My recruiter is very Responsive and professional. Any problems I’ve had during my contract she does her best to get it resolved and follows up. I haven’t had any issues my paychecks or anything like that. Traveling with this company has been great.
I was originally contacted by Kristen Conroy for a position that started too soon for me and didn’t quite meet my needs. I gave a list of things I’d be looking for in a position and asked that they reach out again if anything pops up! About two weeks later I was contacted by Kristen again about a job that DID meet my needs. Permanent work from home, income was what I was looking for, and a boastful - unlimited PTO! This position was to be with PSCU with a start date of July 19th. Everything was going really well - I was in communication with both Kristen and her manager (I believe his name is Kyle). I was offered the job and again the benefits of the job were reiterated. I expressed my shock to the unlimited PTO because anywhere I have worked you were limited to a set amount of hours. Kristen’s manager emphasized that PSCU encouraged a work/life balanced environment. Two days before I was to put in my two weeks with my current job, I received a call from PSCU to go over the offer. I wanted to confirm all of the details I had received thus far with PSCU directly. Everything added up except for the PTO. It is not unlimited, in fact, it is only 40 hours. At my current employer, I have over 120 hours. This may have been an honest mistake on Skybridges part, however, it cost them my trust. I now feel as though I was misled for their benefit as I assume they get some sort of monetary compensation from companies when they find new hires on their behalf. Kristen did follow up with me a day after I texted her about the discrepancy and in her voicemail explained that she hadn’t lied but was going off of information from PSCU that was a year old.A mistake, maybe. I hope going forward your company encourages research and accuracy - if it was just to mislead, honesty. I was SO disappointed in this experience. For anyone who is going through this company, I would urge you to double check all details of the job with the source, directly.
Horrible experience. Kristen Conroy from SkyBridge contacted me and offered me a position with PSCU company. I was told I was HIRED by the company, the Agency collected all my information and told me to give my actual job 15 notice days of leaving. I did. Then, one day before I started they called me and told me I wasn’t selected to start working. *Seriously* be aware of this agency.
First of all, I cant say enough great things about Skybridge. Worked for them a little over two years and was hired full time by my contracted company. Everyone at Skybridge that I encountered were extremely helpful. No question I had was left unanswered. The paychecks were always on time and accurate. I highly recommend anyone looking for work to reach out to Skybridge.
I worked for Skybridge for six months and was hired full time by my contracted company. They had me an interview within a week of first contact and in a position in three weeks. Brock and Lexi are top notch. Paychecks were always on time and accurate. I highly recommend anyone looking for work to contact Skybridge.
Everyone I encountered was super friendly and super professional. Why the three star review? Well, after the initial interview I heard nothing. I called several times and left a message with the receptionist yet no one got back to me. During the month of doing this and waiting for someone to get back to me, Ive been given other offers. They did however text me asking if I was interested in something else they had and I thanked them for getting in touch.
The team from SkyBridge did an excellent job with matching my skills / resume with an interesting opportunity that allowed me to work within a (Global) Multi-Cloud Security project for a Fortune 500 company. SkyBridge staff is very friendly and professional in their communication (and have never missed a payment). Especially, I would like to say thank you to: Alessandra and Brock who both provided excellent support before and after my first contact with the customer.
Overall this organization is very unprofessional. There is a chance you land a job with them, but you are better off finding one on your own. There is very little information given to you about what is going on and they are very pushy on everything you need to do. Communication from this company was lacking as well as unprofessional ways of contacting. I would not recommend going through them for anything.
I have had nothing short of a great experience working at SkyBridge Resources in Tampa. The team there stayed in contact with me throughout the initial interview and hiring process. many other talent acquisition companies Ive worked with either dont respond after initial contact or dont follow-up in a reasonable amount of time. That is not SkyBridge. If you are in the job market, dont hesitate to contact Brock Mangus or Kyle Purtell. They are the most professional, knowledgeable and capable talent acquisition professionals Ive worked with!
SkyBridge Resources earns my highest endorsement. Embarking on this journey with Brock Mangus and Kyle Purtell, they made the job hunt and hiring process easy. Brock and Kyle’s tireless communications with me stands out as one of the things that impressed me most – always taking the time to consider my thoughts while freely sharing with me their professional advice and guidance. I would strongly recommend SkyBridge Resources to anyone in the Tampa area that’s seeking employment. The process from Start until Present has been an absolute pleasure and has exceeded my expectations.
Got an email and call from JR, had a great talk on the phone he told me he wanted to see me the next day and he would email me all the information I would need to find his location. Well thats been almost two weeks and still not a word. I have no idea why these temporary agencies do this. I just feel temp agencies should be outlawed. If the manager of this branch wants to talk to me feel free. I am guessing that JR still has my information.
Immediately irritating. reached out to ME on linked in and identified me as a top candidate for a job., then refused to even share a job description with me until having a phone call... so knew enough about me to identify me as a top candidate, but doesnt even have the decency to gauge my interest before demanding the information you ALREADY HAVE? i dont appreciate staffing companies attempting to manipulate potential candidates and extract as much information as they can from someone before sharing even a morsel of detail about the job for which they are presenting themselves. this is just a tactic to get more names in the system. they dont actually care.
SkyBridge Resources took me from a dead-end job then placed me with a great financial firm that jump-started my career. The recruiters and staff are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Unlike some firms in the Tampa area that want to place you in a job that they see fit for you, the SkyBridge team builds a relationship with each individual that walks in their doors and leverages their talent and knowledge of the job market to get you the job in your career field that you want.Thank you Brock, Ben, AJ, John, Chris and the rest of the team at SkyBridge Resources!
Tucker at Skybridge got me an interview for a Fortune 500 company and opened opportunities for me to work on Cloud Security projects at a global level. Great environment to enhance your skills and expand your career.
Amazing staff. I worked mostly with Jonathan but no matter what if Jonathan wasnt available there is always someone available and willing to help. SKYBRIDGE is amazing.
Pleasant experience and very lovely staff. Everything I can think of was handled smoothly and appropriately. Always a joy when theres no hiccups!
Luis was one of the most pleasant recruiters Ive ever encountered. He was professional, funny, caring and just down right AWESOME! Thank you Luis!
I had a great experience with skybridge. They constantly checking on my needs at my work site. I had a very positive experience with them.
Knowledgeable, personable and driven to provide the right candidate at the right time for the right company - it has been a pleasure to work with the SkyBridge team! Ben, Brock and support staff are true professionals committed to their customers. Through personal experience I recommend SkyBridge Resources as a valued staffing solutions partner!
Based on my experience meeting & interacting with one Account Manager and one recruiter in the Tampa Office...I find it hard to believe that they actually have Businesses trusting them with their sourcing needs. They kept contacting me electronically over and over for the same position....and didnt even bother calling or emailing back when I tried reaching back:No replies to the numerous electronic messages I sent them and the countless messages I left on their VMs.My professional advice for Job/Contract seekers is: .... A true waste of time!
I had a great experience with this company. Very professional and very comprehensive on products and job positions. Rachel has been a great help and is very accessible. Thank you.
The company did great with getting me employed. It was a quick and easy process and my contact was phenomenal. However, getting my tax information is a completely different story. I try to update my address to make sure they mail it to the right place. Nope. Afterwards, Im advised that I can access it online. I login and I dont have access to the correct tab Im supposed to have to be able to retrieve my tax information. I call to advise them of this and I get It should be in there somewhere, I dont know what to tell you. This is where the incompetency kicks in.
Terrible experience. Do not waste your time. SkyBridge Resources, in particular Mike Campbell does not return my phone calls nor respond to my e-mails. Ive touched base with Mike Campbell several times via e-mail, but Mike Campbell does not respond. Move on from SkyBridge and try another staffing agency.
I received a call from Mike Demo regarding a position at a local company for an inbound technical support position. Mike could not wait to get me hired, including my desire to work an overnight position and stating that it sounded perfect and that I would have no problem with the schedule, training, or pay. When I informed Mike per his request of my commute I informed him that I will have to take the bus, but the schedule he provided will work perfect with the bus schedule.I was dragged along for 2 days, having to call for an update once per day being told that he needed to check with his account manager and get back with. I was originally contacted on a Monday, I finally hear back after having to call back in for an updated today on Wednesday to be told that there was only one position available and that it was already taken. I seriously doubt they would make phone calls to seek employees for a job with only one open position.I strongly suspect he refused to hire me for a job that doesnt require transportation because I would need to take a bus, which is as reliable, if not more so, than having a car.I will be following up with this company to express my concerns and opinions as well regarding this experience.
Doesnt have the courtesy to call you back whether you got the job or not.
I had A Very Pleasant Experience With skybridge . My recruiter Meghann Lane Was very Responsive And always Accomdated my Needs .
These people are very unprofessional. They are not good at finding positions that suit you, or the company in question.I had to rebut the staffer several times over the phone to get a job description. When meeting with them they were very unprofessional, and the office was abysmal. They set me up for an interview with no confirmation email, address to go to, or where to park down town.Dont bother going through this staffing company. Chances are that another, better staffing agency is already working with the company that they are trying to put you in.
I had gotten a call about a a job opportunity mm. Everyone was very warm and welcoming I came in for an interview and stating that I was available for any type of work they had available I was assured that I was gonna be submitted for the position and be considered for future psitions. After about a week I didnt hear anything and after two weeks I call back to check in and I have still yet to hear about anything. A complete waste of my time.
Brock at Skybridge was a great experience. Great care and professionalism was displayed from the start, as I was guided through the whole process to successful offer.
Working with Mike and Brock has been great. They kept me informed, answered all my questions and made my transition as smooth as possible.
Chris and Travis were helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, thorough and completely professional. They truly acted as a bridge between myself and my new employer!
My experience with Niko Villanueva from SkyBridge Resources has been nothing short of exceptional. Prompt and effective communication lines, as well as smooth transitions to new positions can be expected from this firm and its experienced recruiters.
Very bad experience working with Robert. He was very responsive at first but after the interview process was very distant and there was such a level on unprofessionalism between him and the company he was hiring for.
Fantastic company that has treated me well and allows me to voice my concerns with someone actually listening, should they ever arise.
This staffing agency is just like the rest of the staffing agency. Jonathan is very unprofessional and make promises he cant keep. I just a wait of time in finding a job with them because they will not help you out at all.In other word stay away from this company.
