became unresponsive. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

Im happy to say that National Doorstep gives outstanding service.  Our carrier is very good, and they never miss a night. They have been pretty good about always leaving the hallways free of trash.

Never been offered this type of service before and just moved into a complex that this service is offered at. Awesome service to have. Awesome company, pleasant and helpful workers. Would recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work!

Im pleased to say that National Doorstep provides excellent service.  Our porter is very thorough, and they never miss a night. They have a reputation for leaving the hallways trash free. They come rain or shine. Im thankful that I dont have to deal with the smelly compactor or have to drive trash on the truck of my car like my friends do at their apartments.

I work for the company myself. Some reviews dont make sense so here i am... I honestly enjoy working with these guys.... The different properties... Tenants.... Dogs😂. The more i say hello or represent who i am to my residents the easier my day seems. And a daily work out on the clock? Im down!😎.

I worked for NDP for a year and it was by far the best job experience I ever had. Ive never been a part of a real team environment in the work force but NDP was just that. Thanks you guys for a wonderful experience. Baton Rouge Louisiana

FAKE COMPANY!!! Not Legal. Owner is a FRAUD!! Listed on Sunbiz as INACTIVE. Does not have ANY Commercial Insurance whatsoever. If you are doing business with this PERSON I suggest you do an Audit to your insurance. If he gave you a certificate of insurance It is NOT VALID. I would also check to make sure you are not being FRAUDULENTLY Invoiced.You should be ASHAMED of yourself!

Horrible company. These people do not know how to run a business. If you want to deal with people that lack professionalism, then this is your oyster. If you would like to hire a company that doesnt steal from its contracted workers, hires reliable employees (not family members,) and respects their contracted workers enough to keep them informed of changes...youve come to the wrong place. Money is king with this group, beware business owners of their false every day, every door pick-up promises. Dont find out the hard way by getting into bed with this company and then talking to their contracted workers...

This company services the complex we live at in South Florida. Ive talked to management several times about how they operate. They have people to pick up the trash and they are dragging the bags in the halls creating a trail of an unwanted mess. Its embarrassing to have company come over and the halls are filthy. Then the nerve they have to leave doorknockers saying that either your bag was to heavy or bag was not secured tight.

Not a fan. They never answer their phone or resolve my issues
